03/10/2025: A shameful sushi restaurant, to say the least. I went there today: endless waits just to collect your ticket with the codes for what you want, after which there's a maximum of 5 courses per order, and they don't even bring them all. I placed two orders of 5 (in the hour and a half I've been here, which is already shameful that it takes two hours to place two orders) and they didn't serve me one dish for each order. The problem is obvious: there are three waiters, managing a huge room, and inevitably something gets missed. I wanted to place a third order of three dishes, one of which was also a dessert (so after being treated this way, I would have also paid the extra 5 euros for the dessert), but, obviously, they never took my ticket back, so I got up, went to pay, and left. If I can give you some brotherly advice, avoid it: the food isn't great (because you have to wait ages just to place your order), the quality isn't that good, and you'll leave feeling more intoxicated than anything else (in spirit).
P.S. The poor waiters who work there aren't to blame; they trot like mules; the problem lies with the management, which forces them to manage 100-150 people between the three of them.

19/04/2026: It would also be a nice setting, but the waitress, despite being nice, annoyed by our presence, treated us like dirt. By 8:30 pm they had already run out of pretzels and chips, with the excuse that it wasn't her fault everyone had decided to go out for the Vini e Vinili party. The evening was characterized by biblical wait times. It's hard to believe that in 2026 you can't indulge in an aperitif (frozen erbazzone, or mini pizzas or focaccia).
But in fact, the fact that 11 of us, during the largest party in Reggio, immediately found seats should have raised suspicions.

28/12/2025: It's 11 PM and I'm still waiting for the 8 PM delivery. I'm not even answering the phone. The delay is fine, but this is unacceptable. Lately, the service has gotten worse, to say the least. By doing this, you've lost a longtime customer who has brought you more than a few more customers.
21/11/2025: We often order their pizzas because they're truly delicious... and let's face it, with such kind and beautiful delivery guys, the experience becomes even more delicious!

Requested a new portion of polenta without Parmesan (new...not additional)...an hour's wait to receive it.
08/08/2025: We ate gnocco and tigelle. We ate well, the guys at the tables were great.

24/09/2025: Although the building is recently built and therefore offers a pleasant atmosphere, the same cannot be said for the food and service.
Food: limited choice for both first and second courses, and the cooked vegetables are always the same, including carrots, always present, seasoned and served in various sauces.
Service: not always polite or smiling.
05/09/2025: Today, January 31, 2022, embarrassing food and service... Undercooked rice, overripe vegetables, and too slow during peak hours... We're not expecting a multi-starred restaurant, but a little more professionalism.
Today, August 10, 2024, unfortunately, I have to add that the green orecchiette were served all stuck together, undercooked, and very salty... The basics of a normal dish are missing... I wouldn't want to give these reviews since the girls serving are very kind and friendly, but with a little more effort, they're definitely better.... Like kids...
Update to today, November 6, 2024
Pennette alla arrabbiata were very salty and undercooked... the water in the fridge next to the tills was full of ice... the pizza chef was forced to call the numbers by voice because the electronic notifications haven't worked for months...
We're not expecting a Michelin-starred restaurant, but a little more effort...

New update to A long time since I was away... Pasta with clams and beans is forgettable... Watery and without any specific flavor, spaghetti with garlic and oil all stuck together and cabbage flowers that are only au gratin in name... Boiled too much and without being put in the oven... It's one thing not knowing how to cook and another thing is doing things just for the sake of it... I understand it's a canteen service but people who work from 6 am onwards have the right to at least an acceptable meal... Wake up!
