21/09/2025: You brought a sandwich… Lunch with friends: Terrible service from the staff, who threw plates at you, rude and completely lacking in empathy… terrible. Good food, but portions barely suffice; in the hospital they give you more. Excessive prices, especially for the portions, which are absolutely minimal… I ordered a plate of tortelli, they gave me 6 (SIX), asked for a side of roast potatoes, and they brought me maybe 5 or 6 small pieces in a peanut bowl. Terrible…

03/06/2025: We were away in 2024, I promised Erik to leave this well-deserved review. In the room you can breathe mountain air, the chef, put to the test, amazed us. The bottles in the evening were excellent, we can say we had more than a good time.

03/10/2025: A shameful sushi restaurant, to say the least. I went there today: endless waits just to collect your ticket with the codes for what you want, after which there's a maximum of 5 courses per order, and they don't even bring them all. I placed two orders of 5 (in the hour and a half I've been here, which is already shameful that it takes two hours to place two orders) and they didn't serve me one dish for each order. The problem is obvious: there are three waiters, managing a huge room, and inevitably something gets missed. I wanted to place a third order of three dishes, one of which was also a dessert (so after being treated this way, I would have also paid the extra 5 euros for the dessert), but, obviously, they never took my ticket back, so I got up, went to pay, and left. If I can give you some brotherly advice, avoid it: the food isn't great (because you have to wait ages just to place your order), the quality isn't that good, and you'll leave feeling more intoxicated than anything else (in spirit). P.S. The poor waiters who work there aren't to blame; they trot like mules; the problem lies with the management, which forces them to manage 100-150 people between the three of them.

20/11/2025: The atmosphere is very lively and eclectic. The opening hours say the wine shop is open, yet at 10:45, after a cold greeting, the lady saw us seated and asked what we wanted, and that they only offer bar service after 5:00 PM. I think this information should be conveyed differently and with more warmth. Besides, who's to say we didn't want to consume something that would have earned her a good deal and, perhaps, later make a purchase?

17/11/2025: Delicious food (I had both sweet and savory options) and super friendly and helpful staff! Even though it was packed, they brought my coffee to my table with a huge smile, which is not a given in 2025 on a Monday morning 😂 I was passing through for a three-day course and was lucky enough to stumble upon this place right away! See you tomorrow morning!

13/11/2025: The products are good and the staff is friendly, but the prices are crazy: a single-serving fruit pastry (shortcrust pastry, cream, and berries) is €6.90, and the juices (about 200 ml) are €5.00. For breakfast for two and a sandwich (1 cappuccino, 1 large ginseng, 1 pasta (see above), 2 juices, 1 sandwich (focaccia with grilled vegetables and cream cheese), and a 0.5-liter bottle of water), we spent €28.90.

27/06/2025: Atrocious, the ladies at the counter are incredibly unpleasant and serve you slices of cold and tasteless pizza at prices that are out of all logic. Luckily, you only have to walk a few steps and you can go to the bar, where you can find much better.

27/10/2025: A surreal place... You have to "identify" it, understand it, and enjoy what it offers. Everything is homemade, traditional dishes full of flavors and aromas... and you can eat as much as you want... The portions are generous, and seconds or thirds are welcome. We had a truly wonderful time, and Mrs. Paola's warm welcome, always smiling, was the perfect complement to a wonderful day. Well done everyone!!! 🤗

28/11/2025: Extremely negative experience. I don't want to speak ill of anyone, but I just advise you to be careful about everything you order and eat, don't trust anyone, and check your food immediately!!! I was wondering why all the places around here are full and they aren't, but now I understand why.

23/11/2025: We visited Mex Mexico in Reggio Emilia and had a truly enjoyable evening. The dishes were tasty, well-prepared, and had authentic flavors. Generous portions and prices matched the offerings. The colorful and welcoming place is perfect for a casual dinner. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. A solid choice for anyone craving good Mexican food!
