Hotel with good parking and truly friendly and professional staff 🧡 Comfortable rooms with adjustable temperature, hairdryer, and shower gel included. Not very soundproof. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a bar. For friendly ✨

I stayed here for weeks and it was a super positive experience. The staff was truly amazing, always kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless and in a great location right in the center. I'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The aperitifs with piadizza were also excellent. Exceptional piadinas and Abruzzo arrosticini. I didn't miss a thing. Personalized cups—in short, they pampered me. Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff. Made me feel right at home. See you soon! Recommended.

The hotel has been under new management for four weeks. The previous owner didn't manage the business well. The new owner plans to renovate everything gradually and train the staff. That takes time...

New management and an ideal location for private events and parties. Spacious, clean, and well-heated rooms, new furnishings, very friendly and welcoming staff, and a generous breakfast. In the evening, you can also stop for an aperitif (a delicious Spritz) in the dedicated indoor area or, in the summer, outside by the pool, where there's also a Jacuzzi. It's a shame I stayed for such a short time, but from now on, it will definitely be my go-to for future stays in Novellara.

Friendly and welcoming staff... it felt like home. Nice, clean rooms and a bar for breakfast. 100% satisfied. Excellent location in a quiet area, highly recommended.

30/09/2025: We've been there three times in two months. The quality is excellent! The flavors are unique and magnificently sacred to Emilia. All local and authentic products are paired with a chef who is simply magnificent. The other staff are also truly polite and attentive to their customers.
28/06/2025: Being a guest of Aldo and his staff was a truly special experience. For those who, like me, love everything that is authentically Italian – and first of all Emilian – this is the right place. Aldo cooks everything on the grill, with a mastery that conquers from the first bite. No stove, just fire, passion and excellent ingredients. The result? Intense, sincere and memorable flavours. I must admit that the first courses (rigorously prepared by hand) were equally amazing. A big thank you to Aldo and his team for the welcome, for sharing with us their art and the history of a thousand years of flavours. The wines are also excellent, especially the Spergola. I will return
