McDonald's In Parma

There's not much to say: a clean place, an almost family-like and welcoming atmosphere, the in-store hospitality team is truly top-notch, and then there's Carmine, a guy who's ready to help you if you need him and always has a wonderful smile on his face. Keep him close because he's an added value to your place.

It's been a while since I've eaten at this MC. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff. Fries and a hot sandwich even though it wasn't lunchtime.

Yesterday we celebrated our Sofia's birthday. The service was excellent and punctual. Special thanks to Marta, who made the party so enjoyable and entertained the children. She's a very sweet and professional woman!

The experience was much better than we imagined!! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, beyond our expectations!! All the staff were friendly, especially Marta, who catered our birthday party!! Thank you, we highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back! !!

I often bring the girls here but I have never experienced such kind and attentive service as that of the boy who served us today (Carmine). Congratulations, this means taking the job seriously.

Quite well organized and plenty of space outdoors too.

Quiet and well-divided environment on two floors... ideal for keeping children under control.
