05/06/2025: A magical place, completely immersed in the woods, from which several paths of varying difficulty start. The style is that of a mountain hut, all wood and relics, with a sincere service and a "historic" menu with some occasional variations on the theme. The first courses are absolutely outstanding, unforgettable onion ravioli, a real treat also the homemade desserts. The wine selection is in keeping with the context. I recommend, after the hearty meal, relaxing on the large lawn in front of the structure, before venturing into the woods. A must-see if you are in the area and love the true Apennines.

27/05/2025: A good aperitif, which makes you want to come back to try everything that is listed on the menu of this place in the centre of Parma, in one of the streets full of places where you can sit down to drink and eat something good and typical.

16/05/2025: Nel pomeriggio di oggi ci siamo fermati per prendere un aperitivo, il cameriere è stato maleducato e quasi scocciato che ci fossimo fermati, appoggiando i bicchieri con sgarbo, successivamente volevamo prendere un piatto e quando l'abbiamo chiamato per prendere l'ordinazione, non si è avvicinato al tavolo e abbiamo dovuto urlare da tre metri di distanza, al che abbiamo rinunciato anche perché ha ironizzato in modo non consono alla richiesta.

05/05/2025: Il cibo è stato molto buono Io sono carnivoro ed ho preso gli anolini in brodo di carne, mio figlio gli anolini in brodo vegan. Non so come siano stati fatti ma il brodo vegan era più buono di quello di carne, entrambi ottimi. Tempi di attesa un po' lunghi, ma probabilmente motivati dal fatto che sono cucinati al momento. C'è stato un errore sugli sconti The Fork ma il titolare ha provveduto a correggere. Molto soddisfatto

30/03/2025: Ambiente accogliente, discreto e silenzioso. Orari estesi per il pranzo. Servizio puntuale, gentile e disponibile. Ampia scelta di cibo di qualità in giuste quantità. Ottima esperienza.

18/03/2025: Apparentemente una drogheria/salumeria, di fatto una bella trattoria. Sarebbe stato il posto ideale per degustare i salumi, ma essendo di passaggio abbiamo optato per una semplice ""faraona ripiena" ed una tartare. Ottimi. vorrà dire che se un giorno saremo in zona sicuramente assaggeremo i salumi. Locale comunque caratteristico ed accogliente

03/06/2025: Sabato scorso siamo andati a Parma a trovare dei nostri amici che ci hanno portato in questo localino intimo, ma stupendo. Abbiamo mangiato fuori e abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: una torta salata con i carciofi, uno sformato al parmigiano e un formaggio caprino e marmellata di fichi. Già qui si vola alto 🤩. Poi noi, sotto consiglio della mia migliore amica, abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alla lavanda (super consigliati) e tagliolini al limone (anche questi molto buoni) . Poi abbiamo diviso due arrosti della settimana (maialino con una composta di prugne) ed infine i dolci (noi volevamo il gelato alle rose, ma ahimè l'avevan finito), abbiamo preso tutto il resto che c'era sul menù 🤣. Io ho preso il cioccorì (riso soffiato al cioccolato) e ammetto che era buono si, ma l'ho trovato particolarmente duro da masticare! Ad un certo punto mi faceva male la mandibola. Rimane il fatto che ci torneremo ad assaggiare anche il gelato alla lavanda 🥰

27/04/2025: Ai piedi del castello di Tabiano, non proprio comodo da raggiungere, questo locale consigliatoci è stata una ottima scelta. Ambiente intimo e caloroso, ben curato e con ottimo servizio. Abbiamo gustato dapprima degli affettati misti gustosissimi e li abbiamo fatti seguire da zuppa di legumi e coppa di maialino con potate al forno : piacere puro per il palato. Al posto del dolce abbiamo preferito delle scaglie di parmigiano stagionato e abbiamo pasteggiato bevendo una ottima bottiglia di gutturnio. Bravi ed onesti con il conto.

23/04/2025: Excellent products. I eat almost exclusively savory products. Excellent bread, arancini with meat and other products. The only problem is when you eat there, the product is rarely hot and the heat they give them is not good

12/05/2025: Il menu a prezzo fisso della via Francigena è buono e abbondante. Forse non da stellato Michelin, ma certamente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. E poi il locale è piacevole, i camerieri super efficienti e gentili. Siamo arrivati in forte ritardo sulla prenotazione (di sabato sera!) per un guasto e nessuno ce lo ha fatto pesare. Consigliato!

29/04/2025: Siamo stati benissimo - consigliati calorosamente dal cameriere che ci ha dato ottime indicazioni sulla scelta anche dei cappelletti (che erano buonissimi). Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

04/06/2025: Very unique experience about 45 minutes outside Parma in the middle of nowhere, old fashioned trattoria with local cuisine, old dishes made with wholesome ingredients. We tried several dishes and liked them all

03/05/2025: My husband and I have known this restaurant for a few years. It is now a place of the heart. We usually return once a year. When we succeed even more. The kitchen has been run for generations by women only. The dishes are tasty, genuine and of high quality. A true delight for the palate. We recommend it to everyone. On Sundays it is always very crowded. This year we chose to come on a Saturday and it was a great choice.

18/05/2025: A magical little place with a swimming lake all just a few meters from the Taro. Traditional Parma menu and excellent quality vegan menu. Lasko lager beer from Slovenia. Excellent desserts strictly homemade with exquisite selected ingredients. The real strong point is the hospitality and genuineness of the managers, we will definitely be back thanks.

07/05/2025: If you don't want to be just another tourist, this is the best place to feel at home. The food is homemade and with a lot of love, the cook is an incredible person full of stories and a big heart who stole ours with his love and joy in life. The atmosphere is more than cozy, it is a perfect corner to forget that you are on a trip and briefly return home to rest. I will return to Italy and I will return to this oasis where I ate a risotto as God intended and a Genovese cod of 10
