28/09/2025: Of the various places on Via Farini, I think it's one of the best for a weekend aperitivo. Service is fast, and while we may have picked the right moment based on other reviews, we wouldn't have minded waiting a few minutes longer. The platter, which they bring immediately after your drink, is well-stocked, and I should point out that they bring one per person. Finally, the service is welcoming and friendly.

03/06/2025: Sabato scorso siamo andati a Parma a trovare dei nostri amici che ci hanno portato in questo localino intimo, ma stupendo. Abbiamo mangiato fuori e abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: una torta salata con i carciofi, uno sformato al parmigiano e un formaggio caprino e marmellata di fichi. Già qui si vola alto 🤩. Poi noi, sotto consiglio della mia migliore amica, abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alla lavanda (super consigliati) e tagliolini al limone (anche questi molto buoni) . Poi abbiamo diviso due arrosti della settimana (maialino con una composta di prugne) ed infine i dolci (noi volevamo il gelato alle rose, ma ahimè l'avevan finito), abbiamo preso tutto il resto che c'era sul menù 🤣. Io ho preso il cioccorì (riso soffiato al cioccolato) e ammetto che era buono si, ma l'ho trovato particolarmente duro da masticare! Ad un certo punto mi faceva male la mandibola. Rimane il fatto che ci torneremo ad assaggiare anche il gelato alla lavanda 🥰

27/04/2025: Ai piedi del castello di Tabiano, non proprio comodo da raggiungere, questo locale consigliatoci è stata una ottima scelta. Ambiente intimo e caloroso, ben curato e con ottimo servizio. Abbiamo gustato dapprima degli affettati misti gustosissimi e li abbiamo fatti seguire da zuppa di legumi e coppa di maialino con potate al forno : piacere puro per il palato. Al posto del dolce abbiamo preferito delle scaglie di parmigiano stagionato e abbiamo pasteggiato bevendo una ottima bottiglia di gutturnio. Bravi ed onesti con il conto.

19/10/2025: A very quaint place; upon entering, it feels like you're abroad! The meat is very good, especially the Tiradito gaucho. Professional service; if you're learning Spanish, you can test your level with the waiters :) Parking is available in the covered parking lot and you get the first 3 hours free.

21/09/2025: Low expectations. Poorly organized and slow staff. Not to mention the dishes never arrived or were an hour late. The prices are high and don't reflect the quality of the place. I don't recommend them at all.

04/10/2025: We've been regulars for years, but the last three times have been disappointing. It can happen once, you can get used to it twice, but three times is now inexcusable. I have the utmost respect for those who work, but I ask the same respect for those who wait an hour and a half to sit down and eat 12 uramaki. My time is as valuable as their work, and the price paid is not even remotely commensurate with the service received. The sushi is good, sure, but you go out to eat for pleasure, to enjoy a different kind of evening, not to wait and suffer disorganization. No one even considered the delay or the inconvenience. I'm sorry, but it can't be justified.

30/09/2025: I had lunch at Umami in Parma and had a positive experience. The restaurant is very welcoming and clean, with a refined atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. A nice touch is the menu: it's presented like a newspaper (really original, it actually looks like a cooking magazine), a detail that makes the experience different from the usual. I ordered the chicken curry, which was well-cooked and flavorful, with a generous portion and meticulous presentation. Overall, the cuisine is good, and you can sense the attention to the ingredients. My only complaint: the price seemed a bit high for a business lunch, but it should also be noted that the restaurant isn't marketed as a "fast and cheap" place, so that's understandable. Recommended for those looking for a quality lunch in a pleasant and unique setting.

26/07/2025: We were lucky enough to find a table outside without a reservation. Excellent food. Fair prices. Excellent organic wine. Very kind and smiling staff. We'll definitely be back.

21/09/2025: I came in for a coffee and waited quite a while before being served. I was patient, seeing the amazing market on Via d'Azeglio. Unfortunately, there were no pastries to accompany it. So my friend, who wanted a croissant, went to the pastry shop next door. I ordered a coffee and two bottles of water for both of us. Then I went out and sat down to drink coffee at one of the tables on the street, specifically in front of the pastry shop. My friend came out from there, wanting her water and dessert. We were promptly verbally attacked by a man at the bar (who wasn't the one who served me), saying we couldn't eat food we hadn't purchased from them. He raised his voice so much that a passerby intervened to defend us and, if she had been in our shoes, would have asked for a refund and left! (She also claimed to be a barista.) The man, annoyed, replied: "NOW!" He came to return our drink. I refused, finished my coffee, and we got up. No further words were needed to describe his rudeness and inability to manage customers who definitely will NOT return.

30/09/2025: Do you live in Parma but miss Naples? This is the place for you. A family-run trattoria. Fantastic food. The scampi scialatielli are delicious. The freshest (and delicious!) baba, prepared that same day by the Neapolitan chef. I love Naples and authentic Neapolitan cuisine. And by the way...the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in a restaurant!

29/09/2025: We came here to try this place with high expectations, but unfortunately, I didn't find anything exceptional. I'm critical because the dishes weren't great, in fact, very bland, with sub-par ingredients and (you can't joke about fish) presented in a banal way (looks count, too). Perhaps we're just getting used to it; we visit a lot of restaurants, so we make comparisons. The prices are now average, but at these prices you expect better quality. As for the staff, they're excellent; the girls are very good and kind; the place is small but cute.

28/09/2025: The staff was not very friendly when asked to change the ingredients on the dish. The atmosphere was unsuitable for a restaurant: with flies, mosquitoes, bees, and birds (mostly present inside), it felt like eating on safari.

22/08/2025: We stayed at Agriturismo Il Salice and had a truly wonderful experience. The owner welcomed us impeccably, with great warmth and helpfulness, making us feel immediately at ease and also recommending excellent places to eat. We were looked after very carefully during breakfast: excellent service and quality products. The rooms were spotless and meticulously maintained. The agriturismo also offers a swimming pool, horses, and other animals, perfect for children. A special mention goes to the sweet dog Mirtillo, who made our stay even more special. Even though our stay was short, we had a great time and felt right at home. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, nature, and authentic hospitality.

07/06/2025: We came to this agriturismo for lunch. The dishes are very simple, like tortelli di erbette (good but nothing special) or roast porchetta (exceptional). Top location, but prices are really inflated for what the place offers, the largest menu with three bottles of wine for 8 people is €45 per person.
