30/06/2025: I'm a little late with the review, we visited the company two months ago twice, once as representatives of the G.A.S. of Curno (Bg) and once with the guided tour including lunch. It was an exceptional experience, Davide and his wife are two exquisite people who love their work and do it with their heart, we learned a lot of things, we recommend the guided tour to everyone, they explain in detail everything that goes into the production of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, and the divine lunch with 0 km products ... we are campers and we stopped right outside, the breathtaking landscape ... and the cheeses, milk and yogurt, we tried them all and they were all excellent ... we will definitely return and probably soon :) ... oh I forgot: we autographed a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano just produced and we will open it in two years, mmmmm how delicious! 30/09/2025: A very nice place in Colorno, with the option to sit outside away from the traffic. The staff is very helpful and friendly, but the wait is a bit long. The selection is limited, but the quality is excellent.

14/03/2026: Nice Argentinean-style atmosphere with traditional music. We had an Angus grill for two people, the meat was excellent. The grill idea was great, so those who don't like their meat rare can cook it a little longer. I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

08/03/2026: Thank you for welcoming our group of 34 from Venice, even on short notice. We ate delicious homemade tortelli, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were very friendly... especially the waitress Maria!
