10/05/2026: A wonderful surprise tucked away in a semi-central area of ​​Parma. Traditional cuisine, local wines, helpful, friendly staff. Reasonable prices, highly recommended.

18/04/2026: A truly traditional Parma trattoria, in a family-friendly atmosphere (in every sense of the word! Antonia's family, who opened the trattoria back in 1973, continues to passionately serve delicious dishes)! You won't find fixed menus, tasteless tourist-friendly dishes, or a "prim and proper" atmosphere here. Everything is homemade, and the menu changes daily. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and welcoming. The wait staff is fast and friendly, knowledgeable about allergies, intolerances, and celiac disease. You can also order the full menu for someone with celiac disease. My partner, who is celiac, was given gluten-free appetizers, first course, second course, and dessert, and we had no problems. Therefore, upon reservation, you can also order gluten-free torta fritta (fried gnocco). At Trattoria da Antonia, you'll feel at home, you can relax, and the food is truly delicious. The prices are commensurate with the quality and portions of the dishes. Needless to say, the cured meats are excellent, and so is the torta fritta! In short, everything was perfect for me.

11/12/2025: The meat is good. The sales staff are kind and helpful. I definitely recommend the butcher's section. I don't know about the restaurant section, having never been there. I've heard it's okay.

06/10/2025: Not "fancy," but pleasant and familiar. I go there for breakfast and always have a great time. The sandwiches, focaccias, and snacks I need for lunch are also delicious.

06/05/2026: Midweek lunch with a group of 12 people after a ceremony in nearby Coloreto. First, fly to Ducato: a comfortable atmosphere in a simple yet well-maintained setting, with no-frills trattoria service (the owner is always present and available). The cuisine is good: tradition and simplicity with good quality. My appetizer was good: polenta, black truffle, and Parmesan fondue. My tagliata with mixed salad was also good. I nibbled on the other dishes, all good: tortelli with herbs, tortelli with pumpkin, cappelletti in broth, roast beef, and stuffed punta ripiena. Lunch is offered, so I don't know the prices, but I assume they're reasonable. See you next time.

29/03/2026: I went to dinner at this restaurant by chance, with a group of friends who had booked through TheFork using the 50% off promotion. My first impression, upon entering, was a bit perplexing: the place was bare, minimally personalized, and the temperature was decidedly too low. We were also the only customers, which wasn't exactly encouraging. The woman in the dining room, however, was immediately welcoming, smiling, and helpful. We chose from a vast menu: samosas, naan, focaccia, basmati rice, and meat dishes. Everything was delicious, so much so that we even ordered a few seconds. We particularly enjoyed the whole-wheat focaccia with potatoes and spices, which we ordered four or five times. I must say, I wouldn't have chosen it if I'd walked by, but the overall experience was excellent. Thanks to TheFork's promotion, we paid €23 per person. The quality/price ratio was also excellent.

18/10/2025: Super nice people. Campers are allowed to stay for free on the beautiful, spacious property. Even though we were the only guests, they cooked for us in the evening. For anyone with celiac disease: there's a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, and the owner apparently even took a course on it. There was even delicious homemade gluten-free bread!

31/08/2025: A discovery... This cabin sits practically between a forest and a river. It's a well-kept rustic place where simplicity and good food blend beautifully. When I arrived at the parking lot, I noticed four campers. Like with truckers, you eat well and cheaply. Ample parking, good food, and excellent coffee. They even have barrel-aged grappa, which, for me, is a bonus. No one chases you; you can eat peacefully surrounded by nature. The service is good, the owners are courteous and kind, and they make you feel at home, but you don't have to wash the dishes... if you pay 😂. The prices are good, slightly below the quality offered and the setting. I enjoyed a healthy moment of peace and good food. The only downside is that it had rained the day before, and the lawn wasn't perfectly accessible for my nap, which was folded up with the hammock 🥰

24/12/2025: Small trattoria in the center of Parma. Good dishes with simple ingredients, except for the desserts (gelato and panettone), which I didn't appreciate. On a negative note, the restrooms were not particularly clean.

29/11/2025: Brisla is a trattoria in the center of Parma, on the edge of the limited traffic zone. A trattoria by name, but a trattoria is my definition, because it's the first thing that comes to mind when you walk in the door. For the way the place presents itself—understated and elegant, everything new, nothing old—for those seats at the counter overlooking the kitchen, for traditional dishes brought into the third millennium in terms of the choice and care of the ingredients, the storytelling and presentation, and the intensity and balance of the flavors. My grandmother used to make the ragù with eggplant, the tagliolini di Brisla are a wonderfully modern interpretation, the rice bomb and the horse carpaccio are quintessential Parma dishes and don't belong to my Bolognese memories, but I loved them dearly. And the same can be said for everything else... The wine list focuses heavily on Italy, and especially Emilia, with many small rarities that are irresistible. Vigna Cunial's Monteroma has changed its label and name, now called 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞, while still remaining enchanting: the Foradori's 𝐋𝐞𝐳𝐞̀𝐫 is intense and velvety, the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐞 from Cantine dell'Angelo is a blade of freshness scented with minerality. The 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐢 Pinot Noir from Azienda Agricola Il Rio boasts a magnificent nose, with a flavorful presence that certainly doesn't deny its Mugello. 08/05/2026: Overrated pizza; the dough is good, light but average. In my case, a simple Neapolitan pizza, very little tomato and an excessive layer of cheese, 4 anchovies, and 4 capers. I wasn't thrilled; I'll go back and try the gourmet version.

05/02/2026: WOW! I've been wanting to try their dishes for a while now, and I was pleasantly surprised! I had seitan with leeks and almonds, and a cabbage, apple, and toasted almond salad. Super tasty and healthy, plus I ordered delivery and they arrived in handy spill-proof trays—a great solution! I highly recommend them and will definitely order again. Well done, well done, well done!! 🙏🏻
