09/10/2025: Retro atmosphere, sloppy service.

22/09/2025: An espresso made with the leftovers from the grinder, brushed together and placed in the espresso group, hasn't happened to me in years. And, what's more, right in front of us, as if it were normal. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Terrible.

26/12/2025: I waited an hour at the drive thru. Terrible service.

26/12/2025: On a quiet Monday, we waited at least half an hour longer, and they still got our food order wrong. Plus, they were just sitting there chatting away, while there were still plenty of people waiting in the lobby.

25/03/2025: Locale pressochè vuoto, un solo cameriere anche se professionale. Uno dei piatti suggeriti era terminato, abbiamo dovuto optare per un'alternativa. Il cibo è accettabile anche se a prezzi decisamente alti per la qualità, ma niente di più. L'attuale gestione, che non accetta nemmeno l'American Express, vive della passata gloria. Esperienza da non ripere se non in funzione della visita al locale.

24/03/2025: Piazza Roma, Palazzo Ducale, in the heart of Modena's city center. A restaurant frozen in time, a nostalgic dive into a grand, elegant and refined past. It has some incredible gems. That's why I love it. The food is good, a classic of Modena tradition. Prices are average, in line with other restaurants in the area. All the celebrities of the past have passed through there. I'm a nostalgic. It was subjected to a negative media frenzy due to a video of a probationary employee. I disagree with some of the extremely negative reviews.

04/10/2025: The hotel is CLOSED, we booked and we were left without a room ... When we arrived, everything was CLOSED WITH THE COURT SEALS, luckily I didn't pay even though I booked on booking.

29/09/2025: I stopped in for work. The interior is rundown, but it's clean and the staff is very friendly. I ate well and quickly.

31/10/2025: A fairytale trattoria where you can feel the atmosphere of home. I felt like I was a child again, going with my grandmother to the restaurants in her homeland of Emilia. A wonderful experience. The food was absolutely impeccable, traditional, and delicious. The staff were extremely kind, the setting was beautiful and serene, and the quality/price ratio was exceptional. Congratulations!

26/10/2025: We're in Zocca for the chestnut festival and make a reservation at this small, rustic restaurant. The food isn't bad, but worse: scallops with mushrooms. The smell they give off is a mix of fish and stock cube. I try them, and the meat is truly awful, and the mushrooms are covered in rosemary... Inedible. Polenta with meat sauce... The meat sauce was so salty I couldn't swallow it... The wild boar sauce was tough and poor. I tell the owner and ask her not to pay for the scallops since they were on the plate. I was leaving hungry, and she tells me they cook them this way with arrogance and little regard for criticism. It's not a matter of taste, but it's truly awful food!!

28/01/2026: I have been coming to this canteen for many years and in the last 2 months the quality of the self-service has significantly improved, good and tasty food both first and second courses.

12/11/2025: Terrible experience, rude staff. They treat customers like objects and respond rudely; they should be fired. I ordered a cappuccino, and since it was cold, I went to the barista to ask if she could reheat it, and she rudely told me, "Next time you'll have to say if you want it hot." Since when should a cappuccino be served cold?

05/03/2026: We arrived and after thirty minutes the first piadina arrives with the sauces (unsolicited), we ask her to remove them and she goes to the counter and washes the salad and then scrapes off the sauce and brings it back. Then the hot dog arrives which was decent: only with too much sauce and it tasted like fruit, then she brings the fries and while she brings it she eats one. And there's nothing left, she doesn't even bring it to the table but leaves it on the counter, she comes with a piadina (the last one luckily) and sees a crumb and eats it. Finally, as we leave disgusted, she says she can't give us a receipt because she had just changed modems and didn't know how to make them. Then we pointed out all this to her and she gets angry despite everything she pretended to be right. We made up an excuse why she wouldn't let us go and left. I strongly advise against it, my family and I thought it was like a new edition of Paperissima, modified and not yet aired.

09/02/2026: I strongly advise anyone against going to this place. The saleswoman claims that it's not possible to get a receipt because, according to her, they'd changed her modem and it wasn't possible to issue one. Once the fries arrived, the woman puts a fries in her mouth, an act that's not only disgusting but also disrespectful, not to mention the food. Salty wraps that taste like salmon and abundant sauces that make the hot dog taste fruity. I thought it was a prank on the show.

18/11/2025: I came today with my friends, but we're already starting with the welcome, where a young, black-haired lady seemed annoyed to see us. We really liked the atmosphere, the quality-price ratio was very good, but the staff was seriously lacking. At a certain point, we heard screams coming from the kitchen and saw the lady come out with a girl who looked like she was about to cry. Then, when the lady took our orders, she looked like she wanted us to leave... As for the bathrooms... they'd better fix them, because they don't even lock the doors... Anyway, my friends and I preferred to finish everything and leave straight away. It's a shame, though, because as a place, it really fits... But if we're being honest, even from my friends' perspective, the black-haired lady isn't the best person to set the right mood inside the place...
