01/11/2025: We came after the disco for something to eat. I had pizza and onion dumplings. I couldn't taste the onion, and the dough on both tasted like rubber. If you want a good pizza or dumpling, this isn't the place. A friend of mine also complained about the hard croissants, probably from the previous morning. I would have given it 0 stars, but that's not possible.

01/11/2025: I strongly advise against it. The pizzas and gnocchi tasted like plastic. I don't think I'll go back.

05/09/2025: The coffee is always excellent. The place is spacious and relaxing. The staff is awful.

13/05/2025: Nice place, great coffee but totally inadequate staff.. Absolute rudeness, little predisposition to facilitate the customer and rudeness of the staff make the experience in this place really bad!!

07/08/2025: Nice place inside the La Rotonda shopping center, we stopped for a coffee break, very clean environment, beautiful windows full of attractive looking food, friendly staff, good coffee and coffee cream. Worth it.

29/07/2025: I won't go back. The staff was very rude. They served everyone else first, even though I was first in line. They made me a cappuccino full of foam and with just a hint of milk. When I went back to tell them, with a fed-up face and a huff, they said, "Ma'am, next time you have to tell the cashier." But I like foam, but not foam more than milk. I don't recommend it at all.

04/10/2025: The hotel is CLOSED, we booked and we were left without a room ... When we arrived, everything was CLOSED WITH THE COURT SEALS, luckily I didn't pay even though I booked on booking.

29/09/2025: I stopped in for work. The interior is rundown, but it's clean and the staff is very friendly. I ate well and quickly.

21/08/2025: Hi everyone, today a friend of mine and I went to this bar around 11:15 for coffee, and then something unpleasant happened with the people who work there. First of all, they're very rude, they treat people badly. There should be someone supervising their work; they can't treat people so badly.

14/11/2025: Unfortunately, this evening, the terrible service at the Mc Drive-Thru on Via Emilia Ovest has been confirmed once again. Unfortunately, as often happens, once I got home, I discovered that part of the order, which I had paid for, was missing from the bag. This evening, as much as 50% of the sandwiches I had paid for were missing.

18/02/2025: Everything was perfect and fast, good value for money. The unforgivable flaw is the lack of separate waste collection, and even if you wanted to, there were shared bins for everything, but no instructions were given. Everywhere, but especially in the mountains, in 2025, we need to make an extra effort to educate and demand education from consumers! Even at the cost of dedicating a role in waste management! Now that's a real hassle!

25/01/2025: The food was pathetic. I found a hair and it was served cold. The service was horrible. I thought I saw the toilet paper container empty, so I went to report it. The waitress pointed it out and replied, "Wake up, are you stupid?" I don't recommend it to anyone. Stay away if you want to be treated this way.

10/08/2025: I ordered a pizza yesterday on Just Eat, along with some friends. Our order arrived an hour late. I had chosen the "create your own pizza" option, adding a whopping €1 worth of cooked ham, which WASN'T there. A euro wasted, not to mention the mushrooms and artichokes, which seemed to have been thrown in two at a time just to show off their presence. Plus, the pizza seemed raw and smelled of yeast. I still haven't digested it, and I'm carrying a serious case of indigestion from last night. Now it's the next night and I'm still feeling terrible.

31/08/2025: Restaurant DJ Saturday night practically empty... Hmmmm, not good, there must be a reason... Fourth-rate service, a friend asked for ice five times, and the waitress, after finally bringing it to him, even blew out loud, slamming the container on the table. Poor pizza, and they served people who arrived 15 minutes after us first. Karaoke, wait a minute, there are A-list customers and B-list DJs. Two friends were singing and some really sleazy names were thrown around. A couple of friends of the restaurant owners, on the other hand, were running the karaoke as if it were their own business. The waitress mentioned above wrote to us vehemently because we were talking (we were celebrating a birthday, and everyone talks in restaurants anyway) because some tough friends were singing. No, look, as far as I'm concerned, they can shut down a place like that. Don't go there.

31/08/2025: I've always had a good time, but after tonight I won't be going back. Rude people get angry if you sing a song they wanted to sing, offending you and saying they're regulars and have to do what the place says. The waitress is always annoyed; you ask for things and they bring them to you after the 4th time you call. I don't understand how this place can still be open if it only has regular customers, which, let's be clear, are a handful. If they managed to ruin a place that was beautiful and in a strategic location, it means you're not that good. The only positive thing is Paolo with the karaoke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
