15/03/2025: The food quality is truly one of the worst I've ever experienced in a cafeteria. The same boiled vegetables are always served for several days in a row. They taste rotten, and when you politely mention it, they won't even remove them from the bowl. Overall, there's poor cleanliness, and little attention to portions, with the first courses being too generous, while the second courses are barely adequate.

19/10/2025: In my opinion, the place is very nice and welcoming. Ketty is very kind and helpful, even when it's a bit crowded.
I stopped by both in the morning, when it first opened, and during aperitif time after a hike, and I was completely satisfied with the service, the welcome, and the quality of the products.

19/10/2025: We were passing through on our motorcycle and stopped at this restaurant: a wonderful discovery! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by three lovely ladies, the kind who make you feel right at home with your "good aunt."
We started with delicious bruschetta—first with tomato and onion, then with the restaurant's complimentary sausage. Then came a truly excellent cold cuts platter, and delicious, crispy tigelle.
The tagliatelle with mushrooms were simply sublime, perfectly cooked and flavorful.
A genuine, welcoming place with cuisine that tastes of home and the mountains.
I recommend calling before you go to check when they're open.
26/08/2025: We went to the shop at supposedly opening time, both according to Google's opening hours and those posted on the door. But when we arrived, everything was closed without any notice posted. When we called, the answer was that it was supposed to be open, that they didn't know why it was closed, and that they'd be there right away. However, they immediately corrected themselves, saying they couldn't make it and to come back tomorrow morning.
A shame, because the meat here is very good, but the service isn't.

24/08/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this pub was disappointing. The sandwiches served were low-quality, with less-than-fresh ingredients, and, worse still, the bread was stale and dry. I expected much more, both for the price and the reputation of the place. I don't think I'll be back.
09/08/2025: A very characteristic and unique venue just a few steps from the historic center of Vignola.

03/05/2025: Estaba en el Caffé Concerto para desayunar, y comí Four Chocolates Fagottino (una especie de brioche) y "latte macchiato" (leche manchada de café).
La comida era muy buena, el servicio también era muy bueno, los precios eran medios. La vista sobre la Catedral y el sitio de la UNESCO no tenía precio.

Il locale mi ha colpito molto per la posizione e per la sua particolare architettura all’interno.
Per il resto nella media.

17/10/2025: Incredibly unfriendly. The food was really okay. But: the price/performance ratio was absolutely not justified. We had been to a really nice restaurant the night before with warm hospitality. The experience at this restaurant was anything but positive. Very snarky comments because we supposedly didn't order enough. A rip-off. We won't go there again!

19/11/2025: Unfortunately, despite the many options, 1 out of 10 pizzas comes out well, often burned on the top, and undercooked on the bottom, with a wide crust and raw inside. We tried the tirata again, but it was too thin in the center and therefore burned. Every time we give it a chance, we have to give it a try; pizzas are expensive, not free! Too many pizza chefs have changed, and some are not exactly expert; we won't buy them again!

24/11/2025: Terrible experience. We were greeted with the words, "Dogs are only allowed in if they're good." Define GOOD!!!!!!!! I feel very sorry for the waiters, who are treated TERRIBLY, even in front of customers. We ordered a platter of cured meats, cheeses, and crostini, which were inedible, with meaningless combinations and so salty that we couldn't taste anything else. But the most disconcerting thing was the polenta with mushrooms, which was full of larvae. The owner was kind enough to offer us dessert as an apology and took the dish off the bill. The bill was too high for what you're eating. I would never go back.
Highly discouraged.
24/11/2025: Even though the kitchen was closing, they kindly welcomed us. The charcuterie and cheese platter and ravioli with ragù were delicious.

01/08/2025: The waitress was so sweet and nice, even she couldn't understand or speak english.
In other Cafés you first have to buy something to use the toilet.
Not here, bought something anyways, but appreciated the service very much.

The restaurant is spacious and clean.
The drive-thru takeout service is very slow and inadequate. You can wait more than 30 minutes in line before you can order.

10/09/2025: They should keep the timetables updated on 8 different websites.
The only Telepass point for dozens of kilometers. It was already closed at 6:15 PM despite the fact that it says it's open until 7:30 PM.

Three empty piadinas, ingredients cheaply added.
Honestly, we were disappointed!
