14/04/2025: Based on the good reviews, we ended up at this pizzeria, which looks rather unassuming from the outside, and had a wonderful evening with a truly delicious pizza! Nonna is at the pizza oven, baking the outstanding pizza! We'd love to come back. :-)

26/10/2025: Seated immediately without a reservation, around 1:00 PM. Courteous and professional service. Beef fillet with balsamic vinegar and baked potatoes, very good.

15/09/2025: I've been organizing sports retreats for kids at this facility for 15 years, and I can't complain about anything: food, cleanliness, and availability. Furthermore, I sometimes find myself with completely different clientele, like seniors on vacation or Vasco Rossi fans, and there's never been a problem. Problems can arise if there's a lack of manners, as sometimes happens with kids who belong to sports groups, whose parents then write nonsense and inaccurate things.

08/12/2025: Good quality burger, with fries served lukewarm, given the weather. Service was slow, given the crowds. The atmosphere was cold: we ate under an open veranda, without any heating. I recommend this place in warm or temperate weather. There are no restrooms.

26/11/2025: I returned to this place after a long time with some colleagues. The first time I didn't have a good memory, but last night I had a really good meal. I ordered the cutlet with fries and for dessert the famous pretzel with Nutella (oh my goodness!). I must emphasize that I'm not crazy about the "salty" pretzel. The service was prompt, and I applaud the woman who took our orders: she was competent and friendly. My colleagues' dishes also looked inviting. If I had to nitpick, perhaps the classic beef tagliata was the most visually "sad" dish. The price was absolutely fair for what I ate. To be fair, on a Tuesday, the place is quiet enough to chat comfortably, but I know that's not exactly the case on the weekend. I'll definitely be back.

19/11/2025: I must have been unlucky, but I ordered a small pasta dish and paid the price of a large one. Plus, you could tell it wasn't fresh. I'll never go back!

16/11/2025: I ordered a birthday cake from this ice cream shop/patisserie and was truly thrilled. The quality of the product was astonishing: fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and a delicacy that won over all the guests. The aesthetics also deserve a special mention: the cake was beautiful and meticulously crafted. You can clearly see the attention and passion behind each creation. Truly a place where quality and artisanal care meet. Highly recommended!

12/11/2025: I had chosen Bistro 53 because it could accommodate my birthday party needs, but three days before the party, they cancelled my reservation, causing problems with my search for a place. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed and disappointed, demonstrating a lack of professionalism.

30/05/2025: Ideal for a vegan breakfast (which can also be of interest to those who are not vegan but have cholesterol or triglyceride problems) I recommend the vegan strudel: Delicious. But there are also other options. The gazebo is comfortable and pleasant. I add that the owner loves dogs and this earns her another 1000 points.

02/09/2025: A very rustic place, but the fact that it's surrounded by nature makes it unique and fantastic. We had a polenta appetizer with bacon and melted cheese, truly excellent, and a first course each (tortellini with butter and sage, tagliatelle with meat sauce, and tagliatelle with mushrooms). We also had water and coffee. The price was very fair, and the waiter was truly helpful and polite. We had a bad weather day, so there were very few people, which allowed us to get excellent service. I would gladly return, especially to fully experience the landscape.

17/08/2025: The place is nice. Unqualified staff. Unspeakable food. Tray-packaged cured meats, shoddy and poorly preserved. Cold first courses, especially the tagliatelle. Potatoes as hard as rocks. Liquid sorbet, and the joke was that the waitress said it was lemon cream when she had actually sold it to us as sorbet. For the total of €28 per person, I'd say it was a rip-off for the quality. And we also drove 100km... very disappointed!!!!! We'll never go back!!!!

08/12/2025: When we arrived at our table, the veranda was scorchingly hot, and the smell of plastic from the vertical tarps was unbearable. The waiter was poorly trained and described the dishes differently than they actually were. The quality of the food was poor and run-of-the-mill; the dishes arrived cold on the surface, as if they hadn't been freshly made, and the stuffed pasta was overcooked. It was truly disappointing to find a place like this in a town with so many culinary excellences that treats "local" products this way. The owner is very arrogant and rude to her employees. You don't work in the restaurant business just to make money.

07/12/2025: First time four years ago, amazing experience. A month ago I returned and was a bit disoriented. I'd eaten "normal" food; perhaps it was too crowded. Today I found myself passing through Carpi again and stopped, but this time, instead, I found a place abandoned to itself, seemingly running on inertia. Probably too much work has made them forget that beyond the quality of the food, which is no longer the same, you also need a decent, clean place with smiling, knowledgeable, attentive staff who aren't tired or serious from overwork. And there are plenty of cobwebs to look at on the dusty chandeliers in the strange cellar-like room in the center of the restaurant. Truly disappointed by this experience. Too bad.
