28/04/2026: A historic Modena bar, renovated and now run by young, enthusiastic people who are ready to serve their customers with the best possible service.
A very good lunch (especially the pancetta and gorgonzola sandwich) and a wide selection on the wine list.
Highly recommended! Just steps from Piazza Roma!
28/04/2026: I came this afternoon for an aperitif in this bar, an excellent spritz accompanied by a large aperitif and the homemade sandwiches are delicious, the atmosphere is youthful and very modern, I will definitely return

26/11/2025: I have no idea how this place got 4.9 stars. We got takeout during our trip, and it was not good. The chicken was kinda gross - super thin, oily, and questionable.

06/04/2026: The service is good, but they put too much rice in the sushi, and compared to other sushi restaurants, the options are quite limited. Also, the seafood salad has very little fish, only vegetables. Overall, it's a nice, quiet place, but they should improve the quality of the food.

The food is good, the staff is nice and friendly, and the prices are high for the quality of the food they serve.
Furthermore, there's no parking; you have to park in the side streets before or after, in front of the houses where parking is available to homeowners.
I think there are better options around.

We stopped by for a beer and to try the polenta platter...
He insisted on serving us two platters... which we refused.
We only wanted one.
With the price...
A bottled beer was 9 euros.
Even though it was good, it was too expensive.
A cover charge of 2 euros + 2 euros for a plate and two forks...
At the end of the day, the polenta platter wasn't even homemade, industrial in my opinion.

Finally, I sit down at the table and eat...
There's always a warm atmosphere, soft music...
A must-try if you're in the mountains.

The daily menu is €30, offering generous, traditional, and high-quality dishes.
I recommend the trout and their tortelli with ragù.
The staff are professional and the owner is truly friendly.
02/03/2026: Alla Peschiera restaurant and trattoria in Fontanaluccia.
Located on the Dolo River, the restaurant is very welcoming, with lots of exposed woodwork and a wide variety of objects serving various purposes.
It's spacious, with a view of the river, and it makes you feel very comfortable, yet very informal.
We can admire paintings by the naive artist Anthony.
The authentic, homemade dishes are delicious.
The fried trout is excellent, as are the cured meats and tortelli with ragù. I also add the mushroom scallops.
Their Lambrusco is good.
The staff is courteous. The owner is friendly and personable.
The price is truly reasonable: €30 per person, excluding spirits.
Free adjacent parking.

08/05/2026: I stopped in for lunch. The bar is spacious, both inside and outside, and there's a covered area. Very well-maintained, it offers salads and first courses, including various flans and rice with vegetables and chicken (the day I went). Very friendly staff! The coffee is also excellent ☕️
