24/03/2026: Business lunch The pumpkin tortelli were good, but the filling was very dense and lacked the right amount of sweetness they should have. The sausage ragù was average in flavor (slightly improved with more contrast). The Angus fillet was good (perfectly cooked and piping hot, with top-notch balsamic vinegar). The baked potatoes were good and not greasy. The tiramisu dessert was good, but the biscuits soaked in coffee would have been better if they were thinner. The sweets served with the coffee were good, but the baci di dama tasted stale. The mousse was well-made, but had an aftertaste (perhaps the oven cooking was influenced by the flavor/vapors of previously cooked fish). The hazelnuts with sugar were good. The small hazelnut brittle was good and well-made.
