I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say it's the best pizza in Ferrara, in a refined yet family-friendly setting with friendly staff. But back to the pizza: a crispy crust on the outside and a soft, easily digestible crust made with quality ingredients; the difference is noticeable when you sleep soundly at night without having to get up to drink. When you get up in the middle of the night to drink, it means the dough hasn't completed its rising cycle and the gluten in your stomach is crying out for water. A wide menu of flavors and doughs, what can I say? Try it and believe it.

Everyone's been boasting about reinterpretations these days...but the pizza here is truly different. And it's excellent. You can taste the research and hours of work from the first bite. The protein dough is amazing. Special mention for the fried chickpea flour...a real treat.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! Their dough is fabulous, and the ingredients they use are top-quality. The place is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. They also have some delicious desserts, worth trying—they're truly unique and well-made. It was definitely a pleasant discovery!
