14/06/2025: Excellent welcome, surrounded by greenery, the structure has a swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by fruit trees such as cherry trees, fig trees and others. Hospitable room, minimal but well organized. Bathroom with large shower. Recommended.

21/06/2025: The place is very pleasant, the atmosphere is beautiful, I would almost say romantic, the environment is particular and refined. It is perhaps the only "all you can eat" that I have found in Ferrara which makes it special at least in my opinion. Orders are made via your smartphone, you frame the QR code of your table, you are online with a practical graphic and descriptive representation of each individual dish, from here you order 5 courses at a time... simple, fast, effective. The service is excellent, the anomalies that do not lead me to give 5 stars are two... why not clearly present the dish to be delivered to the table and above all, €29 per person, drinks excluded, it seems to me despite everything a little above average. In any case, as for the environment, courses, menu, everything is very good...

18/06/2025: We were in Ferrara for a concert, looking around I found this restaurant reading the reviews I wasn't very convinced but I saw a varied menu and I wanted to try, WOW the quality is felt, the portions are ABUNDANT so don't exaggerate, very good dishes and a lot of variety, very generous slices of sashimi and really delicious I will go there again when we return to Ferrara 100%, fantastic service they are very kind the only ones to answer please when you thank them for the dishes that are taken away, very smiling and the price is normal, I highly recommend

23/04/2025: Il luogo e il contesto è magnifico, immerso nelle valli, un vecchio casone da pesca. Ehm...insomma, la cucina, buonina ma sufficienza risicata. In un posto così ci sono degli obblighi che vanno rispettati, soprattutto fuori di stagione. Si può mangiare meglio in città, soprattutto con quel conto!

23/05/2025: A Ferrara per lavoro cerchiamo e troviamo a Gaibana questo ristorante consigliati dalla Guida Michelin(che di solito sbaglia poco).Abbiamo mangiamo molto bene, buono L'antipasto caldo e ottimo il primo (una pasta fatta in casa con le Cannocchie),per finire con un budino al cioccolato squisito.ottima anche la lista dei vini.Gentilissima Veronica che ci ha accompagnato fino al grappino finale.buono anche il rapporto qualita'-prezzo.TORNEREMO.

03/07/2025: terrible. nothing vegan and not even the "imagination" of transforming a simple side dish of ham and peas... into simply peas. the treatment is also shameful, I think they are really unpleasant or vegan.

30/06/2025: Located inside the former Sant'Anna Hospital, where Torquato Tasso was apparently hospitalized, the restaurant is not easily identifiable for tourists or those who do not know Ferrara well. Once inside, however, you are welcomed by the courtesy and professionalism of the owner and you eat excellent food, with first-rate raw materials. I would like to add that I personally suffer from 1) severe lactose intolerance, and I was given all the valid alternatives; 2) irritable bowel: if the food is not good, I immediately notice it from my body's reactions. The cuisine of the Raccano restaurant did not cause me any negative symptoms, a sign of the fact that it is healthy and well prepared. I also found some foods, such as eggs and chicken, that I love and that are difficult to find around. Prices appropriate to the excellent quality

17/06/2025: For true lovers of Neapolitan pizza, this place might not be ideal: the pizza is very thin, far from the traditional style, even if prepared with fresh and good quality ingredients. Overall, the food is quite good and the welcome, as well as the service, are certainly noteworthy. The weak point remains the price, decidedly high compared to other similar places. In any case, if you want a different evening, a visit is still worth it.

04/05/2025: Bella location, camerieri gentili e disponibili, cibo buono, ma in base a quello che abbiamo mangiato i tempi sono stati lunghi ed i prezzi alti secondo il mio punto di vista.

23/07/2025: Friendly staff, polite service, everything is delicious and fresh, there is the possibility of renting a sun lounger, 2 sun loungers in the shade under an umbrella 25 euros per day, plus a swimming pool for children is included. Clean free toilet. Parking is paid, 4 euros per day. Places in the shade in the parking lot are rare. We spent our vacation very relaxed. Thank you

16/07/2025: Horrible. I do not recommend this beach SARAH to anyone. Arrogant staff, does not tolerate foreign tourists. They can offend you just because you speak another language.

06/04/2025: A more than honest aperitif, generous in the quantity of wine (the prosecco is not bad) and in the things to eat. The interior is well kept and it also seemed clean to me.

22/06/2025: One of the best pastry shops in Ferrara. The place is a bit small, especially during rush hour. Friendly staff and, I repeat, delicious pastries and desserts. I'm only giving 2 stars because I understand the increase in the cost of raw materials but here they are exaggerating with the prices. 3 euros for a pan au chocolate, 1.8 for a cappuccino, 1.5 for amberjack... it's not that if you call yourself "dolci follie" it has to be crazy to come and have breakfast at your place... however as long as you have customers you are right; personally I will go elsewhere.
