20/02/2025: Excellent campsite, swimming pools, well-stocked market, good entertainment, free train to the private beach, sandy, clean, with fitness area and another swimming pool

19/01/2025: Had a mobile home with a dog.. The mobile home is too expensive in my opinion.. were in the suburbs for 2 weeks.. Shower with mold, cobwebs on the wooden ceiling. And unfortunately the dog shower and the dog walk were already closed last week. Otherwise a very nice campsite. Some of the staff were very annoyed. Great pizza and awesome ice cream. You can get to the sea by taking the train or walking for about 15 minutes.

08/01/2025: By far the best pizza of all Lidi Ferraresi. As a German-Italian food tester, this pizza particularly impressed me - you immediately notice that it is completely different from all other pizzas. The dough is matured twice as long and the pizza is much more digestible than any other. And the taste and ingredients on the pizza are simply fantastic. Eddy, the owner of Idea Pizza, is a true legend of the region and an absolute professional chef with the highest quality standards that you can taste from the first bite. I would like to be able to eat pizza like this in Germany. Apart from the pizzas, all of which I can recommend, the Fritto Misto is particularly delicious. You can tell that the Barillari family comes from a fishing family, and here you can also experience quality that tastes like it was freshly caught from the sea. Seafood of the highest quality. I absolutely recommend Idea Pizza, there is no better pizzeria in Lido Degli Estensi and the entire surrounding area. Top service, Idea Pizza is simply a family atmosphere. 27/08/2024: La Ciliegina è garanzia di qualità. La piadina è fatta al momento con farcitura assortite, hanno un menù con aalmeo 50 varietà di piadine e rotoli, disponibili anche nella versione dolce. Gli ingredienti freschi e abbondanti.

09/03/2025: Excellent hotel and excellent restaurant..you eat really well with affordable prices. Excellent welcome, very kind and helpful staff. Large and comfortable rooms. Good location and well visible when you arrive in Ferrara, with ample parking and excellent view. Very bright. Outdoor area equipped with sofas and tables and smoking area. I recommend the visit, close to the motorway junctions

18/02/2025: We stayed for the weekend, clean rooms, no minibar, but still comfortable and quiet. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant with well-cooked typical products. The staff is the highlight for their courtesy and competence. I would gladly go back and also try their pizza.

22/01/2025: Was last night for Bologna Borussia Dortmund I go in I take a bitter from the boss €3.50, I come back in the second half I take the same bitter in the same glass €5. Never again in a. Bar like this also because the bartender took 30 minutes before serving it because she was talking to a customer about the match, prices not displayed I invent gold at the moment the spritz diluted with sparkling water and not to mention the hygiene of the place . Never again in a restaurant like this. Calling it a restaurant is an insult to businesses that work honestly and well.

12/01/2025: It's a cool bar near the train station and football stadium. They have a good variety of drinks, some food and good old school bar vibe and atmosphere. Also, friendly staff/owner who's gonna make sure that you get the best drink for you.

25/12/2024: The Ice Cream Café is very good, a "nice" bar that we discovered and tried last Sunday. Having arrived on site at 5.15pm almost by chance during our walk 🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️ through the streets of Lido di Volano (which also allowed us to admire 👀 the magnificent deer 🦌 of the pine forest 🌳), we entered and ordered immediately a couple of cappuccinos ☕️, a pastry with apples 🍎 and a rice pastry 🥧; the lady at the counter 👩🏻‍🦰 then served us everything via a tray that we independently brought to the table. After a while we then integrated our order with a tea 🫖 and another pastry, namely a fan partly covered in chocolate. Everything was certainly good 😋 and the atmosphere was pleasant given that the structure turns out to be a fairly popular meeting place. In fact, at the table next to us, a passionate 🔥 card game ♠️♥️♦️♣️ was taking place which reminded me of the bars/recreational clubs of the past. On the opposite side, however, another small group was stationed convivially 🍸🥂 in front of the counter. "Singular" was the manager 👩🏻‍🦰, who, when it was time to pay the bill, seemed to have disappeared. At that point, a nice and histrionic customer 👩🏻‍🦳 arrived at the counter explaining to us that the owner 👩🏻‍🦰 would sometimes be absent to look after three little dogs 🐕🐩🐕‍🦺; together we therefore consulted the price list 📋, displayed on the wall, trying to "interpret" the prices written in marker 🖍 (which had been corrected by hand ✍️🏻 but looked like hieroglyphics). At a certain point the manager 👩🏻‍🦰 returned and, without saying a word, allowed us to pay the total of 11 euros 💶, even giving us half a smile 🙂. The episode seemed frankly surreal to me but, ultimately, it made us have fun 😅. The role of the structure is strategic since it is the only bar in Lido di Volano present in the residential area (the others are all located at the beach establishments 🏖). Should the opportunity arise we will be back 👍🏻.

13/01/2025: Characteristic environment with a convivial, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Clean. Good food, oriental cuisine (fortunately Chinese and not Japanese). Waiters not hassling but quickly available upon request. Located within the historic center.

27/12/2024: Sono anni che andiamo in questo ristorante, sempre mangiato bene ma questa volta un vero schifo. Servizio inesistente , arrivavano 2 piatti alla volta ed eravamo in 5 , piatti freddi , gamberi fritti pieni di olio che colava , tutto unto e mal cotto . Addirittura gelato fritto "sgonfio" perché in pratica il gelato era una pappetta e nemmeno si capiva da cosa fosse composta. Clienti persi di sicuro. Conto salato .
