The restaurant is large and welcoming. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious. It's a shame there's only one tablet per table.

Actually, a very good restaurant. We had the all-you-can-eat menu. The food was perfectly fine, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The only downside is that you order via tablet. One tablet for the whole table! What happened to good old-fashioned menus?
It's too impersonal and annoying for me. But maybe it's just getting old.
But the food was really delicious.

Jap'n'sino (sino led) cousine restaurant; definitely a eating landmark in Ferrara. Extensive variety of food, served in very often speedy fashion regardless of the attendance deal. It may come pricy if you "abuse" of beverages and optionals (spirits, beers, etc ...)

Excellent selection of dishes. I was hesitant after seeing mostly negative reviews, but I have to say the lunch was excellent. Fast and convenient service via tablet.

Unfortunately, lately, in addition to the price increase—which is understandable given the increase in raw materials—on the ALL YOU CAN IT menu, you can find almost all dishes with a €2 surcharge....
In the end, the bill.... is expensive!!!!

I returned to this place after several years. It's been completely renovated, both in terms of decor and menu. It's now an all-you-can-eat restaurant serving Japanese and Chinese cuisine. The portions are small, so you can try several dishes. It's interesting and definitely worth trying again. It's quite crowded on weekends. Today, Tuesday, was less crowded, but the all-you-can-eat menu is always good.

We went there to eat, and I'd say we ate very well. The fish was very fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
