18/03/2025: We've been coming here every now and then for exactly three years, with family, friends, etc. We found this place by pure chance, but fortunately, because we recommend it! Courtesy, kindness, and excellent pizza... the guest of honor is always their magnificent cat, "Pippo."

20/02/2025: I am a regular customer of this pizzeria and I can say with certainty that the pizza they offer is truly delicious. In an area like Portuense, where pizza is a true tradition, this pizzeria stands out for the quality and freshness of the ingredients, which are simply excellent. The pizza base is light and well balanced, without being too salty or heavy. What makes it truly special are the fresh, quality ingredients, which go perfectly with the pasta, without ever overpowering the flavours. Every bite is an explosion of flavour, where each ingredient makes itself felt without being covered by salt or excessive seasonings. A pizza that truly tastes like pizza, with authentic and well-balanced flavours. I firmly believe that this pizzeria should become an institution. The quality of the pizza is excellent and deserves to be known and appreciated by everyone. If you are looking for a pizza that is synonymous with authenticity, freshness and good taste, I can only highly recommend it. A gastronomic experience that is truly worth trying!

06/08/2025: Extremely mediocre pizzeria. I don't want to say anything bad, just say it's mediocre. The pizza itself isn't bad, it's just average, like a thousand other pizzerias; it doesn't stand out in any particular way. The real problems are all the side effects: we waited a full 55 minutes for a pizza; we arrived at 8:30, took the order at 8:45, and the pizzas arrived at 9:40. Truly too long for pizzas. Furthermore, one of the pizzas was missing an ingredient (sausage). The wait staff kindly offered to remake the pizza, but we refused because my friend was very hungry and didn't want to wait that long. Furthermore, when it came to the bill, the waiter, a young, polite but perhaps unfamiliar with the cash register system, made a mistake, but these things happen. What's sad is that the woman who came to his aid (a much older woman than this guy) publicly scolded him in front of us, who were a bit shocked. I understand everything, but giving such harsh answers in front of customers doesn't make you look good. Instead, take the employee aside and explain the mistake without humiliating him in front of the customers. I don't know, we weren't particularly impressed with the place, but our group of friends agreed, I don't think we'll be back.

25/07/2025: We went into this fry shop after reading the reviews... looks can be deceiving, because we ate very well. We ordered mixed fried fish and octopus and potato salad, all freshly made. The mixed fried fish was very good, but the octopus was even better; very soft and super flavorful... the only thing is, if you're not a garlic fan, ask for a little less because it's quite heavy. I definitely recommend it.

13/07/2025: A very kind lady who prepares excellent fried foods and equally excellent spaghetti with clams. Large quantities at competitive prices. Recommended.

11/05/2025: La sera aperitivo, questa mattina colazione : ottima esperienza. Per chi deve adattare la propria alimentazione ai problemi legati a glutine e lattosio è una eccellente opportunità. Qui trovi servizio di panetteria, caffetteria/bar, pasticceria, ristorazione. Ottimi i prodotti, il loro assortimento, la presentazione ; cortese e paziente il personale nelle illustrazioni e spiegazioni. Il locale è gradevole, con una distesa all' esterno nella parte posteriore. È vero che i prezzi non sono economici ma sappiamo bene che questi prodotti e le materie prime per crearli hanno costi superiori a quelli di chi utilizza le "materie standard" : per noi Promosso !

23/08/2025: Excellent seafood dinner, a generous seafood appetizer, fresh fish, delicious shrimp and scallops gnocchi, and for the main course, skewers cooked over the fireplace by the legendary Gianfranco! Excellent waiters, and the owner was friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended!

11/08/2025: You eat on paper tablecloths soiled by those who ate before you with stains of sauce, bits of leftovers and therefore probably various spitting while talking... I've pointed this out several times because once it was different and then it was convenient for lunch being close... but nothing, they persist in the dirt and if so much gives me so much I don't want to think about in what other areas they save... at dinner the same you eat on paper tablecloths soiled at lunch with very expensive prices... enough I've put a stop to it

13/07/2025: After an hour of waiting, four out of five pizzas arrived. The fifth never arrived because we decided to get up and go pay. The pizzas were badly topped (even with the wrong ingredients) and undercooked. When it came time to get the bill, we pointed this out to the owner, who didn't even apologize; instead, he told us they'd had problems, and that can happen. Everyone in the dining room was complaining.

13/07/2025: I've always had a good experience at this place, but last night the experience was terrible... endless waiting time, lost and inexperienced waiters, no apologies for the poor service... well, a really bad experience.

06/08/2025: During my recent visit to Sbirro Gastrotheque, I had the opportunity to experience courteous and attentive service, albeit with a slight delay in execution. Nonetheless, the staff stood out for their customer care. As for the culinary offering, the dish ordered proved to be average in both quality and presentation. The atmosphere deserves particular mention: creative, distinctive, and capable of making the experience pleasantly unique. It should also be noted that, in relation to the service and quality provided, the price-to-quality ratio appeared personally elevated when compared to expectations

15/06/2025: It is easy to be fooled by the external appearance of the Cutty Sark. From the outside, this pub in Lido degli Estensi might not seem particularly inviting. However, do not let appearances put you off!. But the real surprise, for those who love good food, is their fish offer: we had the pleasure of tasting a simply exquisite swordfish and grilled tuna, cooked to perfection and very fresh.. An address to note for those who want to eat well without frills.

31/08/2025: I ate the best pizza of my life at this restaurant! It was indescribably delicious. The service was also quite good, but unfortunately, it didn't deserve 5 stars. The atmosphere was nice, and you could eat in peace 😀
