Excellent gluten-free piadina, well-filled, wide choice of flavours

I've been here several times now for both the panino and the piedina, and I can say without a doubt that it's the best of all the Lidi Ferrarese restaurants. The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous. As for the price, it's average. The only downside is that, being the best, it's always crowded, and sometimes you have to wait up to 45 minutes. However, if you have a wait, you're always notified of the expected time. I highly recommend it if you want to eat a real piadina from Romagna.

The vegan spelt piadina rolls won us over!! Super fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and creative fillings made with love and passion. The service is impeccable, wonderful people who know how to pamper their customers! They have delicious options for all palates and tastes!! Highly recommended! A kiss to the mascot, Spike!

It's an institution, you have to try it!! I don't go there often because it's addictive, and unfortunately I also have a series of apocalyptic intolerances, so within my personal limits, when I want a serious piada, I go to Franco's. It's a delight!!!

The food is always good and plentiful. The staff work hard to serve all their customers well. There are always long lines, but that's because people know that for good, simple, and inexpensive food, you have to come here. Oh, and by the way, the pasta dishes are excellent, and all the sauces are made fresh by the lady in the kitchen.

I've been coming here since I was little...always good, always with really good products...only advice: be patient, they're not slow, there are really a lot of people who go there and the dishes served are made on the spot...grab a beer, a couple of chips and have an aperitif while you wait and everything will be magical like it used to be.

This is a very popular place, so expect a long wait before you can enjoy your piadina. You can also order a fried delicacy while you wait (it would be more hygienic to serve it without direct contact with the single-serving sauces). The menu is extensive, with a truly tempting selection, including pasta dishes. The piadina romagnola is well-made, with a tasty turkey and mozzarella filling, and the grilled vegetables are excellent. There's plenty of seating and restrooms.
