24/06/2026: I have experienced the most amazing lunch in a breathtaking atmosphere, immersed in a beautiful lawn surrounded by secular trees. The chef proposed an array of plates like they were pictures and that was fine dining at its best. We had a quiet calm ambience, with no city noise, yet we were in the city centre. Very exclusive indeed. I loved the scalops accompanied with twirls of coconut milk puree and a lime dressing. Simply divine. I also appreciated the space we were given to enjoy ourselves with the waiter at a discreet distance and never annoyingly stuck to us. I would go back in a heartbeat. Compliments to the chef!

01/08/2026: Traveling north from Sicily, we stopped to visit the Certosa di Padula and discovered this restaurant almost by accident. A wonderful surprise: everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert, with carefully prepared dishes and excellent local products. The service was friendly and helpful, and the prices were more than fair. Highly recommended!

22/05/2026: We found this place almost by chance to satisfy our craving for red meat, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. We ordered the mixed grill with rib-eye steak for two to share (€55) and were truly impressed: the rib-eye steak, about 900g, was out of this world, cooked to perfection, with an excellent grilled flavor, and decidedly filling. The grill also included sausage, coppone, pancetta, and grilled polenta. Overall, a very generous portion, more than enough for a dinner for two. As an appetizer, we also recommend the Tuscan chicken liver crostini, if you like that kind of food: really good. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly, and the place is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

12/05/2026: An unforgettable anniversary. I begin this review with a well-deserved mea culpa: neither my wife (a true Ferrarese) nor I (in Ferrara since 2011) had ever been to this wonderful restaurant. We decided to make up for it on Sunday, our twelfth wedding anniversary. The tasting menu tempted us, but we opted for à la carte lunch. I had an appetizer, first course, and second course; my wife had an appetizer, second course, and dessert. I believe the attached photographs speak for themselves when it comes to describing the elegance of the location and the beauty and quality of the dishes. I'll just point out that we thoroughly enjoyed some of the truly unusual, yet surprisingly successful, flavor combinations (for example, the wagyu with salmon in the signature main course, but also small details like the pairing of coffee and pineapple in the dessert). The food, course after course, was a true discovery, and we found ourselves laughing and joking, feeding each other samples so as not to miss anything, like two sweethearts. The aspect I'd like to focus on was the wonderful attentiveness of the service, which made us feel truly pampered throughout the meal. For example, since my wife hadn't ordered a first course, they still brought her an amuse-bouche to while away the time. Or, again without a word, my wife's second course was accompanied by a glass of the Japanese liqueur we'd spotted in the display case and commented on. Coincidence or the keen ear of an attentive maître d'? To top it off, a final surprise from the chef with his happy anniversary wishes, as pictured. The final surprise came when the bill arrived: truly very, very, very fair for the experience we had. We'll definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

07/08/2026: Excellent experience. We arrived without a reservation, but were welcomed and seated without any difficulty. The menu was very interesting and enjoyable. Beautiful, formal location suitable for everyone. The garden has a lovely DJ area for an after-dinner drink. The staff was young, active, attentive, and helpful. Honorable mention for the desserts. Very delicious. 😉 Definitely worth a try and a regular stop. For dinners with friends! I'll definitely be back.

29/07/2026: We chose Corte Solada to celebrate our daughter Giorgia's graduation, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From our first meeting, we were greeted with great professionalism, helpfulness, and courtesy. They even opened the venue on a closed day to allow us to organize this important day, a gesture we truly appreciated. The location is splendid, with meticulous attention to detail, and perfect for making such a significant event special. Everything was organized with great care, allowing us to enjoy the celebration in complete tranquility. Special praise also goes to the cuisine: the buffet was rich, abundant, and of excellent quality, so much so that all our guests complimented it. And the cake... simply exceptional! Delicious, made exactly as Giorgia had imagined and desired, both in flavor and decoration. Heartfelt thanks to Giulio and Teresa of Corte Solada for helping make a day unforgettable that we will always cherish. We recommend this venue to anyone looking to organize a flawless event, handled with passion, professionalism, and meticulous customer service. Congratulations, and thank you again for everything! 21/06/2026: A very warm welcome awaits you at this tastefully decorated inn. The cuisine is exquisite and absolutely delicious. We opted for the tasting menu and found it a little difficult to finish everything. I even left a good portion of my dessert, which is quite unusual for me. The white wine was also delightful. I forgot to take a picture of the small cuttlefish, which looked so appetizing and delicious that I didn't even think to photograph it.

03/06/2026: My wife and I spent four days in Ferrara, enjoying lunch and dinner at various restaurants with the highest reviews. The only one that truly satisfied us was this trattoria: the kindness, friendliness, and food. If we ever find ourselves in Ferrara again, we won't look anywhere else!

02/07/2026: On the recommendation of friends, we dined at this restaurant, where we were greeted warmly and generously by the owners. We chose a prosciutto ossobuco and a vegetarian dish, both carefully prepared and very uniquely crafted. The ossobuco, in particular, was spiced with paprika and other sauces, which complemented each other in flavor, complementing the delicious caponata. Since the dishes were also generous, we finished with an excellent amaretto pudding to share and two Amari del Capo liqueurs. All for the very reasonable price of €56. Unfortunately, we left the next day, otherwise we would have repeated the experience. Highly recommended.

15/06/2026: I was hoping to finally eat at this place, which I've been craving for a while. Google says it's open Monday lunchtime. We came from out of town specifically to have lunch here and found everything closed. Update the hours.

19/07/2026: A fairytale 18th birthday at Glam! On July 15th, we celebrated my son's 18th birthday at Glam in San Sebastiano, and everything was simply perfect! The location is spectacular and magical, but the real added value is the owner, Mr. Giovanni, a delightful person, with a kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism from times gone by. He took care of every detail with rare dedication, making us feel pampered from start to finish. Thanks to him, every single one of our requests came true. The food left us speechless: excellent quality, divinely cooked, and truly abundant! A special shout-out to all the wait staff, especially the wonderful Mrs. Speranza, always attentive and so sweet. For the entertainment, a huge thank you to photographer Micky, a true artist of the lens, and to DJ Pasquale (Paco), who got everyone dancing with incredible energy. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Giovanni and the entire team for making this party unforgettable. Absolutely top marks!

17/07/2026: I celebrated my 18th birthday. The venue was truly beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the organization was impeccable. Everyone who attended complimented me on my choice and the impeccable service. Kudos to the entire staff for their friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend it to everyone, as it's a place that makes every moment even more unforgettable.

28/07/2026: Excellent restaurant in the center of Ferrara, with top-quality dishes, a wide selection of wines, and friendly service. The fish is excellent; I've never had meat dishes before, but they look very inviting. The passatelli and red mullet are definitely worth trying. I recommend booking during busy periods or on weekends.

21/07/2026: Usually a great place, but I hadn't been there in a while. Yesterday it wasn't up to par: the gazpacho was microscopic, not even gazpacho and very unrealistic, the venison was delicious but also microscopic, the guys were overdoing it with 70 grams, you can't go that low, especially since in the end, without dessert, it came to 70 euros... Finally, the service was strange: the adults were very kind, one young woman was a bit hostile and very, very abrupt in her movements.

08/07/2026: The pizza is decent, and overall the food is good. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the service: the staff seemed a bit cold and unfriendly, almost tired, and this made the experience less pleasant. The exception was the girls at the tables, who were kind and helpful. With a little more attention to hospitality, the place could offer a better experience.
