23/06/2025: We had lunch twice at Bar Astra and were very satisfied. The service was attentive and scrupulous, especially regarding food allergies: they do not use wheat flour, but rice, which is great news for those who are celiac. Also interesting is the possibility of tasting local products such as craft beer, gin and Comacchio bitters. You can see great attention to detail and to the customer: a real mission for them. Honest prices: cover charge €2.00, coffee €1.40. Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Top place for celiac menus, for the rest I was not satisfied, cold dishes not well cared for, in the great mix of fried food there was mainly polenta

16/06/2025: We went and waited 30 minutes with a waitress who repeatedly told us "I'm coming now". In the end we had to leave without eating. Poorly organized, too much confusion and few waiters.

01/07/2025: The place was recommended to us by a dear friend who has been going there for many years. The location is really nice, right on the canal. The owner is very attentive and you can see that she cares about her products and her history! In addition to being an excellent lunch break for the delicious food, it was also an opportunity to say a few words of sympathy! We had the sandwich with smoked eel (a real explosion of flavors) and the "Lido degli Scacchi" piadina with the typical Zia Ferrarese salami. Nothing to say about the excellence of the products which obviously require a medium-high price.

24/06/2025: I was verbally attacked for moving a chair from one table to another. They are plastic chairs, one chair was in the sun and I moved it to one of the tables that were in the shade because there were three of us eating. In front of all the other customers the owner started yelling, saying that We shouldn't have taken the liberty of moving a chair, which by the way wasn't bothering anyone. We sat down and she continued with the attacks. So we got up and started to note that the week before we had 50 foreigners visiting and we brought them there, promoting the place. I see from the many comments that it is not the first time that the owner has made racist comments or behaved in an aggressive and arrogant manner. Dear lady, this is not the way to keep customers. We will definitely not return.

23/05/2025: The ice cream shop has been closed for several months, the windows have been obscured with newspaper. Has it moved or ceased business? There are no notices posted.

24/01/2025: IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE -1 ?!?! Arrogant, rude and unprofessional owner. One point just for being able to do the review. I want to tell you about my experience... 09/18/2024 (first and last time), published now only because I only put it on TripAdvisor! - from outside, run down place, very poorly maintained and smells - a gentleman comes out (I would have said he was the cleaning man if I can call it that) and I ask "sorry, are you still open?" I was told in an arrogant manner "well, of course we close at midnight" - we get into more total disgust and I ask "where are the tastes exposed to choose?" I get the reply "as usual on our app" but who the hell knows you and who the hell knows about your app... While we watch he continues to remember the existence of the app and to order even a simple ice cream for two from there tastes. - he asks where we come from because it was impossible that we didn't know him and in a perhaps ironic way he says "maybe I didn't advertise well because we also do home delivery right from your place" I specify that we are 28 km from the place... Good ice cream 🤣🤣🤣 And thank goodness you don't advertise too much otherwise I don't want to imagine.... - €2.40 for a small, nasty ice cream - as soon as we left the owner came out behind us with cigarettes in his mouth and went to the bar opposite BAD

21/02/2025: Never again I order two pizzas for delivery A sausage and baked potato And a spicy salami and black olives The one with baked potatoes comes with fried potatoes, ok there could be a mistake if it weren't for the fact that all the potatoes were completely raw. I call back, I explain what happened, they made a mistake with the potatoes, they bring me another one, this time sausage and baked potatoes. Ok, except that the pizza underneath was completely burnt. I went in person to bring him back the pizza, with the (raw) fried potatoes from the first one. Absolutely avoid

31/05/2025: It is the last of a series of dinners and lunches at Farina. We decide to leave a review. We arrive early on a Saturday evening and, even though we had not booked, Matteo and the others do their best to find us the most suitable and congenial accommodation. You can breathe so much kindness, courtesy, joy and professionalism. You can eat both inside the pizzeria and outside. For the whole evening we are literally tempted by the taste and pampered by the Roman taste! We will definitely be back!

15/05/2025: I placed an order on Just Eat with some friends, with great curiosity, since it was my first time with you. Obviously, my name will not appear because we used the account of a friend of ours. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. I ordered a pizza with sausage and "baked potatoes" for 9 euros, but the quality of the product received was not up to the amount spent. I will not comment on the others, sorry, but they were definitely below expectations. I also want to point out an important thing: the image used on Google is definitely different from what was actually delivered... I understand that there may be variations, but I think it is essential to be transparent and consistent between what is shown and what is offered. I really hope that you take this report in a constructive way :)

19/06/2025: I've been ordering from them for a long time and I never thought about writing a review, now I'll fix that 😀. I always order home delivery, they are punctual and very correct, the pizzas are delicious and always arrive hot. Once the man who brings them to my house came back after half an hour because he had brought me an unfilled pizza (I hadn't even noticed, in reality it was a little less filled, but it was delicious anyway!), and he didn't want anything as an addition! Now no one works like that anymore.....They are a guarantee 😘

11/01/2025: We ordered 4 takeaway pizzas, in the meantime they were raw, one was an old modena and they practically made a margherita with bacon (red, never seen it) one had to be frankfurters and chips while the other sausage and chips, they both made frankfurters and chips. Besides the fact that the seasoning was very poor. The only positive note is that they were warm.

02/06/2025: They saved our birthday! We came from Rome and called them around 4:30 pm to order a cake and at 7 pm they delivered it to the restaurant where we were having dinner! The cake was delicious, cream, strawberries and also beautiful with all the flowers on top and they even wrote the words we wanted, really top, they didn't even charge us for delivery! We made an instant bank transfer and in 5 minutes they solved our birthday! I recommend it to everyone!

08/07/2025: One word is enough..... They are DISORGANIZED... IT'S ALWAYS FULL, IT'S TRUE, BUT IT'S ALSO THE ONLY BAR IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA.... I STOPPED FOR LUNCH, BUT NEXT TIME I'LL GO ELSEWHERE. They need a manager who knows what he's doing because it's not enough to have a pretty girl behind the counter, you also need professionalism.

13/07/2025: The hotel itself was nice! It's a shame about the lack of service! My family and I booked a quadruple room. We went up to the room and the children's bed was a mini sofa bed with no guardrails and a missing leg! The bed had slats that had come loose! I reported it and they only fixed the slats! I found myself having the children sleep with the mattress on the floor until the night before checkout. Not to mention the daily room cleaning! It was skipped for two days straight! I had to go down to reception to ask for explanations and argue to get the rooms cleaned! A 3-star hotel with no restaurant? To get lunch and dinner, you had to walk about 500 meters to reach this "restaurant" where first come, first served because it also housed other hotels. Moreover, in the evenings, if there was a disco (because the restaurant is a disco), you'd get super-fast service so they could free up for the evening! I paid for a hotel room for a quadruple with full board and no service at all!! We might as well have stayed in an apartment so we could at least have a decent breakfast.

09/07/2025: The food is good but the service needs work. The dining area is in a great location overlooking the sea, but it becomes a problem if the weather is bad.

15/01/2025: The breakfasts are good, but the staff are not very polite and rude, especially the young girl who was annoyed beyond belief. I'm sorry but the service is zero.

17/12/2024: I booked a cake for a graduation party, with a special finish and decorations and a dedication. I picked it up at 7pm to take it to the restaurant. It looked perfect. Paid: 75 euros. Once in the car, thinking about the cake I had a doubt about the dedication. Maybe there was one too many 'i's. Upon checking, there was not only one too many 'i' but also a 'g' was missing. It was written 'ingenier' instead of 'ingegner'. I went back. The pastry chef first attempted a clumsy correction which made the cake unpresentable, then with a more incisive intervention the error was corrected. Unfortunately, apart from the accessories, it has become another cake, aesthetically worse. I would have left her, but I had no alternative. Because of the time I lost, I didn't get home in time to give the cake to my son and I had to take it to Paroletta. I left the house at 6.30pm and returned at 8.45pm.

02/06/2025: Today June 2nd at 10:02 ordered a macchiatone, a large cup of barley and a bread amberjack......at 10:26. Not yet served. Asked for explanations to the ordering clerk who TURNED BACK AND DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO JUSTIFY THE DELAY OR TRY TO REMEDY IT. Reported incident to the owner who HOWEVER DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. ........................The plastic cups in a delicatessen in the historic center of the city are unacceptable.

30/05/2025: I highly recommend it to enjoy local specialties in a quiet environment with an amazing view of the palace. Good service and very good prices, delicious food!!!!

04/05/2025: The atmosphere of the medieval tavern will surely get you as we did. I believe that if I wasn't driving a car, even wine tasting would be great. The food is very original. Spaghetti al dente which was great. On hot days, everything feels like an oasis. We enjoyed it very much.

20/04/2025: I ordered pasta with raw shrimp and it had no taste at all. It has no taste anyway.
