30/06/2025: The little food we could taste had a strange taste, both my daughter and my husband did not like anything that arrived. My daughter (3 years old) started crying because she was hungry, so to calm her down we ordered other dishes and finally an ice cream, which did not arrive, the waitress instead of bringing us the ice cream (they only had 2 tables so there was time) came to say SHHHH to the child and tell us that we had to shut her up. To sum it up we were eating scraps, the fried food had gone bad, the pasta was disgusting, we didn't have the courage to eat the raw food and the ravioli smelled of everything but duck, in the end they didn't even bring us the ice cream and we decided to leave because the place deserves a visit from the ASL. They even made us pay for the ice cream that never arrived. Now we are at home with a stomach ache... Congratulations 👍

30/06/2025: only place open on Monday, very good sushi, generous and rich portions. the flavors are not like those of other sushi places, and in this case it is a pro. we were placed in a booth with the air conditioning above our heads, which was very welcome due to the summer heat. highly recommend!

06/06/2025: Ivan and Federica top barmen and barwomen. Just a coffee and lots of joy, friendliness and juggling as a professional cocktail-barman. After visiting the Estense fortress and/or the cathedral of Ferrara, a stop at the Santos Caffè bar is a must

18/05/2025: I wanted to compliment Federica, bartender and waitress of this place, for her professionalism and kindness. From the first moment she welcomed us with a beautiful smile, making me and my friend feel truly welcome. She was always very careful to satisfy our every request with courtesy and great efficiency You can see that she loves her job and that she has a natural predisposition to contact with the public. Thanks to her, our experience in the place was even more pleasant. Employees like this really make the difference! We will definitely be back also thanks to her Well done 🙌🏻🙌🏻

17/07/2025: Restaurant located in a quiet area with a large terrace....Booked with The Fork. Good food and generous portions...2 first courses (including an extra-large one), 4 second courses, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, drinks and cover charge...for just over €100.

16/07/2025: I wanted a cooked ham pizza, but it wasn't available. Cooked ham was everything. I found it very unpleasant. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

09/07/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in famiglia di sabato in questo ristorante. Il locale è molto carino e accogliente, ideale per una pausa conviviale. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti e secondi; la qualità del cibo è nella media, niente di eccezionale, ma comunque soddisfacente. Tuttavia, ritengo che il prezzo sia eccessivo rispetto alla qualità offerta. Il servizio è semplice e senza particolari attenzioni.

24/05/2025: Il locale è bello, curato e raffinato. Il personale è presente e numeroso, cordiale ed efficiente, magari qualcuno dei ragazzi è poco esperto ma non sarebbe un problema, peró secondo me manca un po’ di brio, quella parola in più che rompe il ghiaccio se non sei un cliente abituale. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto e un contorno a testa perché non amiamo abbuffarci, siamo rimasti un po’ delusi dall’enorme piatto semivuoto, nudo e spoglio, un po’ triste sia per la totale assenza di decorazione (inserire qualche foglia di insalata/verdurina di stagione non costa nulla ma arricchisce notevolmente il piatto di colore) sia per la proposta abbastanza banale (un’alice, un piccolo cocktail di gamberetti, una fettina di salmone affumicato, un’insalatina di polpo con patate e una fettina di salmone marinato) Da una pescheria ci aspettavamo molto di più in termini di varietà e anche un po’ di fantasia non avrebbe guastato.

18/05/2025: Locale molto carino, suddiviso tra negozio e ristorante, propone un'ottima cucina di pesce con piatti ben presentati e di porzioni generose. Noi abbiamo scelto le pietanze alla carta ma ci sono anche i fuori menù ed il menù degustazione per accontentare tutti i gusti. Ottimo l'antipasto misto di pesce ed anche la grigliata era squisita come le verdure grigliate che abbiamo scelto come contorno; 2 calici di Vermentino hanno accompagnato la nostra cenetta. Lo staff molto gentile ma forse suggerirei qualche sorriso in più. Conto finale piuttosto elevato ma il pesce buono non è mai economico. Promosso a pieni voti, ci torneremo!

24/03/2025: I go in because my pregnant wife needs the bathroom, I ask if she can come in, they say yes, when we are about to leave I say hello and thank you, a lady comes out to shout things, I ask what problems she has and the other tells me that usually when you use the bathroom you buy something, she could also have right but he could have told me easily from the beginning. I buy the first candy that comes my way and I go away thanking the kindness. It's unusual that in such a beautiful and peaceful town, in a bar with 4 old men playing cards there can be two such rude ladies.

24/06/2025: Last night I was near Gingio pizzeria with 4 of my friends. While we were ordering food for a friend of mine while she was drinking a glass the water went down the wrong way and splashed it on the floor. We went out apologizing but the girl REFUSED SEVERAL TIMES TO GIVE US WHAT WE HAD ORDERED. On top of that she started arguing with us from behind the counter and there was no way to make her see reason.

18/06/2025: Delia, the night shift girl is just fabulous. Super friendly and easy going, great service!

10/06/2025: Classic hotel for workers, cheap at hand. Huge rooms with very spacious bathrooms, the only flaw that ruins everything, the shower tray, 60x70cm in which you can't take a decent shower..... Good restaurant with a fixed menu, and they also do pizza.

01/06/2025: Ci vado a mangiare con i miei colleghi durante la pausa pranzo di lavoro, si mangia molto bene ad un buon prezzo. Personale di servizio cordiali pazienti e simpatici. Non provato come Hotel

09/03/2025: Premetto che lavoro anche io in ambito hospitality e penso che un atteggiamento simile non sia accettabile. Abbiamo aspettato diversi minuti senza che nessuno chiedesse cosa desideravamo, due camerieri che ogni tanto ci lanciavano un'occhiata senza proferire verbo, abbiamo anche pensato che fosse una sorta di scherzo... alla fine abbiamo optato per un ristorante vicino. Consiglio vivamente un cambio di atteggiamento.....o di professione. Ovviamente non posso esprimermi sul cibo....magari era buonissimo, ma non avrò modo di scoprirlo.

27/05/2025: Appena entri in questo locale ti accoglie il profumo di affettati e capisci subito di essere nel posto giusto... È un delitto non prendere il loro tagliere, fantastico, e poi io e la mia amica ci siamo divisi un piatto di tortellini al ragù e uno di lasagne al forno, non saprei dire quale fosse più buono...! Se volete quindi assaggiare la cucina tipica emiliana in centro a Bologna senza farsi spennare questo è il posto giusto!
