19/05/2025: Il posto merita davvero. Il sommelier è davvero preparato e consiglia buon vino. C'È da fidarsi ciecamente. Lo chef Salvo è da stellato Michelin. Preparato, creativo, originale, efficiente e concreto. Gustare le sue preparazioni è un evento davvero indescrivibile. Lo raccomando vivamente.

18/05/2025: Locale sulla via Emilia, con comodo parcheggio. I tavoli sono posizionati in due stanze, una un po' troppo grande e con troppi tavoli per i nostri gusti. Locale complessivamente curato, ma come struttura non troppo nelle nostre corde. Nulla invece da dire sulla cucina: tutti i piatti veramente buoni, pregevole il cosciotto di cervo, squisiti i dolci. Personale gentile e attento, conto corretto. Buona carta vini con proposte locali interessanti. Esperienza positiva e soddisfacente, torneremo.

18/03/2025: Apparentemente una drogheria/salumeria, di fatto una bella trattoria. Sarebbe stato il posto ideale per degustare i salumi, ma essendo di passaggio abbiamo optato per una semplice ""faraona ripiena" ed una tartare. Ottimi. vorrà dire che se un giorno saremo in zona sicuramente assaggeremo i salumi. Locale comunque caratteristico ed accogliente

03/06/2025: Sabato scorso siamo andati a Parma a trovare dei nostri amici che ci hanno portato in questo localino intimo, ma stupendo. Abbiamo mangiato fuori e abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: una torta salata con i carciofi, uno sformato al parmigiano e un formaggio caprino e marmellata di fichi. Già qui si vola alto 🤩. Poi noi, sotto consiglio della mia migliore amica, abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alla lavanda (super consigliati) e tagliolini al limone (anche questi molto buoni) . Poi abbiamo diviso due arrosti della settimana (maialino con una composta di prugne) ed infine i dolci (noi volevamo il gelato alle rose, ma ahimè l'avevan finito), abbiamo preso tutto il resto che c'era sul menù 🤣. Io ho preso il cioccorì (riso soffiato al cioccolato) e ammetto che era buono si, ma l'ho trovato particolarmente duro da masticare! Ad un certo punto mi faceva male la mandibola. Rimane il fatto che ci torneremo ad assaggiare anche il gelato alla lavanda 🥰

27/04/2025: Ai piedi del castello di Tabiano, non proprio comodo da raggiungere, questo locale consigliatoci è stata una ottima scelta. Ambiente intimo e caloroso, ben curato e con ottimo servizio. Abbiamo gustato dapprima degli affettati misti gustosissimi e li abbiamo fatti seguire da zuppa di legumi e coppa di maialino con potate al forno : piacere puro per il palato. Al posto del dolce abbiamo preferito delle scaglie di parmigiano stagionato e abbiamo pasteggiato bevendo una ottima bottiglia di gutturnio. Bravi ed onesti con il conto.

10/05/2025: I went to this place recently. The staff was quite friendly overall, although one of the guys stood out for his kindness and helpfulness, which was really appreciable. Unfortunately, however, the experience was not all positive. They got my pizza wrong three times. And the worst thing was seeing the pizza chef remove the chips from the wrong pizza and put them back on the "right" one by hand, instead of making it from scratch as would have been correct. An unhygienic and certainly unprofessional gesture, which left me very disappointed.

12/03/2025: Friendly staff, but that's not enough! The room is a bit neglected, the bathroom is "slightly dilapidated". Yet the place is large, it has enormous potential. With very little expense it would be a nice meeting place. They told me that since it is rented, some work should be done by the owner of the premises. I think that when you have a business, you have to improve it every day, you can't get stuck on quibbles. The bar manager should make his workplace welcoming, bright and tidy

19/12/2024: I am from Taiwan and came here specifically for this bakery. The bread is delicious and authentic Italian bread. The lady boss is very hospitable. She will be very happy when you speak a word or two in Italian, although her English is not very good. She needs to use her mobile phone to translate, but she is still enthusiastic. She hopes that Taiwanese people can come here and try it. The price is very affordable.

03/06/2025: Per fortuna Dio ci ha dato Piacenza, ma soprattutto la sua provincia. Un dedalo di paesini sinceri e veri dove mangi la vera tradizione lombardo-emiliana con i sapori unici di un tempo. Grazie a Piacenza e alla Maria! 🏠 LOCALE | una trattoria rustica nel nome e nei luoghi, con un arredamento fermo nel tempo e degli spazi ricchi di chincaglierie stupende. Lo spazio fuori è speciale e sembra di entrare in casa di qualcuno, che bello 🚶‍♂ PERSONALE | la (credo) moglie del titolare è una signora diretta che non vuole perder tempo, non regala sorrisi ma è sempre pronta a consigliare la miglior pietanza di quel giorno 👨‍🍳 CUCINA | non dirò niente se non: andateci. I piatti sono squisiti, fatti a regola d'arte e che si scelga un primo o un secondo si cade in piedi. Ode a chi sta in cucina poiché il livello è altissimo 💶 CONTO | sui prezzi siamo intorno ai 30€ a testa per un pranzo comprensivo di vino, acqua, antipasto, 2 primi e 2 dolci. Introvabile un prezzo così altrove, grazie Maria!

09/06/2025: Located directly on the Lungomare di Ostia, inside a beach resort, La Bussola presents itself as one of those places that focus on a simple but well-targeted formula: seafood, breathtaking views and a holiday atmosphere even just a stone's throw from Rome. The restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly the location. The outdoor tables overlook the beach and, especially at sunset, the atmosphere is priceless. Whether it's a relaxed lunch or a romantic dinner, dining with the sound of the waves in the background offers a pleasant and relaxing sensory experience. The cuisine mainly offers fish-based dishes, with a varied menu that ranges from raw and cooked appetizers to grilled or stewed second courses. The mussels alla marinara, often recommended by the staff, are very tasty and plentiful. Among the first courses, the spaghetti with clams and the risotto with scampi cream are among the most ordered, even if they are not always perfect: on some occasions the dish can be slightly salty or with the presence of sand, perhaps a sign of a not always constant control over the raw material. The service is polite but can be inconsistent, especially on very busy summer days: it happens that you have to wait a long time between one course and the next, or that some detail escapes the staff. However, the kindness of the staff, in general, manages to compensate for some small flaws. The prices are medium-high: you also pay for the location. For a complete meal (appetizer, first course, second course, wine and dessert) you can easily get to 50-60 euros per person, but if you choose carefully the bill remains reasonable. Also noteworthy is the availability of fresh fruit served in a scenic manner, perfect for ending the meal in summer style. In conclusion, La Bussola is a place to choose when you want to experience a lunch or dinner that has the flavor of the sea, not only on the plate but also in the air. If you are looking for technical perfection in the kitchen you might be slightly disappointed, but if you are looking for atmosphere, relaxation and good company in front of a nice fried food and a glass of chilled white, then you are in the right place.

02/06/2025: In my opinion, a very good hotel! Very kind staff and very clean rooms! I noticed that on each floor of the hotel there were at least two room cleaners! Excellent breakfast with a very rich variety! I give 4 stars and not 5 because I expect that the restaurant of a 4-star hotel in 2025 must absolutely have vegetarian options on the dinner menu! Nice rooms but a little small! We had a problem with the air conditioning that was solved at 1 am! What can I say, in my opinion, an excellent hotel for a long weekend away! I will return
