I migliori ristoranti in Emilia-romagna

08/04/2025: Eravamo titubanti viste alcune recensioni… e invece… Bellissima esperienza. Locale pulitissimo. Personale molto cordiale. Cibo ottimo! Abbiamo preso un po’ di tutto, dalle jachae jeon (le frittatine con verdure e kimchi) al kimbap, ai Tteokbokki e al Bibimbap… per concludere con il barbecue di manzo e tutti vari contorni! Squisito!! Consigliatissimo! E accettano i nostri amici pelosetti :)

17/02/2025: Chi ha mai avuto la fortuna di assaggiare la cucina orientale (in generale) in uno dei paesi d'origine, sa che si deve accontentare. Su questa scala si possono collocare i vari posti e ristoranti. Escludendo gli all you can eat, che stanno all'estremo più basso, sempre, il resto sono ristoranti fusion, più o meno allineati a Cina, Giappone, Corea, ma in generale uniti da sapidità standardizzate, oli che si ripopongono, molti elementi pre-cotti ecc... Questo non è male considerate queste premesse, e avendo dato un'occhiata ad altri cosiddetti coreani a Bologna. Bagno pulito.

21/04/2025: I was there only once to have breakfast while I was waiting on the bus for the time to enter the nearby bus station to get service: I paid a little expensive for a latte and a croissant. In fact, I haven't set foot there since.

09/06/2025: Giannino has been an “iconic” restaurant in Milan since 1899, in Via Vittor Pisani 6, between Piazza della Repubblica and the Central Station. Founded in 1899 by Giovanni Bindi, known as "Giannino". The restaurant has gone from a simple wine shop to a point of reference for the Milanese bourgeoisie and the international jet set. Over the years, it has hosted celebrities such as Sophia Loren, Grace Kelly and Maria Callas, whose photographs still adorn the walls of the restaurant. Giannino's culinary offering combines Milanese tradition with international influences. Among the classic dishes, the Risotto alla Milanese, the Costoletta alla Milanese and the Veal Ossobuco stand out. Chef Maurizio Lai, together with executive chef Andrea Locci, has also introduced innovative dishes to the menu such as Fregola mantecata ai crostacei con miso di riso and Hummus di ceci al lime. Very interesting environment, excellent service, raw materials used and dishes. Highly recommended!

19/05/2025: I went to Giannino for a dinner with friends and I left fully satisfied! The place is well-kept and maintains an old-world charm without appearing "lived in". The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and here a special mention is due to Dennis, who accompanied us throughout the evening knowing how to guide us through the menu and wines, meeting everyone's tastes. We ate very well, simple traditional Italian dishes but executed to perfection, tasty and prepared with quality ingredients, congratulations!

05/06/2025: Maybe the food is not the best but still good… the best thing is the wonderful staff and service, they are all very lovely and very attentive and quick and just gorgeous :) a lot of local dishes to try and the prices are wonderful!

03/06/2025: Very central place, I was afraid of having entered a place too touristy, instead I changed my mind, very good cappelletti with ragù, cooked to perfection and very balanced sauce. Good fast service, tourist prices, but the place requires it. Also appreciated the background with Lucio Dalla.

04/05/2025: A place without too many pretensions, we stopped specifically on our way back from a holiday; the girl who welcomed us was very helpful and kind. We asked for the fixed menu, but as it was Sunday it was not provided; there would be a need for a general tidy up (especially in the bathrooms a bit of maintenance is needed!!) but for a good meal while spending little it's more than fine.

25/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at the Tokyo restaurant in Castel San Giovanni, and I can say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an evening of good Japanese cuisine. The menu is rich and varied, with a wide choice of traditional dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The sushi, in particular, was exceptional: very fresh and expertly prepared fish, with a presentation with attention to detail. Hot dishes, such as ramen and tempura, also lived up to expectations, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. Furthermore, the waiting times were short, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The only flaw, so to speak, was that the portions were a little too generous, which could be excessive for those with a more moderate appetite. However, this detail did not negatively impact the overall experience, which remains extremely positive. In summary, the Tokyo restaurant is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy Japanese cuisine in a pleasant and refined environment. I will definitely come back to try other dishes from their interesting menu!

16/03/2025: Pranzo deludente. Ordinato antipasto con gnocco fritto e crudo per 5 , ma arrivata quantità per 3.. Cataplana oscena. Fritto misto con verdure inzuppato d'olio con omaggio di capello della cameriera "fashion" che aveva i capelli lunghi slegati (che toccavano ogni piatto che portava ai tavoli) . Tra una portata e l'altra passava una bella ora abbondante. Non torneremo mai più.

01/03/2025: Una cameriera (la più bassa) veramente maleducata, i piatti non li posava nel tavolo, ma quasi te li tirava! E’ meglio che cambi lavoro! Fritto con verdure immangiabile

16/04/2025: Questo locale ci è piaciuto tantissimo e credo proprio che ci tornerò più e più volte. Tantissimi piatti, soprattutto antipasti, come fuori menù, con tante verdure stagionali (sogno ancora lo strudel con formaggio affumicato e verza… troppo buono). Le opzioni vegetariane sono comunque varie e non scontate (ad esempio, cappellacci agli asparagi e ravioli con cavolo rosso), mentre chi è onnivoro avrà l’imbarazzo della scelta. Piada sempre rifornita, personale rapido e gentilissimo e atmosfera rustica. Conto comunque onesto per la qualità e quantità. Ah, tenetevi un posto per la panna cotta… non ha niente a che vedere con quelle che trovereste altrove: è spaziale.

01/01/2025: Serata di fine anno. Menù alla carta (già è un ottimo biglietto da visita) Agriturismo molto bello e curato. Personale, nonostante il locale pieno, molto attento. Mai trovato così tanta ospitalità! E poi, cosa fondamentale, pietanze ottime con sapori unici. Prezzi onestissimi. Bravissimi! Veramente. Grazie per averci trattato come fossimo gli unici ospiti. 25/04/2025: Ormai Kuta è una tradizione: arriva la primavera e veniamo da Bologna. Nonostante il viaggio è sempre un piacere enorme: la cucina è guatosa e sostanziosa, sempre pesce fresco e locale, l’ambiente rilassante e gioioso. Ma quello che ci ha fatto innamorare di questo bagno è la travolgente simpatia di Puccio e il suo staff: sempre gentili, sempre di buonumore, salutano tutti i clienti uno ad uno, come se fossero amici. Davvero persona splendide che si meritano tutto il successo che hanno. Bravi!
