01/06/2025: Really expensive! A piadina with only raw ham is €8.50 When in other places it simply costs €6. I reply to the owner's reply: very vulgar! Apparently he doesn't accept any criticism/observation! How can I review a place if I don't try their products? I wanted to come to you because I saw the photos of the menu here, but apparently in the space of a year the prices have ALL INCREASED!!

26/05/2025: We booked by agreeing on a fixed menu. The risotto was raw and not very tasty, the fried food was good. The low rating is because, without anyone asking for anything, the gentlemen opened 3 bottles of wine that were not included in the menu, two of which were Ca'del Bosco. We had to pay 525 euros, we paid 700 because even though we had made it clear that we did not want the two Ca'del Bosco bottles that the waitress Monica had put in the fridge for us of her own free will, they decided that by now they had removed the film around it and that we had to pay for them. Shame on you.

13/05/2025: An amazing experience. We were greeted by Luca the owner and our host. The food was beyond excellent because of his presence. We learned so much about the food and wine. Truly an evening I will not forget. Thank you Luca and your team. From all of us.

02/05/2025: Fresh, beautiful and good whatever you want but not only did it take them forever to bring me the dish, the portion was ridiculous for €17, ridiculous. Improve the portions of some dishes for pleasure, cut and fried are fine.

27/02/2025: A la carte sushi restaurant, small restaurant but I find it very nice. The sushi is of good quality, but I must say that for the price you pay I was definitely expecting something more, especially in the flavor of the uramaki and in the presentation of the sushi "boat". Even in desserts I didn't find them good in flavor. The negroni they make is very good.

03/06/2025: We were away in 2024, I promised Erik to leave this well-deserved review. In the room you can breathe mountain air, the chef, put to the test, amazed us. The bottles in the evening were excellent, we can say we had more than a good time.

17/05/2025: We stayed in a double room, very large, with new furniture, attention to everything, order and cleanliness. From the window, on the 2nd floor, you could enjoy a vast panorama of lush green mountains, very relaxing.

09/12/2024: Ci torno dopo un mese dall’ultima volta perché non c’è ristorante migliore a Bologna. Sempre coccolato da un servizio perfetto ispirato da Nicola, sempre inebriato da un menu che varia trimestralmente, sempre rilassato da un ambiente silenzioso e riservato, sempre soddisfatto da un prezzo equo per un tale trattamento. Tornerò tornerò e tornerò. Preferisco mangiare una volta in meno in un buon ristorante, ma ordinario, che rinunciare a questa chicca unica di posto. E ne ho frequentati di ristoranti per lavoro e passione culinaria!

20/08/2024: Super ice creams and granitas with lots of grain toppings to combine as an alternative to the basic flavours. Young and dynamic staff, kind and courteous, a fixed stop almost every evening after dinner after the walk. Excellent and recommended for those who like pistachio topping and chopped lemon peel. Good value for money, plenty of seats. Advised.
