In general I liked simple but well cooked dishes

Very confusing service. There were 8 of us and we ate at 3 different times, it turned out that two dishes had been marked to follow, so they had not been brought in the first round. We had to ask 3 times for a bottle of water because they forgot. The only one who managed to bring it to us was the waitress, who was very kind and helpful. One of the waiters, however, had some truly questionable ways of acting, even making truly disrespectful faces. The other waiters (the slightly older ones) tried to make up for the service a little (with dove, biscuits and pastries), which was therefore appreciated. The Tarantina mussels were not Tarantina style, but only with tomato sauce and were full of sand. Plus they tasted like fish and they also added sage and basil. The picahna and the schnitzel were good, although the risotto alla pescatora was not very seafood-like. While the fish skewers, for what they cost, were very poor in quantity. It may be that it is the beginning of the season and, therefore, they need to stabilize for a moment, but I hope that they improve, also in light of the reviews already present from previous seasons.

High-level place to dine by the sea, well-assorted menu with excellent quality products, watercolor risotto with prawns and really tasty lemon grass, tagliolini with Galletti scallops and black truffle, fried paranza with vegetables and many local fish. the service was good with room for improvement but still courteous with the constant and reassuring presence of the room manager. I recommend trying it if you are in the area or simply if you want to eat well by the sea.
