25/01/2025: The place is rustic and easy-going, the food is quite good, both the meat menu and the fish menu, however the service is slow and there are several screaming children at the neighboring tables. Good value for money.

19/11/2024: Ate very badly, the food arrived at 8.30pm after an hour and a half. An environment to forget, cold. Calling what they brought food is an offense. Place to cross off the agenda. Never again.

08/09/2024: Very welcoming environment, it's like entering a museum, lots of newspaper articles from the time, tasteful paintings, historical artefacts from the previous era, the owner had good taste in setting up the environment, congratulations 🙋

24/10/2024: At the entrance there was an uninviting smell but oh well we're here now. Half-empty place. Ordered a sandwich with porchetta and one with hamburger and chips.....the porchetta sandwich arrived, oh well come on it's a warmed up sausage..ehhh then oh well, the second patty arrived when the first had been digested....and rivvabeee. ..the meat rather than minced blended, 200 grams ehhh well come on they must have made a mistake in weighing by confusing the 2 with 1, it happens...the two frozen and soggy chips. well for 11 euros congratulations...I'd say that well they were finished...paid and goodbye never again...I've read other reviews obviously something doesn't add up...in the photo the wonderful sandwich for 11 euros ah sorry with 18 soggy fries

11/10/2024: I went to this place on a Friday evening with my nephew (a lover of this food), I must say that reading some of the reviews it seems like a different place to me. Excellent food, typically Bavarian, very good beer and kind and friendly staff. What more can I say? Highly recommended!

08/12/2024: 5 stars also a little on trust because I like them. I liked the climate and the management of the people. Being fusion, not all the food was 5 star for me, but not because it wasn't good, just because I prefer typical and traditional Japanese food. Having said that I think I will return here often. Be careful not to get carried away with orders (quality costs 😜)

29/08/2024: After the visit to the Gropparello castle, continue for 900 metres And you find yourself at the Trattoria La Castellana, what can I say first course, penne with porcini mushrooms, then pork ribs, side dish and sweet paradise cake, excellent everything plus coffee for only €13 per person

01/02/2025: Eravamo tre amiche, prenotato e arrivate alle 18. Ordiniamo anche una teglia insieme ai drink. I drink arrivano subito, il cibo no. Abbiamo aspettato e sollecitato, ci é stato detto ‘arriva subito’ ma alla fine il tagliere non é mai arrivato. Alle 19:10, stanche, decidiamo di alzarci e andarcene. Camerieri anche carini, ma c’è chiaramente qualcosa che non va in cucina già da un po’, dato che le ultime volte ci metteva tanto tempo ma alla fine il tagliere arrivava, a sto giro neanche quello. Grande delusione perché frequento il posto da anni e questo tipo di problema non l’ho MAI riscontrato. Penso che per un bel pò di tempo non torneremo.

31/08/2024: In occasione di una gita al fiume trebbia avevo letto di questa trattoria e pizzeria a menù fisso nei giorni feriali a mezzogiorno. Locale semplice , tavoli in plastica con tovaglietta di carta, il tutto a mio avviso poco influente sul servizio ed il pranzo. Un primo abbondante , un secondo con contorno, un cestino di pane ottimo,1/4di vino + acqua e caffè a 12 euro a persona. La ragazza che ci ha servito è stata gentile e veloce. Certamente quando ritorneremo a Marsaglia ci ritorneremo.

15/12/2024: Partendo dal presupposto che è un posto molto conviviale con il clima tipico di un’osteria il conto è stato una doccia fredda! Eravamo in 2 a cena, ma visto che non mangio molto, abbiamo diviso tutto: ordinando 1 crostino misto, 1 porzione di parmigiana e 1 piatti di carne ( 2 pezzettini molto piccoli di maiale con 6 pezzi di patata). Prima cosa il crostino non era misto, erano TUTTI identici, mozzarella e peperoni… mai successo di avere in tavola un crostino “misto” tutto uguale, vabbè, era buono ma MONOTONO! Poi acqua, vino sfuso della casa e caffè, il tutto a 60€! Considerando che abbiamo ordinato per 1 persona abbiamo speso come se avessimo cenato in un ristorante di lusso, NON CI STA! sono rimasto molto male! Si mangia bene, questo è indubbio, ma datevi una regolata con i prezzi!

26/10/2024: Excellent bar for breakfast, I only frequent it in the morning. You can find everything you want, sweet or savory, and everything freshly made. Impeccable service, kind and helpful.

20/10/2024: TOP breakfasts. croissants cappuccino and coffee, NOTHING TO SAY. Keep it up.
