10/09/2024: Beautiful place to relax in the morning with a nice breakfast or to spend a nice evening sitting on the veranda. The management has changed and I was afraid of the change, but the new owners were up to par, especially the very nice new owner who prepared breakfast for me during the holidays, always with a smile and a little chat. Compliments.

09/09/2024: We stopped for lunch for the convenience of having an umbrella in the bathroom associated with the hotel. We ordered a salad and a piadina in detail. The salad was a truly plentiful and well-seasoned dish and the piadina was delicious. Peeking into the nearby tables we were amazed by the size of the dishes and how well they were presented. We would have eaten the table too :) everything was really excellent. I recommend it!

07/09/2024: Only for Italian people, we ordered four meals but received only three. I had to watch my family eating, which ruined our mood a bit. Can happen, but still not a good experience. Service personnel don't understand English.

29/05/2024: Tanta simpatia, frittura un po' moscia... il posto è informale ma accogliente e ripeto la frittura era un po' grossolana e non croccante. Ho dato comunque 4 stelle per la simpatia del personale e per la freschezza del pesce. Prezzi corretti.

03/01/2025: The food is good, but the service is not up to par and the wait is very long (we arrived at 1pm, they started bringing food at 2pm and at 2.30pm the kitchen closed). Furthermore, I had advised that we would have a stroller and they reserved us a table that was practically unattainable. Luckily one person was missing otherwise he wouldn't have been there.

08/12/2024: Passing through Salso for pleasure I stop at the restaurant: impeccable and very kind service. The truffle first courses are good but the best with dessert. Exquisite tiramisu!

07/12/2024: We had booked, but when booking they didn't warn us that they didn't do pizza Typical appetizer with poor quality cured meats, first course tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, pasta not bad only the flavor of the garlic dominated everything

Give me 4 women like here! Full of desire to do, they work in the kitchen between simple things, flavors of the earth, of the world of nature, they put 5 boxes of vegetables, colored them and built ZAZIE... between CUS CUS, guacamole... brown rice... .excellent beer, simple and effective environment..... 25/12/2024: We had lunch in this beautiful farmhouse in a super quiet location which has a large car park, the different rooms are spacious and very well looked after, you can talk without too much noise, first courses we had cappelletti in broth, cappelletti with meat sauce and lasagne, all very good, for second courses we had the tagliatelle with baked potatoes and the suckling pig with vegetables, truly delicious. For dessert, mascarpone, chocolate cake and mixed biscuits with Albana. It was all very very good, we were all happy, we will be back soon. The farmhouse also has rooms and a swimming pool, which however we did not use.

12/01/2025: Excellent value for money. Tasting menu with excellent dishes and just the right quantities. High quality of raw materials. Excellent wine list. Attentive and attentive service. The setting is also beautiful, in a large lounge with comfortable round tables. Highly recommended.

07/01/2025: I went for lunch yesterday with my partner. Let me start by saying that they take dogs, I have 2 large ones, we had the fixed menu booked online Restaurant inside the historic hotel S Marco so large rooms are a little dated but this is not a minus We ate well, perhaps too much, and they treated us well, Convenient location with parking, which we then used for a few hours in the center. Well done, we'll be back

Excellent Roman cuisine, exquisite Tonnarelli cacio e pepe, Roman-style sautés to try, Giudia-style artichokes and a spicy chocolate dessert to taste. Average cost, from 40 to 50 depending on the wines you choose, with coffee and liqueur

03/12/2024: Well-kept pool, enough deckchairs, excellent bar area, and very good restaurant inside (applause to the chefs) the only flaw is that in my opinion the pools are slightly small, but considering the space given it is reasonable
