02/07/2025: A very nice restaurant with equally nice waiters! Neatly dressed in black and white which gives something extra for me! My advice is to sit in the atmospheric garden/terrace, you look out over Lago Trasimeno and the terrace is very nicely laid out and the plants really complete it.
The food tastes great and the waiters are real Italians, neat, polite and speak good English.
The restaurant is located in the center and is not accessible by car. You park it at the edge of the city walls a nice walk through this small town is worth it! There is a lot of variety and something for everyone. There are a number of very nice restaurants to visit. A short walk there will make you hungry.

29/06/2025: The restaurant has a beautiful veranda overlooking the lake, the service was attentive and professional, the food was excellent from the tartare to the first courses, the tortelli were fantastic, prices were slightly high but the products were excellent...

14/05/2025: With a friend of mine, after wandering around looking for a restaurant with two free seats, we ended up in this restaurant and, I must say, we had a great time. Recommended tagliatelle with trout ragù that comes from the nearby lake. The chicory was also very good. Generous portions and very kind staff. Recommended

03/07/2025: What a wonderful dining experience with delicious food, beautiful bricked, and arched spaces, and a great wine list featuring local wines at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and patient with our Italian. White lasagna was a highlight. Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: La location è estremamente curata. Posizionato proprio di fronte al maniero, abbiamo cenato all’aperto e l’atmosfera era molto rilassante.
I piatti sono semplici ma preparati con cura e con ingredienti di qualità.
Il personale estremamente gentile e premuroso contribuisce ad una experience indimenticabile.
17/07/2025: Helt fantastisk mat! Både smak og anretning var meget profesjonelt, og det samme var servicen. Maten kom svært raskt, servitørene var der med en gang og vi ventet ikke på noe. De var meget hyggelige og snakket også engelsk. Jentene på 12 og 14 elsket maten og desserten akkurat som oss voksne.
Restauranten var veldig flott innvendig, med inspirerende pynt, åpent kjøkken og man kunne se kjøkkenet fra alle vinkler.
Akkurat slik restaurant og service bør være etter min mening ☺️ Topp score fra oss som familie på 4! 🥰

This time we tried the spaghetti all'amatriciana. They were a little salty, but I was really impressed with the perfect texture of the pancetta!!!!

12/07/2025: We entered a magical, colorful place. The Matto welcomed us in a warm, beautiful, simple, but magical environment. The simple, yet genuine dishes from Grandma's kitchen were all freshly prepared by this true, sincere grandmother, just like her dishes that want to pamper you. Appetizers, two sausages, two steaks, and finally the magic and goodness of homemade pasta. I also liked the coffee. I can't tell you about the wines because we didn't drink them, as we are teetotalers, but I saw that it's a little gem within the restaurant. I'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended.
12/07/2025: A restaurant with a fixed-price menu, the price is definitely in proportion to the excellent quality of the food offered.
The owner is friendly and not at all "crazy": he made us feel at ease and explained in detail what his kitchen offers.
An experience to repeat!

07/07/2025: Molto suggestivo mangiare in una piccola piazzetta del paese. Abbiamo preso due primi di cui uno con tartufo, so bene che non si mette il parmigiano sulla pasta col tartufo, ma volevo comunque provare e ho chiesto al cameriere un po' di formaggio grattugiato, ma sì è rifiutato di portarmelo. Non credo che si debba sindacare sulle scelte del cliente, anche se sembrano delle richieste astruse. Qualsiasi richiesta del cliente, anche se strana, deve sempre essere esaudita, anche perché è lui che paga. Buoni anche i secondi. Prezzi nella media.
14/06/2025: It is the classic trattoria of small Umbrian villages. It is located in Collepino about 10 minutes from Spello. Ideal for those who love game and truffles. But also homemade pasta. Excellent quality/price ratio.

01/06/2025: Kind service that understands when the kitchen creates embarrassment and should change profession. I'm really sorry, but if I went to the kitchen I would eat better. They brought us a meat that had gone bad, it smelled, kindly replaced with another cut and didn't charge for it. Too bad that, despite the kindness of the service, even the second meat was salty, the potatoes old and dry, ditto the shank, the artichokes boiled and tasteless, the gnocchi were opened from a bag and put in the sauce, the pizza offered dry, old and reheated. In short, we must have been unlucky or the chef was sick, but we ate very badly. It's no coincidence that the place was half empty. On the way out I had to get a sandwich because I was hungry. The place is then abandoned to itself outside tables with bird poop. Too bad because it has a wonderful view.
22/05/2025: Eat here. Superb cooking, nice view, nice wine. Nothing to dislike.
