24/08/2024: A parte un pelo nel piatto delle verdure arrosto…tutto sommato… Forse un po di cura nell uso delle mani…pulite. quando si sposta una ciotola di acqua per il cane e poi si appronta un tavolo…

22/08/2024: Locale davvero carino, tartare molto buona, carne buona e il tortino al cioccolato insuperabile! Consiglio di prenotare in quanto il locale nonostante abbia posto sia fuori che dentro è molto ambito

24/08/2024: We came on the recommendation of the B&B where we are guests and I would say excellent advice. Dinner outdoors, a bit of confusion but pleasant environment, friendly and appropriately fast service, divine dishes, enormous grilled fillet and cooked very well, excellent grilled potatoes and tiramisu which was also divine. Then they offered us a grappa with coffee. We will be back for sure.

19/08/2024: Camerieri molto simpatici e disponibili e cibo ottimo. Strangozzi al tartufo proprio come piacciono a me!Anche la coratella era buonissima. Carne ottima e tozzetti superlativi!A me piace la cucina tradizionale senza tanti giri e accostamenti strani e devo dire che questo posto ha soddisfatto il mio gusto!Torneremo spesso!Grazie

31/08/2024: Una vera esperienza questo localino che racchiude al suo interno il senso della vera HOSTARIA gestito da una Signora che prepara personalmente ottimo cibo che conquista il palato e che è l'anima del locale. A chi dice che si aspetta troppo rispondo che invece una pausa dallo stress è piacevolissima, in fondo non è questo il motivo di una vacanza a Spello? Signora avanti così: Gentilissima, in gamba, cortese e una vera forza della natura. Ci torneremo, i biscotti erano ottimi, grazie ❤️CONSIGLIATISSIMO, gli amici di Salerno

28/08/2024: Localino carico all'inizio della piazza principale di Spello. Sala interna piccola e possibilità di tavoli all'esterno in un vicoletto: molto suggestivo. Due sole persone (una in cucina e l'altra ai tavoli) si occupano di mandare avanti questa attività e spesso si ha la possibilità di sentirle discutere tra loro. Il servizio, abbiamo mangiato a pranzo, è oggettivamente troppo lento. Ci siamo seduti nella sala interna quando tutti i tavoli erano occupati ed abbiamo aspettato 40 min per avere gli antipasti (un piatto con 4 pezzi di formaggio). Abbiamo giustificato questo tempo di attesa pensando al fatto che il locale era pieno. Tra la fine dell'antipasto e la portata successiva (un primo per me ed un secondo per mia moglie) è trascorsa almeno un'ora ed il locale ormai si era svuotato (oltre al nostro tavolo solo altri due erano erano occupati ed uno di questi era stato occupato da poco). Per quanto riguarda il cibo, buoni i formaggi. Il primo piatto, una pasta alla norcina, era molto salata ed il condimento risultava un pò "slegato". Il secondo piatto, arrosticini di agnello con patate, erano buoni ma se fossero stati cotti leggermente meno sarebbero stati migliori. Il vero deficit è la lentezza del servizio: trascorrere circa 2 ore per un antipasto condiviso ed un piatto unico a testa è davvero troppo.

11/08/2024: A place that absolutely deserves to return. First of all, the welcoming, attentive and polite staff. Traditional place, clean and well kept. Starter buffet (unlimited) with typical Umbrian delicacies, first and second courses served at the table, well made but above all with excellent ingredients raw, quality. Quantity typical of a trattoria, therefore abundant. Price more than honest for what we ate and drank. Wines, even all local ones.....and then Giorgione, a legend for me. A beautiful, genuine person, available, with good eyes.....nothing different from what you see on social media. We will definitely be back

11/08/2024: The environment is very suggestive and informal. Very good food with the flavors of the past and I say this because I come from a family where they cooked like this. Giorgio is also a helpful and very nice person. We hope to be able to return.

05/08/2024: Central location near the cathedral. Tried it for dinner during the week (it was Wednesday) and I must say that my experience was negative. Table service not attentive and slow. I got an order wrong and the course (a first course) arrived late, inevitably forcing me to share the plate with the other person. Food quality good (earns a star) but I didn't like it.

12/08/2024: Excellent experience, both in terms of the hotel and the adjoining restaurant. The location is very beautiful, well looked after, with a very well kept swimming pool, surrounded by a good number of sunbeds, chairs and tables. The staff is courteous and helpful. The real "main dish" is represented by the restaurant: a reasonable number of items on the menu, all expertly cooked, served with grace and familiarity. The choice of wines is very good. Both the hotel and the restaurant are recommended.

03/08/2024: We stayed one night with smartbox. Nice place, with a swimming pool to relax in, we didn't have to move for dinner because there is also a restaurant. Varied breakfast in a beautiful frescoed room. Convenient for visiting Gubbio.

29/07/2024: The place itself as an ENVIRONMENT is very fascinating and evocative, but otherwise very confusing and very chaotic (our table was placed on the side opposite the entrance and I could hear everything the people arriving were saying). Equally confusing service, after almost an hour the appetizers arrived, the entree or welcome dish was given to us without being told what was inside, almost "thrown behind", after obviously a long waiting time. The waitresses were unable to handle the amount of people present, perhaps they needed extra help. The real sore point is the food. All obviously edible but nothing really good: -suppli were really bland, I would remove them from the menu; - first recommended by chef paccheri with stracciatella and bacon if I remember correctly... Interesting overall but in the execution 👎; - tagliatella with ragù: good tagliatelle but I think the ragù is not homemade; -the second which was a rolled veal steak with mozzarella inside... Good meat and mozzarella but the QUANTITY-PRICE ratio absolutely needs to be reviewed. Honestly, I was very disappointed. It was recommended to me by a local person but I would not recommend it... Taking an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, a side dish, two glasses of wine costs more than €80. The game is definitely not worth the candle.

27/07/2024: We were welcomed into a welcoming room with brick vaults, an elegant environment that makes you feel at home. We dined with quality food, prepared with care and skill. We were served by staff who made us feel at home. We have no doubts: next time (because Perugia is too beautiful a destination not to return often!) we will visit Altromondo again, without any shadow of a doubt!

25/08/2024: A mixed starter and two pork fillets. At the time of the bill we are told verbally and it seems disproportionate to me so I ask to see it and in fact there were 3 starters... they justify it with a computer error. We try to pay with the debit card and it doesn't work...all day. The cash register probably didn't even work. No receipt.

22/08/2024: Very nice place to eat outdoors under the medieval tower. Excellent food.

17/08/2024: In life you have to make choices between sleeping in the heat or with the "hum" of the air conditioning. In life you have to make choices when you take a shower: either the towel sticks to you or you also wash the toilet.

16/08/2024: Very quiet hotel, very kind staff, 10 star food. Very comfortable rooms, shame about the shower along with the rest of the bathroom. Spectacular Assisi!!

12/08/2024: We had a good time overall, welcoming place, friendly and nice staff. Beef tartare and pork fillet encrusted with exquisite poppies, a shame about the dishes with truffles which were not very tasty.

10/08/2024: I recommend. Excellent dishes and reasonable prices. Quick and effective service!

24/08/2024: We've been coming here for years and have always had a good time. Tonight there was a bit of confusion but that's because it's Saturday night.
