We had lunch here after visiting the Clitunno Springs. The restaurant is nice, and the service is courteous and fast. The food is good quality. We ordered the tagliata rare, and it arrived more toward medium, but that's okay. In any case, it's definitely a good restaurant if you want to have lunch near the springs.

I come from a family of restaurateurs, I love cooking and eating well; I'm rarely surprised by a restaurant. The four of us tried both the menu items and the daily specials. They were original dishes, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and had authentic flavors. From appetizers to desserts, I couldn't say what we enjoyed most. Topping it all off was the impeccable yet unpretentious service and a truly breathtaking view of the springs.
Congratulations, highly recommended!
The prices are average for a restaurant, despite the superior quality. Generous portions.

I'm giving it three stars for its location because the restaurant is right in front of the fountains. I have to say, it's neither good nor bad. We had two meat dishes: the first was a good tagliata, and the second was a fillet, which was chewy. The fries and baked potatoes were good, though I think they were expensive. The staff were friendly, and the restrooms were clean. The location is convenient for stopping and resting on the way to Rome. For me, it was convenient for returning to Rome. However, it could be improved. I wouldn't return unless it was convenient for a road trip.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat at Fonti Del Clitunno for lunch today and everything from the food to the service was outstanding. We had the Strangozzi Alla Spolentina which was absolutely delicious and the best meal we have eaten on our honeymoon so far.

The owner/manager provided a perfect welcome, a saint with far too much patience for his unbearable customers. Excellent food, with traditional recipes and a few innovative twists. Fresh pasta (tortelli) and amazing stuffed pigeon. We'll definitely be back.

Very nicely decorated restaurant, located near the park. The food was very good, especially the tagliatelle with traditional local meat. The fresh ice cream, trout, etc. were also good.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
The bathroom was clean.

Fantastic welcome and excellent food!
We arrived without a reservation, but the staff was immediately super helpful and friendly, finding us a table in no time. The food was truly excellent. Special thanks to the waiter: very kind, friendly, and very professional. We really had a great time. I absolutely recommend this restaurant!
