A wonderful discovery! The dishes are not only delicious, but also meticulously crafted and presented with great attention to detail. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion that goes into the kitchen. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, but what really makes the difference is the hospitality: Gaetano is extremely kind, cheerful, and helpful, making guests feel at ease from the moment they arrive. It's wonderful to find places where, in addition to eating well, you feel truly welcomed.

I was at Montefeltro just last Sunday, May 24th. Now under new management, led by my friend Gaetano, it's definitely one of the best restaurants in Gubbio, both for the quality of the food, the friendly service, and the charming setting with the garden and the Palazzo dei Consoli in the background.
