02/05/2026: A decidedly negative experience. We had made a reservation, clearly specifying that we would bring strollers and a small dog (a toy poodle), and received no objections or instructions to the contrary. Once we arrived at the restaurant, however, the welcome was anything but professional: presumably the owner, in a brusque and decidedly impolite manner, prevented us from even sitting down, clearly showing annoyance at our presence and dismissing us abruptly. Beyond the lack of flexibility, what was striking was the attitude: disrespectful, lacking in customer care, and completely out of line with what one would expect from a business that serves the public. Even if there had been organizational difficulties, one would have expected a minimum level of availability, or at least a polite and constructive approach. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling deeply uneasy and disappointed. A restaurant should, above all, be a welcoming place, but in this case, the fundamental premise was completely missing: respect for the individual. I've never left a negative review for a business: my approach has always been to avoid it, even when mix-ups or unpleasant experiences occur. This time, however, I couldn't help but do so. For the first time, and hopefully the last, I encountered an attitude that it's no exaggeration to call demeaning toward customers. I believe this type of behavior should cause serious reflection for anyone who works with the public, especially tourists, for whom hospitality, respect, and professionalism should be essential values.

Everything was delicious: the Chianina tartare was incredibly fresh and tasted spectacular, and the pici with Cinta Senese ragù was truly delicious. Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended! Well done! I wasn't even hungry, but after trying your dishes, I wanted to continue trying more. You absolutely must stop by.

04/06/2026: We had a super delicious meal; you can really taste that the pasta is homemade! The truffle tortelli was my favorite, and the wild boar pasta was also very good. The side dishes were tasty too. There is plenty of room inside, even for a larger group. I will be back next time!

31/05/2026: I'm particularly critical when judging restaurants, but if I had to find something wrong with this place, I wouldn't know where to turn. Delicious food, trying more or less the entire menu, including truffles (I liked the first courses the most), the second courses were very good (I'll never forget the suckling pig), and the red wine from the space house. Quiet place, a little cramped inside, and the tables outside are sloped but in the shade. Excellent value for money! (3 adults and a child spent about €100) That said, I congratulate you!

03/06/2026: Wonderful experience, make reservations! Tried to eat there on a Mon. but they were fully booked. Made reservations Tuesday & so glad we did. Amazing fresh local ingredients, great service, cool outdoor vibe & the best restrooms in all of Italy! If you know, you know. Tried the pigeon & lamb, both phenomenal! Also they gave us an appetizer & dessert on the house. It’s a well run business & a must if you can. Thank you, looking forward to coming back!!!!

15/06/2026: We came across this place by chance and decided to stop in because it looked really inviting. The food, especially the pasta, was absolutely delicious. We also had a great bottle of wine that paired really well with the meal.

10/06/2026: We had a delicious lunch at this pleasant restaurant. We tried pici, thick, hand-rolled spaghetti, for the first time. The service was also wonderful; the smiling and polite waitress advised us about vegetarian options. Lunch for two cost €33.

22/03/2026: Even though it's located in a large square with plenty of parking, parking can be a bit difficult (luckily, I found it). There are a few steps to access the restaurant, but otherwise, it's a welcoming place with excellent staff who make you feel at ease. Lunch was enjoyable, highlighting the excellent cured meats on offer, especially Cinta Senese. The cacio e pepe pici were a bit subdued, in my opinion being too oily and not creamy enough. Overall, not bad, considering the price and quality-to-price ratio. I'll definitely be back.

14/06/2026: I am writing this review, while I have not even finished my dinner yet. The food and the service were great! The atmosphere was also extremely warm and cute, definitely recommend if you want to go with your partner and sit outside in the piazza. An excellent, excellent choice. Please try the lamb with a brunello!

27/04/2026: This place is highly recommended. We were hungry and stumbled upon it while on our road trip. It’s a hidden gem, and the food was incredibly impressive, with generous portions. Our first bites of seafood pasta and seafood risotto left us speechless. It’s a great place to have lunch on a sunny spring day. You must try it!
