17/05/2025: An experience to forget. We ordered two plates of pici alla boscaiola but, contrary to what is indicated on the menu, the pici are only with mushrooms, with no sausage at all. When it's time to pay the bill, I point this out to the non-Italian waitress, who seems sincerely sorry, while the Italian waitress, despite hearing my complaints, pretends nothing happened, continuing to turn her back on me. Not only that: once I left the restaurant, I heard the latter say to the chef "I'm going to look for the sausage", in a clearly mocking tone.

05/05/2025: Excellent address! Excellent value for money. Very friendly attentive staff. Democratic prices for a hearty and tasty meal.

09/05/2025: It's a very pretty and traditional place in Siena. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable, although the portion was medium to small. Keep in mind that the service charge is per person and costs €2, not the full bill.

28/04/2025: Nice little place, small, intimate for couples, we were varied, very good meat and particular, I would have preferred one higher temperature than served. For the radicchio I would give the possibility of choosing whether with balsamic vinegar or not, in my opinion it would have been perfect, but I didn't ask (mistake!) The bill was offered a barricaded grappa, total €63 for two with water and house wine (much improvable), Thank you

02/06/2025: Historic bar near Monteriggioni, they serve quality cured meats and cheeses. Large outdoor veranda and small public parking. The only downside is the slightly inflated prices but otherwise ok.

02/05/2025: We took a platter of cured meats which is essentially an appetizer for 3 people €54 with sweet water and a glass of wine we spent almost €100 to eat cured meats in a plastic plate and sitting even uncomfortable is an enormity, the environment is nice even if it is not managed well, the brooms and the mop in the corridor should be removed, the service was a bit off but it is negligible, the real problem is the price in my opinion

13/05/2025: Family and welcoming environment, where you can enjoy both typical dishes of the Tuscan/Chianina tradition and fish-based dishes. Excellent value for money. Good choice of local wines. A stone's throw from the Valdichiana exit of the A1 motorway, the S.S.715 Siena-Bettolle and the Perugia-Bettolle as well as a 5-minute drive from the Valdichiana Outlet Village.

24/05/2025: This evening I had dinner at the trattoria La Chiocciola, for me it is always a pleasure to return. Very good food, friendliness and a very pleasant environment, Flavio, the owner among the tables does the work of 3 waiters by himself. Compliments.

23/05/2025: there are parking lot nearby but hard to find a space. it's a family restaurant, owner and waiter all into one. so you need to wait long time to serve. we order florentina steak mediocre, but pici pasta was good+1 bottle of aqua and one coke, total 84 euro.
