Restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine, a very welcoming place, small but very authentic. The staff is really very kind and welcoming, the food is of great quality with 0 km ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who want to experience the real home cooking of the area.

The staff is very helpful, unfortunately we called to book relatively late, but they still accommodated us for lunch.
We ordered the off-menu ones: I must say that in general they were very good, but the thing I appreciated most was the pasta itself, handmade as explained by them, and you could feel it.
Simple but welcoming atmosphere, exactly as expected from a traditional restaurant.
Finally, prices absolutely adequate for the portions and, above all, the quality.

Typical Sienese tavern in the heart of Colle Val d'Elsa. Small but welcoming and unique place.
We had two very tasty first courses: Pappardelle with Cinta Senese ragù and Pappardelle with wild boar ragù. Followed by a Chianti cheek stew accompanied by focaccia with sliced cheek to be paired with apricot and fig jam... nothing short of amazing!
To conclude, a dark dessert without eggs, butter and flour... it felt like eating a bar of chocolate, super tasty!!
Fast and attentive service.
Excellent value for money!
Super recommended! (Even the wine!!!)

Trattoria tipica toscana con piatti tipici presentati in chiave moderna, conservando il gusto della tradizione. Materie prime di livello superiore provenienti da aziende locali e carta dei vini ricca, specialmente riguardo ai vini della zona. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo rimasti a dir poco estasiati. era tutto stupendo, carne tenerissima. piatti particolari e tradizionali allo stesso tempo. Uno dei ristoranti più buoni dove ho mangiato a mani basse!

Con la mia amica abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante incuriosite dal nome del locale e dal menu trovato on line e devo dire che è stata una bellissima scoperta .
Il locale richiama un po’ lo stile di trattoria ma con una attenzione alla cura dei dettagli .
Il menù vario e con proposte tipicamente toscane alcune in chiave rivisitata fa venire l acquolina in bocca solo a leggerlo .
Noi abbiamo scelto due antipasti e due primi che oltre ad essere di ottima qualità avevano una bella presentazione .
Il conto assolutamente in linea con i prezzi del momento .
La gentilezza e cordialità del personale e sicuramente un altro valore aggiunto .
Torneremo presto ad assaggiare altri piatti che ci hanno incuriosito .
