Incredible food, it's worth coming back for the sausages, carpaccios and tartars.
I think they should rethink having plastic cups and plates

I highly recommend it!! It was a surprise in every way: they served us wonderfully, the food was delicious, the wine and the Spritz were great; atmosphere, decoration, presentation of the dishes and service, 10. I signed up for the Fidelidad card when I booked online and as a gift they gave us a glass of good wine. We ordered a charcuterie and cheese board and Chianina meat tartare. Everything fabulous!!!
If we are lucky enough to return to Siena, we will surely return to Prociutteria Bollicine!!

The place is very nice even if a little dusty. Table service not bad. Food.. to be reviewed.. the bread on the crostini was a little old, at least a few days old. The cold cuts reach sufficiency but not beyond. Overall it seemed like a remedied cutting board..

I always come back willingly. When I pass through Siena I can't help but go there. All very good and very kind service. The price for the quality and service is adequate. Super recommended

Very tasty meal. Combinations were surprising but super tasty. If you want to be positively surprised, this is definitely recommended.

Rustic environment that immediately conveys a feeling of warmth and welcome! The platter of mixed cold cuts is exquisite, to be accompanied with one of the excellent wines on the menu! The dessert is also excellent! Very friendly staff and quick service!

Truly exceptional experience! There were two of us and we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco while waiting for our booked table to become available. We opted for the dinner platter, accompanied by a tartare, a glass of local red (also very good) and a slice of Sacher. What can I say... Truly high quality products, a welcoming and particular environment that makes you feel at home. The guys are all kind from the owner Michele to Lello, Jimmy and Germana who are the driving force of the place. A certainty and we will absolutely return, also because there are so many other things to try!!

Un bon endroit pour faire une pause. Produits frais délicieux, service rapide et très aimable. Nous avons pris un tagliere pour deux et une salade, c'était parfait. Merci !

tappa imprescindibile a siena che sia un aperipranzo , apericena, pranzo o cena. il locale è molto , molto carino all'interno, ma anche all'esterno si sta benissimo. i taglieri sono strepitosi. la qualita' della materia prima molto buona. buona selezione di vini e disponibilita' di birre artigianali locali. la differenza pero' la fa il personale. i ragazzi che ci hanno servito sono molto simpatici, super disponibili e ti mettono a tuo agio. consiglio assolutamente di andarci
