01/05/2025: Excellent food! We recommend this restaurant, typical and very nice. We had a great meal and the staff are really friendly. We recommend the appetizer with chicken livers, amazing! The homemade desserts are also very good (the cheesecake is very good). When we pass through here we will definitely be back!

26/04/2025: Cordialità ma soprattutto ottimi piatti. Eravamo in visita a Siena e siamo stati indirizzati dalla reception dell'agriturismo in cui soggiornavamo. Dalla pizza alla tagliata...varietà del menù e tutti molto buono...per non parlare della Zuppa Inglese come dolce...divina

17/05/2025: We had a lunch of superlative pappa al pomodoro and a memorable Fiorentina (made with Tuscan meat, not imported from abroad) with an excellent house red. The host is friendly and courteous, who puts his heart and soul into it and who, he says, doesn't look at these reviews. The digestive "Spinello" is unmissable.

17/05/2025: The village where the restaurant is located is very nice but unfortunately the meat of the peposo was tough and the tagliata was thin. Small portions for the cost. The first courses are better, even the appetizers are a bit small. When paying the bill, they go a lot for excess in rounding the cents.

04/05/2025: ¡Qué hallazgo! Uno de los pocos lugares abiertos un domingo en Sinalunga. Nuestros anfitriones Stephano (propietario) y Pitra nos mimó con un servicio al cliente maravilloso y una comida que no decepcionó. Obtenga la tabla de salami “Especial”, Viene con salami, anchoas en vinagreta, queso de cabra , tomates secados al sol, focaccia a la parrilla, miel local, mermelada, calabacín a la parrilla y whew! Maldita sea. Los ravioles de setas con salsa crema tartufí deslumbraron mi paladar. ¡MALDICIÓN!

29/05/2025: Muy buen servicio y Riso (risotto con pulpo) bien preparado y condimentado. El personal recomendó vino que se adapte perfectamente y era educado y amable. Si pasas Catello di Borilo asegúrate de comer en esta maravillosa ostería. ¡Puedo recomendar esto a todo el mundo!

27/05/2025: Highly recommended! Food, service and atmosphere were just wonderful. Well prepared and seasoned Riso (risotto with octopus). The personnel recommended wine that suited perfect and was polite and friendly. If you pass Catello di Borilo make sure to eat at this place!

The menu features a variety of typical Tuscan dishes that you rarely find elsewhere. The ribollita is the best between Florence and Siena, and Enrico's tartare is impressively refined. The entire menu is accompanied by wines of the highest quality. Everything about this restaurant is just right. It has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service, and sometimes the setting makes you feel as if you're in one of Federico Fellini's best films. Enrico and Luciana Paradisi, along with their daughter Christiana, are excellent hosts. It is also the best value for money that I have found in Tuscany. I have been eating at this restaurant for 25 years and have never been disappointed. The intero menu is accompanied by wine of high quality. It's perfect in this restaurant. The atmosphere is accompaniment, the cordial service and the ambient atmosphere are similar to the famous films of Federico Fellini. 23/05/2025: During my experience I encountered serious hygiene problems, finding worms inside the food. In addition, I witnessed a worrying scene with the owner lying on the floor in an apparent state of overdose. I strongly advise against this place. If you are looking for a place to eat, I suggest you go elsewhere, perhaps to a trusted kebab shop.

13/05/2025: Great authentic restraunt! The staff was super friendly and helped explain the menu to my sister and i. We ordered the Pici and the Chicken and they both were amazing 10/10 would recommend!
