14/07/2025: Here I ate the best porcini mushrooms of my life. Everything was delicious. You dine surrounded by the magical atmosphere of Siena. The friendly and welcoming waiters add an extra touch. I'll definitely be back.

Usually I don't like when they bring bread - it only spoils the appetite, but this one was very tasty and varied. We ate everything with pleasure. For dessert we ordered millefeuille - it's one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. I highly recommend this restaurant!

05/08/2025: A bit hidden away but truly delicious. The waitresses and the chef make it a bit of a fun place and do their job perfectly. The portions are huge and delicious. I enjoyed the linguini aglio et olio. Fantastic. The restaurant is very clean and richly decorated, with classical music playing in the background. A pleasant breeze blows through some of the windows, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view of Tuscany...

10/08/2025: Excellent Tuscan cuisine in the heart of Siena's historic center. We stopped by this restaurant one evening by chance and we weren't disappointed! The starters were very good, and the pasta was the best we ate during our stay in Italy🤩 The carbonara, like the one with tomato sauce and stracciatella, are definitely worth the detour... fresh, well-cooked, generous, and delicious... Go there with your eyes closed, I highly recommend it!!

24/08/2025: A very nice trattoria serving traditional regional cuisine. The quality of the food and the service by the chef himself were also excellent. An extensive wine list with local wines rounds out the offerings. Definitely recommendable. We had a large Tuscan appetizer plate and pasta (prepared to perfection!)

23/08/2025: Unfortunately, we couldn't go for lunch today because the parking lot was full. However, the lady who answered the phone was very rude. A customer is still a customer! She responded very rudely, so we'll skip the meal regardless! Maybe the switchboard lady needs a vacation!

17/08/2025: A lovely location in the tranquility of the rustic alleys typical of the area, but disappointing in terms of portions and price. We had a tagliata (very thin... it looked transparent...) which was also the most expensive (€23.90), and I expected much better. The stewed venison was good, but still a meager portion. A side of baked vegetables... half a liter of wine and two coffees... all for €77.00... the two coffees cost a whopping €5 and a bottle of water €3.20. Even begging for bread, which they brought four slices at a time... no comment!!!?! A rip-off... I don't recommend it!!!

17/08/2025: A lively restaurant with excellent local cuisine. The terrace is a pleasant place to sit in the tranquil village of San Sano. The service is friendly, but not particularly attentive. The food is all the more delicious, however. From the bread salad to the fantastic Cici pasta to the Fiorentina – everything is excellent and homemade. The cork-covered walls speak for themselves – and the wine selection is impressive. Definitely one of the better restaurants in the region and worth a visit!

08/08/2025: We had the truffle ravioli with artichoke filling and were absolutely thrilled. The location is truly beautiful; we sat outside and received excellent service. It was always quick, there was always a server nearby, and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely come back.

06/08/2025: We went with my family to dinner (my son, my husband and I). The place is nice but the staff does not know how to serve people who do not speak Italian. It took them a long time to serve us and then also to charge us, and the food was quite scarce, the meat was of good quality but the side dishes were very poor.

02/08/2025: This is a typical trattoria. We made a reservation, but there was no one there when we went. The first courses and bruschetta were good. The cantucci they made were excellent. I recommend them.
