09/06/2025: We were there with our mountain bikes and wanted to have a drink before going out for dinner. The landlady was rather dismissive. We weren't allowed to park our bikes on the lawn or in the car park. So we just stayed for a drink...

30/07/2025: A classic restaurant with an American-style menu (lots of sauces and lots of fried food), everything very good. They also have some classic meat options (cuts, etc.), but the burgers have the most variety. They also have a wide selection of beers. Friendly staff and fairly quick service.

27/07/2025: We just came here for my son's birthday, which he'd been meaning to come for a few months... we ordered the "sgarro day" menu... The place is quaint... it feels like being in the streets of Naples. Very kind and helpful staff, fast service. Superb food! Delicious appetizers, only the crik crok were cold but still exceptional...delicious sandwich, excellent meat, and perfectly cooked! Superb desserts!

06/04/2025: Excellent cavati, pecorino cream, asparagus and bacon and good fillet. The selection of desserts we tried was also very good. N.B. Another recent visit and again very satisfied with both the tagliatelle, the wine, their traditional rice cake and the friendly service. Thank you!

Per non farci mancare niente un bel tiramisù. Acqua vinodella casa e caffè , conto poco più di 70 euro. Servizio attento e cordiale. Bella serata

06/08/2025: Sono una cliente storica del ristorante. Questa sera a cena ho trovato tutto il personale nuovo. Ho ordinato le lasagne e mi è arrivato un piatto pieno di sugo con una fetta da meno di mezza porzione. I prezzi sono aumentati, la qualità del cibo è diminuita, il servizio scadente è poco attento. Tempi di attesa molto più lunghi che in passato. Come distruggere il mito di una trattoria in una cena... Assolutamente sconsigliato.

11/08/2025: I discovered this restaurant for my bachelor party, guided in this discovery by my lifelong friends. The location is charming: a bit remote from the rest of the world, a bit mountain hut-like due to the use of wood in the furnishings, a bit mountain hut-like due to the sense of refreshment as soon as the dishes arrive. The dinner consisted of: - Appetizer: black crostini (Tuscan, not Umbrian) and crostini with dried tomatoes (with the addition of a fresh cheese), cured meats (prosciutto, salami, capocollo, lard, and dried sausage), and cheese, with fried gnocco as a side dish; - First courses: ricotta and spinach ravioli with fresh tomatoes and gnocchi with ragù antico (a white Chianina beef ragù); - Second courses: roast beef (excellently cooked, practically melted in the mouth), grilled sausage and lamb, and steak, with salad and fried zucchini flowers on the side. - Dessert: panna cotta with a fresh strawberry garnish. I could comment on every single dish; simply put, Franco, the owner, also owns a butcher shop and knows his stuff inside out. You won't necessarily always find the entire menu available, but you can discover "picturesque" taste paths if you let him guide you. My adventuresome friends, who were completely new to the place, explained to me how difficult it might be to find the same dish again, but how much more astonishing it is to sample, savor, and finally devour simple dishes prepared with quality ingredients. I will definitely return, perhaps outside of the "overly festive" atmosphere that accompanied my first visit to Ricordati di me. The restaurant's name, as far as I'm concerned, is certainly fitting.

11/08/2025: Ottimo pranzo (primi, taglieri, vini)… in pieno centro città e con l’atmosfera dei preparativi per il Palio. Personale gentile, pulita e qualità. Scelto ad istinto… ma azzeccatissimo.

10/08/2025: Food was pretty good we just stopped for a very light and late lunch. We got the Pici al ragu, cold cuts plate, and two salads. Overall very enjoyable. We liked the wine jelly on the cold cuts plate very much as it paired perfectly with the cheese. However, the seating outside was a bit cramped for 5 people. We did not choose indoor seating because there was no air conditioning so the restaurant was hotter than it was outside.

25/07/2025: We went. Today we had the tordelli with butter and sage and the wild boar stew. Very good dishes, but for what we paid, the portions were a bit small. The same doesn't apply to the roast potatoes, which were a nice big dish and reasonably priced. In my opinion, a second course, twelve or €14, seems too much in a diner. Let's at least increase the portions. Very good food. Beautiful location overlooking the lake. I gave it 3 stars but I would have given it 4! If it had been a weekend. Instead, it was a normal day. Oh, I forgot! If you order the sautéed vegetables, know that they are chard! But there are a lot of them this time. Which are vegetables, yes, but it's just one type. Maybe I was a little harsh... Anyway, overall, we ate well.

Welcoming and helpful staff, excellent food, appetizers with wonderful cured meats, delicious pappardelle with wild boar, indescribable Florentine steak, well-prepared, very tender and tasty, excellent wine! 👍 It was recommended to me and I recommend it...! 27/07/2025: Semplicemente fantastico dal primo fino al dolce. Abbiamo preso i pici cacio e pepe, una fiorentina con patate e un tiramisù. Il locale è piccolo ma caratteristico e i camerieri sono gentili. Lo consiglio vivamente per una cena intima, ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta.
