17/08/2025: Beautiful view, and a good wine list. Unfortunately the food is not up to the standard we have come to expect in Italy. My pasta had a huge mound of dried leak on it that genuinely resembled hay. Super tough to chew and almost not edible. We got some very dry bread with our pasta, but no olive oil or salt so that was also a bit strange. The view is genuinely great, just dont come here expecting great food.

03/05/2025: Locale a gestione familiare, tutto buonissimo dal primo al dolce. Pici allo stracotto pazzeschi e una delle fiorentine più buone mai mangiate!! Menzione speciale per il cameriere romano Luca che è uno spasso. Straconsigliato!

20/06/2025: A beautiful discovery in the heart of Chiusdino! We were welcomed by friendly, professional and at the same time pleasant staff, who immediately made us feel at ease. The location is truly unique: we had the pleasure of having lunch in the suggestive “cave” room, a unique environment that makes the experience even more special. The food is of good quality, with genuine and tasty local products, well cooked and carefully presented. The service was fast, attentive and never intrusive, perfect for enjoying lunch in peace. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, taste and an atmosphere different from the usual.

18/07/2025: Fantastische lokatie met uitzicht op Piazza Grande in Arezzo. Groot terras. In de middag een goede cocktail gehad en in de avond een diner. Niet geboekt en we konden meteen terecht, er was tevens herkenning van onze aanwezigheid eerder die dag. Menu is varierend en de opmaak is heel goed - gerechten zijn boven verwachting. Echt een aanrader voor een bezoek aan Arezzo. Wordt aangeschreven als duur maar niet in vergelijking met de menukaart in Noord-west Europa.

05/08/2025: We stayed at the relais and also enjoyed their restaurant one evening. Each dish was carefully crafted and well-balanced. The egg tagliatella with black truffle is worth a mention; it was incredibly fragrant (it tasted like white truffle). The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about both the wines and the food. We drank a glass of their 2019 Montalcino Rosso (Mastrojanni). Obviously, the prices are those of a relais, so they're definitely not cheap.

05/08/2025: The waiters, the food, the place were worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The prices, of course. But what a show. Thanks also to the very friendly Federico. The wine selection was extensive, not just from the cellar. The interior was beautiful, and like us, we dined on the terrace, enjoying a wonderful view. Fresh vegetables from their own garden. The dishes were impeccably prepared by the kitchen, with fantastic pairings, for us. We also had a snack for lunch, enjoying a delicious charcuterie board. A fantastic experience.

02/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena, attratti dalle buone recensioni. Si ordina della pasta... Tagliolini al tartufo e delle pappardelle al ragu di coniglio. Purtroppo molto mediocri , in modo particolare i tagliolini...del tutto insapori,.., che non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative . Per cui si e' deciso di non ordinare piu' nulla.. Il ristorante e' piuttosto piccolo ma accogliente . La decantata toscanita' , a malincuore , la si e" trovata altrove.

10/08/2025: Excellent food: the pici all'aglione were tasty yet light, the pork with small pears was exquisite, the sliced steak was very good; the dessert was also delicious. The service was courteous and fast. We'll definitely be back! No sooner said than done! We returned three years later and we can confirm everything. Furthermore, the Cinta Senese pici were truly exquisite and with plenty of meat... and the apricot cheesecake was a delight!

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻 Ps cucina ovviamente tradizionale

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

31/07/2025: During our stay in Colignola, we had a wonderful meal here. The dishes are lovingly prepared and very flavorful. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. The service is very friendly, warm, and attentive. Highly recommended. A truly fantastic local Italian restaurant 👍😘 and a great price for the delicious food.

28/07/2025: Ordered the pizza with cherry tomatoes, ham and rocket. Pizza was very dry, had 2 tiny tomatoes and it seems like no herbs were used in making this pizza. Italian dissapointment.
