10/05/2025: Viajando por trabajo, cené aquí solo por recomendación de mi anfitrión Airbnb. Disfrutamos mucho de mi comida - la pasta hecha a mano era delicioso. El servicio fue amable y rápido. El precio era razonable. No me sentí fuera de lugar comiendo por mi cuenta, me dieron una mesa regular, no sentado al lado del inodoro / cocina / aire acondicionado unidad (como a menudo sucede a los comensales solos! )

11/09/2025: We stopped by for lunch during a stop in Rapolano. The food was excellent, and the photos on the walls portraying Rapolano from times gone by were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

12/07/2025: Siamo stati nuovamente in questo piccolo locale. Che dire, tutto veramente buono. Dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi e ai dolci. Tutto veramente incredibile. Pici con pomodori e guanciale veramente ottimi. Guancia come un burro, si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca. Nn c'era bisogno di masticarla. Dolci meravigliosi. Tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino di Montepulciano. Personale e proprietario molto simpatici e attenti. Prezzi giusti per la qualità e la quantità servita. Locale super consigliato in una delle piazze più caratteristiche di Pienza. Complimenti a tutti. Ci torneremo molto presto.

01/07/2025: Restaurante muy agradable, el camarero habla excelente inglés y explica bien los platos. Iba a elegir la carne de cerdo, pero como mencionó que era un corte graso del cuello cambié de opinión ya que mi condición médica significa que no digiero la grasa fácilmente y termino en una cantidad increíble de dolor si lo como. Después de tantos años, ni siquiera me gusta el sabor pero eso es secundario y no siento la necesidad de explicar. Estoy agradecido por la información adicional, pero fue un gran salto para él volver los ojos y asumir que querría el filete bien hecho. No, medio raro está bien, simplemente no puedo arriesgarme a comer carne grasa pero me sentí juzgado.

30/09/2025: Very nice place, we went for lunch, it's a very well-kept location with wonderful greenery. Excellent cuisine with a traditional menu but the dishes are very well prepared.

12/07/2025: We were here for a wedding. The location is gorgeous, the food is quality. The portions aren't very generous, even though they're reheated. The staff is kind and helpful, though not all of them are very professional.

01/11/2025: A restaurant serving traditional Tuscan cuisine where you can truly enjoy the tranquility and delicious food. We ate at this historic trattoria and found the steak to be truly excellent, but the chicken was phenomenal. You absolutely have to order the baked potatoes; they were wonderful, and we even asked for seconds. Generous portions and homemade desserts. The tiramisu, made just like it used to be, is amazing. Not to mention the staff, who were truly friendly.

08/12/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the experience. The service needs a complete overhaul; we waited 15 minutes for water and wine, and I had to ask for bread long after we'd sat down. My companion's peposo was small in quantity and had chunks of fat, while my tagliata was well-cooked but full of fatty parts and sinew. This has never happened before in any restaurant (and we travel quite a bit). The price was normal. In the end, we left dissatisfied, and the receipt (cash payment) was given to us upon request. Disappointed.

29/11/2025: Small, quaint, welcoming, and very clean. Good quality, well-cooked food, a good variety of choices, and satisfying portions. Traditional dishes are well-prepared. Try the prison soup and the pasta with lampredotto...lampredotto served on a rosetta bread with its sauces. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT. Quick and competent service. Worth trying again.

03/11/2025: We were greeted warmly, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent... mmm. 😁 Parapadelle with wild boar ragu... absolutely delicious. Main course for two... Tagliata di Manzo... The meat was simply perfect, just to my taste. I would eat there again in a heartbeat. This restaurant is absolutely underrated. Dogs are allowed.

01/11/2025: Everything was really great...relatively unassuming from the outside, but we were more than pleasantly surprised. We don't understand the bad reviews...fair prices. We ordered a first course, a second course, dessert, and coffee...and wine... We'll definitely be back...Thank you 🌷

18/09/2025: We booked the wine lover lunch and got very dissapointed by the poor and mis-matched food. The wines were very good (rosso di montepulciano, brunello, moscadello dolce). They were poorly paired with an absolute mediocre flan (nothing crunchy to balance), tasteless ragu lasagna (more pasta than anything, almost like a mille-feuille) and lava cake (already sweet and heavy, instead for ex of a fruit based desert, or cantucci). We didnt have a sommelier, but a waitress lost in translation who did the service superficially, clumsy, on fast-forward. Didnt ever asked how was everything, if we want anything else, like a coffee for ex. So we got up and paid the 160 euro for a soulless experience. Eat-pay-leave kind of tourist trap. Very dissapoiting for a foodie, in spite of the very nice wines that deserved a much tastier playground to match with.

28/04/2025: L'esperienza mia e della mia amica alla Trattoria Sant'Omobono è stata a dir poco superlativa. Siamo stati trattati benissimo dal cameriere Nicolò che si è preso cura di noi durante tutta la serata. Il cibo era squisito e la vista sulla cucina da una finestrella era qualcosa di poetico e caratteristico. È stato un piacere per gli occhi vedere i nostri piatti preparati con così tanto amore. Il posto non sarà molto capiente ma mangiare in un ambiente così intimo è solo che positivo a mio parere. Da provare assolutamente se si visita Pisa. Grazie ancora a chi ci lavora, in particolare a Nicolò🫶🏻 Ps cucina ovviamente tradizionale

18/04/2025: Este restaurante aparece en varias listas de 'los mejores restaurantes de Pisa', pero es difícil ver por qué. Es tradicional pero también muy básico. Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, pero si usted está buscando algo más que una comida barata, 'satisfactoria', yo buscaría en otro lugar. No hay carta de vinos, hay un menú corto para la comida, y la comida en sí está "bien", pero nada especial. El precio sin embargo es muy bueno, así que si usted está buscando una cena asequible, este es el lugar!

12/12/2025: It's a culinary gem... eating here is like taking a journey through typical Tuscan tradition... every dish is a pleasant discovery... the wait staff is welcoming, attentive, and quick... the atmosphere is warm... I recommend this place to lovers of good food...
