14/06/2026: Trattoria Cammillo was a perfect experience from start to finish. We began with a simply delicious burrata, fresh and of excellent quality. Then we tried tagliatella and tortellini with tomato sauce that were truly sublime—the kind of pasta that needs nothing more to shine. To finish, a delicious tiramisu that brought the meal to a perfect close. The service was superb throughout, and the entire experience was impeccable. A place where everything works perfectly, and one we would return to without hesitation.

The low rating is mainly due to the presentation (I understand that the restaurant's theme is casual, unpretentious cooking, but this looked like a pasta dish that had been left in the fridge and reheated) and also to the price, which I found far too high.

23/04/2026: I had to eat in this restaurant 3 times for work reasons. I've come to the conclusion that the work-related indifference has now arrived. On the first day I ordered bruschetta, I was given four with a thinly sliced ​​bread probably exhumed from the bread basket, poor seasoning and small portions for the price. Furthermore, the fried fish which fit in one hand is 20 euros too much, especially because there were no vegetables and they added French fries. Second day, crostini, not crostone, given the small size of the burrata and mushrooms, a bit too salty and for the absolutely exorbitant price. Then I ordered baked potatoes that weren't salted enough and probably not even blanched, so much so that they were boiled in the oven with their skins boiled and not even crispy. I'll take the skins on myself. Then I ordered ravioli mugellani with white ragù, the ragù tasted like nothing. The tortelloni, the same, neither the potato nor the cheese, were completely anonymous. I ordered 5 of them, probably homemade given the irregularity of the dough, but low-quality products. Excellent point about putting the cheese separately. Finally, the pizza was burnt and with the French fries collected from the bottom of the fryer full of oil and crushed on the pizza... what were you trying to make with a French fry crumble? The result, you imagine, was salty and full of oil. Also, if we agree on a time, it has to be respected, not prepared when I arrive and made the customer wait. They were very kind about the ordering.

05/04/2026: Today for lunch on Easter day we ate in nine people, the food was super excellent, all fish, plenty of dishes, three people wanted the meat menu, everything ok, all the staff were available, I thank everyone and I recommend you go in large numbers, it's really worth it, thanks again, see you soon

14/06/2026: We had to wait until 7:00 PM for this taverna to open, but it was worth it. We ordered tagliolini with fresh truffles and orecchiette with zucchini and tomatoes. The pasta was delicious, cooked to perfection, and aromatically seasoned. The portions were generous, and I highly recommend the overall experience.

14/06/2026: The first Osteria outside the walls of Siena, on the way to Piazza del Campo. Delicious food at affordable prices. We had tagliolini with fresh truffles and orecchiette with zucchini and tomatoes. We weren't disappointed. The only, and biggest, drawback is that the place only opens at 7:00 PM, obviously joking. I recommend it.

11/06/2026: We paid 77 euros for two meals (a few pieces of meat with gristle and fat, a handful of potatoes, and two glasses of white wine). The food was really poor and of low quality

17/03/2026: Succulent and tender meat, delicious appetizer, excellent staff and inebriating courtesy... to repeat on the next trip.

09/03/2026: Lucca Comics season, staying in Pisa for convenience. The waiter was friendly and professional. After the appetizer, my pasta dish arrived. After a couple of bites, I found a hair. I went in to tell the owner, but she didn't look at the plate, justifying herself by saying that everyone in the kitchen wore hairnets, and didn't apologize for what had happened. We paid and ran away. Never again.

17/05/2026: Very beautiful restaurant, with a nice atmosphere. A little pretentious though. Staff were polite but a little disinterested and felt cold, bit like a burden. There seemed to be some sort of a floral arrangement event on at the same time, playing devils advocate; maybe their attention was on that instead.

17/05/2026: A very charming place, with a well-curated atmosphere throughout, down to the smallest details. The service was also pleasant and friendly. As for the pastries and cappuccinos, I found them to be average, with no particular positive or negative remarks. We only stopped for a coffee break.

03/05/2026: Sunday restaurant in decline. They've recently raised prices excessively, especially for main courses, cutting them to €25-30!!! Excessive for the location and the quality of the food... even the set menu for workers at €18 is too much!
