Overall, there's a lot of room for improvement. The ravioli have way too much ricotta; they're very chewy. The pasta is delicious (even the ravioli). You can be generous because the portions aren't that large. The cheese appetizer offers a decent variety. Be sure to make reservations!

In the center of Arezzo. Delicious pasta, wine, and to finish, the best Tiamisu ever. Top-notch service from the Italian waiter and the two female chefs who helped out from the kitchen.

We went for lunch today, arriving by chance, and I must say we were more than satisfied!
Excellent food, very kind and professional staff, fast and attentive—on a day like today, during a long weekend, so there were tons of people, which is not a given! They found us a seat right away (without a reservation), were very kind even to our dog (asking if we wanted water and filling his bottle before leaving), and we waited very little for our dishes to arrive, despite the confusion. What can I say, the professionalism is evident, and the prices are in line with the quality of the products! I recommend it and would go back!

We arrived on a busy day and found a seat quickly. A table had just become available for two people with our dog.
What can I say, despite the crowd, the service was excellent and fast, the food excellent, and the wine excellent. The price for two was more than fair.

We stopped at Osteria Il Grottino for a frugal dinner while in Arezzo. As former restaurateurs, we pay close attention to cleanliness, service, and quality food; we found all three qualities to be present. At this small restaurant, the food is excellent and the service is superb. We recommend everyone stop by to appreciate the Tuscan delicacies. Daniel, a charming waiter, is a great choice.
