A great tavern, not too expensive, fast, and delicious. I really had a great time. The atmosphere is perfect, with paintings and furniture. Simple but tasteful. I recommend it.

A trattoria located in Lucca's historic center, where you can enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine at an affordable price.
Among the various options, I recommend the Zuppa alla Frantoiana, the Farro Soup, the Tortelli al Ragù, the Ravioli with Fresh Tomato, Pine Nuts, and Basil, the Rovellina Lucchese, and the Pork Fillet with Black Pepper.
The dessert selection is also excellent, always inspired by local traditions.

I went to lunch yesterday with my classes, after contacting Moreno by phone from Milan. We ate a rich platter of typical Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, followed by an excellent plate of tordelli with ragù, and we finished by sampling all the house desserts. Everything was delicious!!! We were amazed by the atmosphere and the welcome. We felt right at home, and it was wonderful for the kids; they felt like old, loyal customers. Thanks to everyone, especially Moreno 😅
