17/09/2024: Thursday Japanese evening. Excellent uramaki, good chicken ravioli but the flavor of the vegetables dominated that of the meat, chicken with an amazing sauce, very good mix of sashimi including the oyster, meat and vegetarian sandwiches nice to look at but with little filling, very good desserts with generous portions, the Predessert was very popular. Excellent service, the only flaw was being able to order the miso soup almost at the end of the meal because the off-menu items were not communicated to us when ordering. Extensive wine list with excellent labels. Account in line with how much eaten. Beautiful experience, to be repeated.

26/03/2025: A pleasant discovery, excellent food, a vast choice of wines for every type of budget, friendly and professional staff, the decor seems simple but in reality attention has been paid to every detail. I personally recommend the meat. They have a seasoner where it is impossible not to find your own cut, your favorite breed, lastly, the right price for the excellent quality of the raw materials served.

10/03/2025: Siamo venuti qui in convenzione con l'hotel palazzo san Lorenzo. Ottimo ristorante, il personale gentilissimo, avevo alcune esigenze che mi hanno soddisfatto senza problemi. Cibo ottimo, formaggi buonissimi e ottimo consiglio sul vino.

22/03/2025: An excellent Tuscan dining experience. Very friendly staff, great food. We were there in the off season (March) so parking was quite easy and it wasn’t hard to get a table. The Papardelle with wild boar was excellent as was the Polenta with wild boar. Mixed beef/lamb grill was good. Tagliatelle with truffles was incredible.

30/03/2025: Bread was stale and at least 1-2 days old. Service was slow and arrogant. Waiter did not ask if we wanted drinks. Pastas took more than 30 minutes (still waiting)… would not recommend eating here. Worst meal we had in Florence. Definitely avoid eating here.

07/04/2025: I had eaten perhaps 3 years ago in this welcoming trattoria and on Saturday I was very happy to return because it has a homely and peaceful environment as we like, NOT touristy, the food is good, Tuscan and non-Tuscan food, but quality. It's a shame that the timing wasn't as adequate, more than an hour to eat a first course. I will definitely go back, but I hope they improve the service which, years ago, seemed much better to me.

24/03/2025: I had dinner a few weeks ago at Trattoria Mazzoni with my wife and we had a great time. We ate tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, truly delicious, and excellent quality typical cured meats. The owner was very courteous and made us feel at ease. Furthermore, the price was absolutely fair, considering the quality of the food. An excellent choice for those looking for genuine Tuscan cuisine in a welcoming environment. We will definitely be back!

11/09/2024: my husband and I stayed at this inn for a few days at the end of August. We booked the same day of arrival and the owner Mr. Alessio was very helpful in welcoming us (which is not to be taken for granted for a small accommodation facility) so for this reason our first thanks go. The Tuscan-style room was welcoming, spacious, quiet and above all very clean. Varied breakfast in the morning served on the terrace of the inn with a panoramic view of the Maremma hinterland. We have always had dinner at the inn as the food is all homemade by Alessio's family and it is all absolutely delicious and the price is more than appropriate. I will certainly recommend to anyone coming to the area to take advantage of this true hospitality of both the owner and his parents, very courteous people and always available for a chat. Precise only for those who want to have a beach holiday in the surrounding areas, from the village of Buriano which has the timeless charm of times gone by, it takes about 20 minutes by car. thank you very much.

28/08/2024: Ritornato a cenare in questo locale, dopo esserci stati la prima volta pochi anni fa: il buon ricordo è stato confermato. Vengono proposti piatti tipici della zona, dove in particolare i pici ed i tortelli svettano (fatti a mano). Altra specialità del locale e la carne, che viene cotta alla griglia. Nel fuori menù, degni di nota i fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta (che fortunatamente ho avuto modo di trovare anche stavolta). Oltre a qualche vino di etichetta, viene proposto anche un vino di loro produzione (a mio avviso degno di essere provato). Dolci della tradizione italiana, anche quelli preparati dal locale. Gradevole l'area esterna (dove sono accolti anche i cani), al pari della veranda panoramica e della sala. Conto adeguato (non economico, ma neppure eccessivo) ai piatti ed ai locali. Se in zona, consigliato.

25/03/2025: Typical tourist restaurant with crazy prices and reheated food. The restaurant manager is the sore point of the restaurant. A boy with black hair and a beard, very rude and not very polite throughout the service, he tried to make jokes at the girls at the table which were in poor taste, I would say. If your staff behaves like this I would hardly return and I strongly advise against it. We had dinner on Saturday 22nd March

21/03/2025: Mixed fish and meat dinner. The waiters were very attentive and very good at asking if they wanted the dishes several times. They also brought us two more bottles of wine without making any fuss and without charging them on the already agreed price. Honest, competent, affable and a very popular and elegant place.

01/04/2025: I recently ate a Florentine steak at the restaurant "Alla Griglia" and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The meat was tender, tasty and cooked to perfection, with a crispy outer crust and a juicy center. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant very welcoming. A great place for meat lovers! Every time I return to Florence I eat at this place to savor this delicacy once again.

01/12/2024: We had an excellent evening in this restaurant. We ordered a Fiorentina and what can I say, it was succulent and the cooking was completely mastered. If one day we come back to the area we will happily return.
