01/07/2025: We came across this restaurant as tourists in Sicily. Even though we hadn't booked a table, they welcomed us 😌 We had dinner enjoying the dishes we chose from the menu, everything was really delicious! A bit of a wait was the price to pay for not having booked, but the goodness of the flavors and the pleasure of eating well made up for it.

30/06/2025: We had a banquet at Vico Proiette, and we were very happy and even the guests complimented us. Very good fish-based food, fast and impeccable service, kind staff, Mr. Antonio the owner always available for every need. Highly recommended. See you soon

The signature dish seafood pasta, presentation is great, however, the seafood inside are just frozen ones and tasteless. The mantis shrimps are small and have nothing to eat !!!!!!!!!!! The fried zucchini flowers stuffed with shrimp, the batter is too thick.

21/06/2025: I recently had dinner at this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service impeccable. The menu offered a variety of interesting and well-presented dishes. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant dining experience.

25/05/2025: É già la seconda volta che andiamo a cena in questo ristorante e devo dire veramente ottimo; chef Filippo molto bravo, piatti ben curati e buonissimi; bel locale e a tutti molto professionali e gentili e penso torneremo prestissimo.

02/05/2025: Muy pocos clientes la noche que fuimos (espero que por lo general sea mejor frecuentado). Tuvimos el tartar de ternera con salsa inspirada en el tonnato. Morir por eso. El mejor plato que probé en toda la semana. Como principal tenía un trozo de atún fresco, cebolla roja y un poco de patata que era el especial del día. Decente pero nada especial. Buen y sabroso vino de catarata. Un plus que se podía ver al chef trabajando a través de una ventana. Personal amable.

26/05/2025: Ambiente piccolo ma accogliente, pulito. Cucina davvero eccezionale: curata nei minimi particolari. Siamo state molto bene e lo consiglio (un po' caro ma ci sta data la particolarità dei piatti curati e buonissimi). Adatto anche per cene di affari perchè si può parlare tranquillamente proprio perchè ci sono pochi tavoli.

14/06/2025: Really panoramic place, spectacular pizza and very kind staff. I recommend it if you want to eat a pizza or maybe taste the fabulous cutting boards accompanied by a light piped music and a pleasant coolness.

12/06/2025: Tonight we went to eat at this place. A little skeptical when we arrived, but then ... excellent dinner, very clean place, very kind and hospitable owners. Appetizers, pizza and meat of the highest quality ... what can I say 🥰🥰🥰🥰 value for money I couldn't find better, thanks again, I will definitely return 🫶

We visited it yesterday for lunch, before our boat trip and we liked the food so much that we came back for dinner after the trip. I recommend this great restaurant to everyone. It was hot outside and we enjoyed our meal in the nice air-conditioned restaurant.

28/06/2025: We found the place very welcoming and quiet, we felt pampered, high quality food and service, very attentive and always present staff, the owner a very friendly lady in short we had a good time and we ate well, the price adequate to the quality of the food and service received, we will certainly return.

06/07/2025: This was such a lucky find—just a very inconspicuous door, marked only by a Michelin 2025 sign and a menu sign next to it. I'm not usually someone who’s into gourmet dining, and yet I was completely blown away. I may have to seriously reconsider how I approach these things. We went in for the lunch menu and were served an appetizer, breadsticks, a selection of bread with olive oil, a three-course meal, dessert, and… a secondary dessert? I'm not sure what that's officially called. Every single item—despite often not being something I’d normally choose (like an olive appetizer with pistachio and other ingredients, lamb, or seafood pasta)—was so good I was honestly left a little bewildered how delicious it can be. The final surprise came with the coffee at the end (the official last course). I can honestly say this was the first time I truly enjoyed coffee, I drink it a bit out of necessity, but this was really first time I actually enjoyed it, and I’m now worried it’ll be hard to go back to Nespresso or office coffee. My wife had the chef-recommended sparkling wine as an aperitif and concluded she’d never had better. The service was excellent—every member of the staff was helpful, explained each dish and course in detail, and answered our questions with care.

26/06/2025: A truly unforgettable culinary experience. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and every dish was packed with flavor. We opted for the 8-course tasting menu and were blown away by the creativity and balance of each plate. A perfect mix of finesse and generosity. Can’t recommend it enough!

17/07/2025: Pasta with pistachio was delicious and the portion was good, but the steak my friend ordered wasn’t good. It was super thin and with a lot of fat… The service could be better. We didn’t like behavior of the waiter.
