29/10/2025: Great place, delicious food, excellent service. We arrive early in the afternoon. Other restaurants around were closed, ragtzi at the plaza told us about Ci Volera, we were really hungry and my pregnant wife needed to eat so we were lucky we arrived here. I ordered the sea food risotto and it was yummy and very generous. I think the owner took care of our order . It was a good experience in the beatiful Syracuse. Molto Gratzie señora.

07/11/2025: The restaurant is small, seating about 30 people, and furnished in a simple way. It's popular with tourists and serves good-quality traditional Ragusa cuisine. As for us, the night we dined, the owner completely freaked out while serving, making a mistake when delivering the dishes, but we can only partially explain this by saying he was alone. Overall, the prices are fair.

17/11/2025: We went to lunch here during our stay in Palermo and it was easily one of the best meals we had in the city. Everything was delicious, and the wine we had (that the waiter recommended from Mozia) was fantastic.

The homemade meatballs and fried calamari are excellent, using fresh ingredients. We had a great time, and we'll be back if we have the chance. While there's no menu, you're served all sorts of delicious Sicilian antipasti, along with water and, if you wish, red wine. We highly recommend a visit; the little village on the mountain is truly stunningly beautiful; anyone heading towards Cefalu should definitely stop here. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The atmosphere was cozy and rustic, creating a warm, romantic vibe, and the service was both friendly and professional. Tried one of my all-time favorites — Linguine alle Vongole — and it was exceptional: fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of clean, briny flavor. Overall, a charming spot and absolutely worth a return visit. Saluti

23/11/2025: We had an absolutely incredible Sunday lunch here. They serve fresh seasonal dishes in November, and since the menu updates seasonally, I'm sure they present the best of what's available whenever you visit. While early in the season, the Carciofi Ammuddicati (artichoke hearts) were delicious—topped with crispy breadcrumbs and served in a decadent, more-ish Pecorino cheese sauce. The oranges in the Insalata di Arance (fennel and orange salad) were deliciously tart and juicy. For our pastas, the Cacio e Pepe con Gambero was out of this world. The Spaghetti alla Siracusana was a delightful, rich mix of anchovies and peppers, which melted down into a rich savory sauce, finished with toasted breadcrumbs, and served with perfectly al dente pasta. We were very happy to choose this restaurant for our one "treat ourselves" meal in Sicily. It was 100% worth it.

08/11/2025: I am super dissatisfied. They have a menu on the internet, we choose our food and make a reservation. After which we go to the place and find out that the menu is completely different dishes from one plate. Pretty poor. I do not recommend. We paid for our water and went to another restaurant. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in Sicily.

19/11/2025: We had a wonderful evening here. We booked online, everything went smoothly, and we got a table right away. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, and the chef himself even came out a couple of times to check if everything was alright. We felt completely comfortable and welcome, and the food was truly excellent.

15/11/2025: I have come to this restaurant the last 2 nights since coming to Siracusa. Mirko and his people have treated my wife and I like family. The food is unbelievable.....the best Burrata in Sicily....I have had the Sea Bream served table side as well all the crusted swordfish....both the best I've ever eaten. So, this may sound like most reviews....but Mirko has stopped at our table explaining which wine, which fish, which dish as prime and segundi.....and served them with love. Tomorrow night, as my wife and niece go to a cooking class I plan on eating there again as a single...knowing that a feast is in store. This made Sicily.....

14/09/2025: Everything was good, the service was fast, the location was very nice, authentic, they didn't rip you off, and the food was good. Not the easiest to get to if you don't know Macchia.

12/09/2025: The panoramic view of the Ionian coast, the terrace for summer evenings with live music, and the spacious interior make this place ideal for friends and family. The restaurant is ideal for events or simply for an evening with friends. My group and I, when we're looking for a cool evening and great food, this is the first place we think of. Dario, his wife, and all the staff make you feel at ease. See you next time!!
