Excellent restaurant in terms of both quantity (half the diners couldn't finish... come hungry!) and quality: the chicken stuffed roll was very original, the presentation of the plates/dishes was very original... the pizzas were very generously topped, and the desserts were good. The service was quick and attentive. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant has a terrace and a spectacular view. The staff is quick and friendly. The food is delicious. I ordered the house specialty, "Le Tagliatelle," accompanied by a glass of Nero d'Avola red wine—everything was perfect.

On the way to our B&B, we happened to meet Andrea, the waiter at Opera. He immediately impressed us with his friendliness and trust, so we decided to stop there for dinner. We were completely satisfied: fresh and plentiful food, impeccable service, and more than fair prices. But what made the experience truly special was the splendid view of the Valley of the Temples.

07/06/2026: One of the best restaurants on our Sicily trip. Superb food and incredibly friendly service. It's very small, so you might want to make a reservation, or you might get lucky.
