I stumbled upon it by chance... I had a great time. I really enjoyed the food; I highly recommend the artichoke flan (delicious). The prices are also very FAIR. I'll definitely be back if I pass through Bagheria during mealtimes. Do I recommend it? Absolutely!

Rustic trattoria, excellent dishes, welcoming staff. After many years, I returned for lunch. The usual welcome, with hard-boiled egg and Zibibbo wine. The stew with potatoes was excellent!!

A historic trattoria passed down from father to son, it has changed locations several times. Its first location, near the station, was managed by the founder, who was 8 years old at the time. It continues to respect the rules and traditions of its founder, such as the boiled egg and zibibbo appetizer. Above all, the dishes are always authentic and healthy, the prices are very fair, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Recommended.

Unique! We had watched a documentary about Sicily on 3sat a few days earlier. The restaurant was recommended as a one-of-a-kind establishment with exceptional Sicilian cuisine. And it's true.

A captivating location, minimalist-chic decor, and alternating melange colors stimulate the senses in a truly relaxing atmosphere. A warm welcome from the knowledgeable, discreet, and attentive wait staff. The open kitchen offers a spotlight to the team, masterfully directed by a skilled, professional, and meticulous chef, Filippo Ventimiglia, who knows how to apply his expertise with skill and generosity. A seductive menu stimulates the tastes of Sicilian tradition, with a semi-gourmet twist. Each dish is a sensory discovery, carefully crafted and curated in an impeccable, clean, and impeccable table setting. The warm, crumbly breads are excellent, the result of meticulous research into the evolution of native flours. The wine list is comprehensive, featuring regional, national, and international wineries, with a good selection of sparkling wines, impeccably presented by sommelier/manager Gabriele Amato. Excellent value, in line with the industry's competitive price range.

19/03/2026: Although we were the only guests (Wednesday in March), we felt very comfortable and received excellent service and delicious meals. The food was fantastic and the local wine selection superb. We will be back.
08/03/2026: Not just a simple dinner, but a sensory journey through Sicilian aromas and flavors, beautifully presented, even theatrically, by the fantastic Giacomo! He accompanied us on this evening, where we traveled from our seats, all while enjoying a Sicilian sparkling wine recommended by Giacomo. After dinner, it was a pleasure to chat with the chef too!
