28/04/2025: Locale scoperto su indicazione di un cittadino a cui abbiamo chiesto indicazione per una buona cena. Ottimi piatti tipici siciliani, larga scelta e ottima qualità. Caponata, la parmigiana, verdure, involtini di carne, primi, tutto squisito! Personale gentilissimo e simpaticissimo.

27/04/2025: Nous avons fait confiance à notre hôte du Palazzo Bongiovanni et avons découvert cet établissement dans Acireal. Nous y avons dîner 3 fois . Dès le premier soir le mix antiparti fut très agréable , puis le lendemain le cochon et le bœuf parfaits et pour notre troisième fois et en denier lieu cannelloni à la viande et pâtes au cèpes permettent de dire que la carte est bonne avec des produits de qualité. Le vin proposé au verre est excellent. Nous y avons retrouvé le fruit mais aussi un certain tanin que nous apprécions dans les vins français. Ce qui fut agréable est que les équipes ne nous ont pas poussé à la consommation quand nous envisageons trop de choses… les serveurs ont essayé de parler en français et en anglais et au final les trois soirées ont été bien sympathiques . A conseiller et pensez à réserver . Attention les portions sont assez copieuses .

22/05/2025: This was one of the best meals of my life. We went for the Artimide (meat) tasting menu, with full wine pairing. The dishes were so creative and tender. I never knew it was even possible for lamb to taste so delicious. The staff were incredible, knowledgeable and very welcoming. This place is worth a detour, go visit.

16/05/2025: We had lunch here on a Saturday early afternoon. The restaurant is a bit hidden in a small pedestrian street and from the outside, only limited signs indicate that you have a gourmet and Michelin restaurant here. We were greeted and seated by the attentive, friendly and professional head waiter and got his full attention throughout the meal. We ordered a la carte but there is also set menu price and two different tasting menus. For primo, we had the risotto di angelo (Nebrodi black pork cheek, pumpkin cream) and it was absolutely delicious and very harmonious. The creaminess of the risotto and cheese went very well with the floweriness and freshness of the pumpkin on the one hand and the crispiness and saltiness of the pork/guancale. This is definitely a stand-out dish and kudos to the chef(s) for creating such a memorable experience! For secondi, we had the monkfish (pictured) and the picanha steak. Both were very good but the steak impressed us a bit more. It was a very high-quality cut, very tender and grilled perfectly to our preference. The monkfish was nicely cooked too, refined and balanced, and the tomatoes brought a wonderful freshness and sweetness to the dish, but the portion could have been a bit more substantial and could have upped the creamy element in the form of more more potato purée. For dolci, we went for their signature dessert, which is a variation of canolli but is served warm, uses a crêpe instead of the usual fried pastry and has a sweet pumpkin cream filling. It was amazing and left us with a worthy conclusion of an altogether very convincing and satisfying meal, and therefore clearly deserving of the full five stars.

05/06/2025: We only ordered two takeout pizzas, but so far they were the best of the trip, even though they were takeout. Special mention to the people who served us wonderfully during the wait. We were eager to sit down and eat; if we'd had more time, we would definitely have tried it.

18/05/2025: A very beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant in Caltanissetta with a view of the kitchen. Michelin-starred cuisine, to our taste! We could taste the sea with our eyes closed. As a Sicilian, I particularly enjoyed the use of regional products and herbs. The entire team was exceptionally attentive and professional.

18/05/2025: Suggerito da un amico , esperto gourmet, ci siamo recati presso questo ristorante di Caltanissetta curiosi di verificare col nostro palato e i nostri occhi quanto ci era stato descritto in qualità gastronomiche e genuinità di materie prime. Il locale un po' defilato in una via secondaria ma non di difficile localizzazione è di una sobria eleganza con cucina a vista. I tavoli non sono molti e ben disposti e il servizio in sala è impeccabile con una costante assistenza e illustrazione delle portate. Ottimi i piatti scelti e in particolare il primo con ragù di ventresca di tonno e il secondo con una cernia squisita. Prezzi nella media e adeguati alla qualità del ristorante. La chef, sono certo , farà strada. Super consigliato

29/05/2025: The interior was quite nice and straight forward, the usual decor of bottles and bottles of wines. We ate early so the restaurant was relatively empty. The seafood starter was very nice. I had grilled sea bass, excellent and perfectly done. My wife had seafood pasta, which was delicious too. I've marked the service and atmosphere slightly down as they only had the one waiter (for about 5 tables) and it felt like a quiet night there. I'd still recommend it though.

23/05/2025: Ne avevo già sentito parlare e quindi la curiosità mi ha portato a venire. Ottima qualità, piatti abbondanti ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Essendo gia sazi poiché le prime tre portate erano davvero abbondanti abbiamo richiesto di annullare la quarta portata e con molta onestà e gentilezza ci hanno accontentato.

15/05/2025: We find ourselves staying in Amelia sleeping in the historic center. Deciding to leave the car where we miraculously found a place in the center on foot, one of the options is to go to dinner at this restaurant. We are welcomed by an elegant, polite and original gentleman who we immediately renamed among ourselves as "The Count", who welcomes us and leads us to our table. We have a few questions about the dishes offered to which he answers excellently, dispelling our doubts. The bruschetta is good and my companions say their first courses are excellent. I order the wild boar which I must say is among the best I have ever tasted. The desserts are good but not exceptional, but we are struck by the quantity of pastiera served to one of our boys which alone would have been dinner. The only criticism I can make, the waiting staff is young and kind but "The Count" has 3 more gears! 😉

14/05/2025: We happened upon it by chance, returning from Rome, we were satisfied, a very warm and welcoming place in a very pretty village, the quality/price ratio is fair.

02/06/2025: Not bad for a first time. Nice and welcoming location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Food regarding pizzas really good. Especially the dough and the fresh and quality toppings. Only flaw. We had booked a table outside. And it had been confirmed by them. We get there and they put us inside. We ask and they tell us that it is not possible outside. Without giving any explanations. Outside everything was free, empty tables. And the weather permitted. We do not know why.... All in all a nice evening and quality food. The villa itself is very beautiful! Especially the tables outside.

29/05/2025: Last year We chose this place for our daughter's communion, on the advice of friends. What can I say: exceptional!! Food worthy of 10 and praise!! I would highly recommend it! Obviously we returned other times to try the pizzas, also very good. Well done, keep it up
