The service was impeccable, elegant yet welcoming, with highly trained staff passionately describing each course and each wine. The most memorable part of the evening was undoubtedly the visit to their splendid cellar: a fascinating place, rich in atmosphere and history, with an exceptional selection of wines. It was wonderful to be able to experience this side of the experience, which makes everything even more exclusive and memorable. The pasta was a masterclass in flavor, truly one of my all-time favorites, while the tuna steak, accompanied by a rich saffron sauce, was an absolute triumph. 06/06/2026: Fabrizio is a "tired but happy" owner: I'd describe him as an honest, friendly, capable, and kindhearted worker. Bacarretto is a family-run bistro, serving delicious, carefully prepared dishes. We had an excellent pasta alla norma—the fried eggplant melted in your mouth, truly delicious!—and a second course of smoked tuna with burrata, pistachios, apples, and orange sauce—which gave the dish a unique touch. The menu is limited, but this benefits the quality, and I'm sure every dish is prepared with the same care. The prices are low, especially when compared to the menus of nearby restaurants and, more generally, in Venice. The pleasure of eating them is yours; they put all their warmth and kindness into serving you. This is the kind of management we should encounter more often. A big compliment to all of them! P.S. Unfortunately, due to my dead cell phone battery, I wasn't able to take photos of the dishes, but trust me: you won't regret it.

24/05/2026: I had high expectations for the dinner I booked at Trattoria Corona, and they were fully met. The menu features typical Sicilian dishes, mostly seafood, and the wine list is excellent, with local labels and a few gems from outside the region. The Slow Food award is well deserved. I'd definitely recommend it again and again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I ordered appetizer, first and second course and a desert, got a light version of all courses and it was fantastic everything was perfect, my compliments to the chef. If you are food atficionado go for it. The food is slightly pricier than similar places but for the reason. If you want impeccable food and service this is it. Service like I said was outstanding and the restaurant vibe didn't disappoint either. Perfetoo
