20/10/2025: Superb location, comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional cuisine. We visited Etna Quota Mille for a family Sunday lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food, wine, and service deserve a 10/10. We can't wait to return.

19/10/2025: Yesterday I came for lunch with a friend. A magnificent place... in addition to the natural beauty that Etna always offers, I found the 1,000-meter-high masseria enchanting. We stopped for lunch, welcomed by the very kind and efficient Desy, whom I also thank for her advice. We had exquisite appetizers, homemade macaroni with ragù, Angus steak, and lemon meatballs. Everything was truly delicious. I will return and bring more friends to enjoy the breathtaking view, the delicious cuisine, and the kindness of Desy and her colleagues. Full marks!!!

06/11/2025: Ristorante Manna Noto, discovered on our last day, was easily one of the best dining experiences of our entire Sicilian vacation. It is a true hidden gem, tucked away just a short drive from our hotel (only 9 minutes!), nestled beautifully among olive and mandarin fields. Ambiance and Hospitality: As soon as we drove in, the setting was stunning; the outdoor courtyard was beautiful, and the interior was the perfect blend of rustic and stylish. We were greeted warmly at the door and immediately felt like we were entering someone's home rather than a restaurant. The waiters were incredibly friendly, professional, and natural. We even chatted and laughed together! They provided personal, thoughtful recommendations for both wine and food and genuinely did not try to upsell us on the most expensive items. The Exceptional Food: The menu is wonderfully diverse, offering excellent choices of antipasti, pasta (including gnocchi), fish, meat, and plenty of vegetarian options. What sets Manna apart is that the menu included delicious dishes not only from Sicily but also from other regions of Italy—my husband loved his special of Tuscan Beef Stew. I ordered the superb Caponata and Gnocchi, and my daughter enjoyed the Pasta with Lamb Ragu. Every course, from the antipasti to the mains, was exceptionally delicious. A special shout-out must go to the bread: it was the best I've had in Italy—fresh and perfectly made of sourdough! The desserts, with their intense taste of local fruits, were also fantastic. And the Arancina—the flavor was so incredibly intense it lingered for hours. Despite having a close-to-fine-dining, slightly poshy ambiance, the staff's warmth and natural manner made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. If you are anywhere near Noto, you must make a reservation to eat here. You will not regret it!

22/11/2025: our dinner here was a highlight of our trip. the menu rotates every few days, and we felt especially lucky to have some amazing prawn pasta. Danielle was the PERFECT host, very friendly with lots of recommendations. you typically need a reservation, but we came quite early as a party of 2 and were able to be seated.

20/11/2025: A very well-maintained restaurant in the city center, with friendly and helpful staff. We tried the pan-fried chard, the busiate pasta with shrimp and pistachios, and a classic cassatina. Everything was delicious.

31/10/2025: Such a beautiful place. I was passing it by for countless times - that cozy interior really cought my eye, but finally visited only on our last evening in Naxos. And this was the perfect choice to finalize our wonderful 2 month-long trip around Sicily. I feel like in every review section of every restaurant ever you can find a comment saying "one of the best we had in Sicily", and here I am, repeating the same, plus, definitely the best I had in Naxos. The food was exceptional: fresh, juicy, really flavorsome - just on another level comparing to the average restaurant here near the seaside, however, on the same price range. Do not skip this place!

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant last night and had a truly impeccable experience. The owner, Luigi, welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease. We chose a menu entirely based on seafood, and every dish was a real treat: the freshest ingredients, exceptional quality, and generous portions. You can sense the attention and passion in every detail. Without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best, seafood restaurants in Catania. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable dinner!

08/10/2025: On the recommendation of our hotel, I made a detour to Il Sotto Marino in Follonica. Located right on the beach promenade, the restaurant doesn't make the best first impression, as the outdoor dining is more suited to autumn than summer. But all that was forgotten when we were treated to extremely professional, very competent service, and even more so when the incredibly delicious food (in my case, sea bream!!) was served! Extremely tasty and highly recommended for any fish lover!

29/10/2025: What a delicious relaxing lunch at Ci Voleva. Friendly servers steered my gluten-free partner to the roast sea bass that was perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the one w swordfish. Loved our leisurely lunch at this “right next to the mercato” spot!

Other restaurants around were closed, ragtzi at the plaza told us about Ci Volera, we were really hungry and my pregnant wife needed to eat so we were lucky we arrived here. I ordered the sea food risotto and it was yummy and very generous. I think the owner took care of our order . It was a good experience in the beatiful Syracuse. Molto Gratzie señora.

10/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Turin. A great find! The space is very pleasant with simple yet charming decor. The food is truly excellent. The service was impeccable, especially considering the large group we were dining. The Piedmontese wine was very good. Highly recommended.
