The small-to-medium ambience allows for a relaxing dining experience. Roman cuisine worthy of being tried several times to sample all their offerings.
The appetizers are excellent, the supplì are enormous and perfect, the first courses are perfect, and the second courses are exceptional.
I personally had the opportunity to try coratella, beans with pork rind, supplì and tripe as an appetizer, carbonara as a first course, and artichokes alla giudia and lamb in two different specialties, without ever being disappointed.
A few days to go for the second episode.

A few dishes, but good and simple. The supplì and first courses are excellent. Unfortunately, the place is small, so it's very crowded, making it difficult to converse easily. Reservations are essential.

Great food, I recommend it to everyone. The best we had in Rome. We ended up here by accident because there's an Opel service center next door.

Typical Roman restaurant. Small but clean and welcoming. The dishes were all simple but delicious and well-presented. The service was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Good value. Recommended. I'm not giving it 5 stars because everything could be improved.

Excellent Roman cuisine with generous portions. I personally love carbonara, and I had a truly delicious one here. The place is small but cozy, with limited seating, which I personally like. There are a few tables outside on the sidewalk, which isn't the most comfortable, but is ideal for those with pets, as they aren't allowed inside. Highly recommended!

I tried Stellero e Ventresca and was thrilled: traditional Roman dishes with attention to detail, excellent ingredients, and authentic flavors. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service attentive. Definitely worth returning!

The food was delicious as always. I've been going to this restaurant for 10 years, but unfortunately the two waitresses weren't very friendly at all, in fact they put me off going back.
