Excellent restaurant. Unfortunately, we paid more in fines for entering the restricted traffic zone, which we didn't notice, than in bills. Never again in Frascati.

A typical restaurant with excellent dishes. I highly recommend the oxtail meatballs. Everything was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Excellent dinner, inimitable carbonara non carbonara

Excellent restaurant serving authentic Roman cuisine with undeniably Slow Food quality. Everything was cooked exceptionally well; we tried so many dishes, all delicious yet not too heavy. The oxtail meatballs were fantastic, as was the baked pear, pecorino, and pancetta mix. The mezze maniche carbonara (not carbonara) was flavorful and richly seasoned. The oxtail and coratella were simply perfect, as was the Roman-style artichoke. Well done, my compliments, keep up the good work!

Any occasion is a good one to go to Zaraza' (as a couple, with family, with friends, for work, or even alone). A stunning location with two outdoor terraces overlooking the Eternal City, where you can enjoy the view in the cool summer air. Clean and welcoming, the candles lit at each table add to the enchanting atmosphere. The owner and staff are kind, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, offering explanations and recommendations for special dishes and wines. The menu features mainly traditional Roman dishes (oxtail stew, tripe, cacio e pepe, etc.), and those who love this type of cuisine will never be disappointed, as they are always cooked to perfection with great care and skill, both in preparation and presentation. Wonderful food, and the so-called "scarpetta" (mop up the bread). For about 30 years now, we've been frequenting them, and we've never been disappointed or dissatisfied. I highly recommend it. A great experience at Zarazà: well-crafted traditional Lazio cuisine, a wonderful vignarola (a typical dish of the region), and truly successful veal rolls with fava beans and pecorino cheese. The wine list is very interesting, featuring a wide selection of Lazio wines. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly.

Everything was excellent! The only thing I should point out is that "grandma's donuts" are biscuits, not soft donuts.

Trattoria...so to speak! I'll start by saying that I eat lunch weekly in the Frascati area, so I'm very familiar with the food and prices. I have no complaints about the first courses, good portions (not large) at a fair price; the porchetta appetizer costs €9, a shame they only serve one slice, slightly larger than a slice of bresaola. Typically, for that price, you can get a mixed bag that includes porchetta everywhere else. The croquettes, at the modest €4 each, are good but small. Desserts are €8, delicious because they're homemade, but obviously the portions aren't quite up to the price; other popular seaside locations offer the same price with much larger portions. The best surprise on the bill was the coffee, which cost €2.50. Nothing to add, because it speaks for itself. So, decent/good food at prices that are anything but trattoria-like!

We had a truly wonderful Easter Monday. Excellent location, attentive owners, and truly kind and helpful waitstaff. Unique dishes and generous portions. The terrace is spectacular, truly a beautiful place. Kudos to the attention to detail and the cuisine. I will definitely be back.
