A restaurant I recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking authentic Roman cuisine in Frascati, in a family-friendly yet refined atmosphere. The cuisine is authentic Roman, prepared as it should be. Every course, from appetizer to dessert, was a succession of flavors: everything was exquisite, without exception. The quality-price ratio was more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food and service.

Excellent food and very friendly owner and staff. We'll definitely be back to try the dishes we missed. Highly recommended.

Stunning, wonderful location with a spectacular view. Bruno and Piera are delightful, friendly people who make you feel right at home. The dishes are delicious; both the first and second courses reflect Roman tradition and are incredibly tasty. Special mention goes to the owner's homemade desserts, such as the crostata and tarallucci al Vin Santo. There are few places left with this level of quality these days; highly recommended.

We finally managed to experience Zaraza’ a nice local restaurant in Frascati a beautiful city closed to Rome on top of a hill where at sunset you can literally see Rome underneath your sight It was a great experience especially if you want to experience something different which is away from the traditional and commercial places that sell mainly aperitifs, pizza & cold cuts As starters we have tried the homemade porchetta which was delicious however the presentation was a bit poor with some not fresh rocca leaves and 1 cherry tomato As main courses we had the homemade tagliolini with zucchini & zucchini flowers which were mind-blowing and the homemade chicken with tomatoes & red capsicum sauces We were extremely satisfied and impressed by the quality of the genuineness of the food The only note where there should be improvement is definitely the service, great job done by Marco at the beginning with the recommendations, however after serving the main courses we were left alone nobody came to check if we were good or ask for any feedback, they didn't cleared the plates and nobody asked for desserts so we decided to pay & leave The place deserves an 8 out of 10, especially at sunset time
