very generous portions, great ambiente, nice people! i really think of it as authentic roman kitchen, it tasted great. but only four stars because i had the feeling that i wasn't taken as seriously as the other guests (one woman eating alone). i saw that everyone else had the table beautifully set up, covered by two fresh table cloths and glasses. i didn't. but maybe just a coincidence.

Everything is delicious, a little off the beaten path. You'll even find locals! I discovered it a few years ago and always return when I'm in Rome!

Lunch with friends. We arrived at opening time, the place was empty, no one was there. We admired the beauty of the different rooms. We sat down and began with a good glass of wine, enjoying a relaxed conversation. Excellent food, generous portions. We had mezze maniche alla gricia, creamy al dente. The saltimbocca alla romana was excellent, with a sauce that was simply impossible to resist, accompanied by sautéed chicory, just the right amount of spice. We didn't want to order dessert because it was hard to find a place for it, but after seeing the dessert display, we just couldn't pass it up. Highly recommended, the staff was very kind and attentive. I can't wait to go back!

19/04/2026: A lovely, welcoming little place, with super helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is truly good. The prices are fair—did I mention the food is delicious? The perfect place to take people skeptical about a meat-free diet. Definitely a must-see in Rome, in any case!

28/10/2025: The dish turned out to be really tasty and well-prepared — you can tell the chef knows what they’re doing. It looks simple, but the flavor was great, with the sauce perfectly complementing the freshness of the vegetables. I also calculated the calories using the service mentioned in the photo attached to this review. It was super convenient and fast — now I recommend everyone try using this calorie-counting service. It makes tracking your meals so much easier.
