17/04/2025: We were the only guests and were treated very courteously at first. As primo we had gnocchi, which was good. The waitress recommended it to us as one portion for both of us, but this was then ignored in the kitchen. I got the main course together with the starter, the steak was tough and dry, my wife's main course was forgotten and had to be reordered. You couldn't bite the veal schnitzel, it was so tough. In the kitchen there was still gossip about the Germans They thought we didn't understand. We left hungry with a bill of almost 70 euros.

19/06/2025: Great dining experience! The food was good, but what really made it stand out was the amazing atmosphere and exceptional service. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and added a personal touch that made us feel like we were part of the family. Even though the food wasn't perfect, the overall experience was worth every penny. Would definitely come back for the ambiance and service alone! 4/5 stars

07/06/2025: We were told that the food was really good and in fact it is true. Personally I really enjoyed the fettuccine with "old-fashioned" ragù. Good wine list, very good first courses and good second courses of meat. 3 stars for the service because perhaps we happened to be there on a crowded Sunday and things went a bit slow and in fits and starts. The first courses did not all arrive at the same time, but for the courtesy shown by the owner and the staff it would be worth giving 4 stars. We will return and if necessary we will update the evaluation.

07/06/2025: All'Oro rappresenta una location di grande eleganza, un luogo decisamente adatto per occasioni speciali, il ristorante dona un'atmosfera raffinata, ma non troppo impegnativa. Il cibo servito è di incredibile qualità, i indimenticabili senza dubbio sono i gamberi alla amatriciana, il tiramisù di baccalà e i cappelletti in “brodo asciutto”, tutti con gusti decisi e ben bilanciati. Una cena che ci ha conquistati dall’inizio alla fine. Senza dubbio uno dei migliori ristoranti di Roma.

18/06/2025: Wow! We loved this place! It was so peaceful and not very busy with amazing service and atmosphere! Everything we ate was absolutely amazing! We had the house wine! And dessert of the day! The pasta was what was recommended and I can’t remember what they were but the white pasta had bacon in it. So good! We will definitely go again.

29/06/2025: After the Vatican tour, we came here for lunch! The weather was nice, so we sat outside on the terrace, and the atmosphere was really nice. The staff all greeted us with smiles and kindly told us about menus we didn't know about! (When we went [mid-May]), they didn't sell pumpkin risotto. ㅠ) We ordered calamari and tomato lasagna! It was my first time eating calamari, and when it was crispy and had a lemony flavor, I realized why you have to eat it when you come to Italy. I knew Italian pasta was salty, but the lasagna we ate wasn't too salty! It's really good with calamari!! Since it's near the Vatican, I recommend visiting while sightseeing👍

24/06/2025: Waitress Lucia was especially welcoming and made sure we were seated comfortably and proceeded to bring us some incredible simple but delicious food. We started with the Mita and Mita (half and half) which is. Charcuterie board of cold meats, cheese, walnuts, honey and bread. It was beyond delicious-the meats were each very presentable on their own and the each cheese was distinctly different. Very cool and pleasing. Next we had pasta with pepper and rigatoni with tomato sauce and bacon-both were beyond expectations and delicious. It was a great way to end a long day in Roma…Lucia is the hardest working woman in Rome BTW…can’t thank the restaurant or her enough for the positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant while in Rome and the price was equally great.
