12/10/2025: The braised oxtail and seafood pasta were absolutely delicious. The tomato-flavored pasta was the best I've ever had. A must-visit restaurant in Rome. The service was also very friendly! Recommended

13/10/2025: Amazing dinner in Trastevere. Bit of a queue when we got there, but happy to wait. Only took 10/15 mins and we were quickly shown to a table. Staff very friendly (Linda being a highlight). Wine list very good — had a nice local Frascati. Food-wise, tried some of the supplì which were great; Ravioli with butter, sage, and ricotta was out of this world; gnocchi al pomodoro also very tasty, as was the tagliata steak with potatoes as a secondo. Tiramisù was another star of the show (nice to see it not contained within a glass like others in Rome — and not stingy on the portion size). Great night out; would go back to Trastevere just for this restaurant.

19/10/2025: When you book, they tell you you have to leave the table at 10. Last night, we arrived at 8:30 PM. They served us at 9 PM, and at 10, a girl approached us very rudely, told us to leave the table, and refused us desserts and coffee. Only the kindness of a waiter ensured that he brought us coffees. I won't set foot in this restaurant again, even though we've been going there for several years. CRocione

Server managed a busy lunch opening himself for about 15 minutes gracefully. Service after that was lacking but I can forgive it. At the end he told me I have to leave a separate tip. I didn’t and I’m only not deducting a star for it because my girlfriend really enjoyed her food here. I tried her pesto pasta and it was very good. I will take this as a win for a super touristy zone. Super helpful to walk up 10-15 min before opening since we had a Fork reservation but they evidently aren’t checking that site prior to opening and sit a full table by 10-15 minutes into lunch service. Wine was delish.

20/09/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, during a quiet midweek lunch, because it had the most convenient opening hours. What a wonderful discovery! The food is excellent, so much so that we all left feeling full but not weighed down. There were five of us, and we shared two mixed appetizers to try a little bit of everything, plus meatballs in tomato sauce and fried pizzas (montanare), which I highly recommend: truly delicious! The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is welcoming, thanks in part to the family-run business. The host who served us was kind and approachable, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. When we return to Ariccia, we'll already know where to go: highly recommended!

03/10/2025: What I really loved was the classic atmosphere of the restaurant. The food and desserts were also very good. I had spaghetti, grilled lamb, and panna cotta. Everything was excellent, and the waiters were very professional.

02/10/2025: This is a pleasant Roman restaurant. A very classic trattoria offering typical Roman dishes. Special mention goes to the polpette and the saltimboca. Unusually, the desserts are also interesting. All in all, we had a good time in a relaxed and fairly family-friendly atmosphere.

07/10/2025: I really enjoyed my solo dinner here. I arrived right around opening and there were already a few people. It has a very cozy vibe. The menu was on a blackboard that they brought to your table. I had the Caprese salad, it was the best I’ve had in Italy so far. The chicken with red peppers was also fantastic. Really good service and reasonably priced, I would for sure return!

09/10/2025: I had dinner with friends on Monday, October 6, 2025. The place is informal, a bit understated, the service friendly and pleasantly informal. The food left me perplexed: the picchiapò was, in my opinion, too drowned in sauce, the baked potatoes too dry, the tiramisu was good but in Barbie-sized portions, the red wine by the glass wasn't bad... €36.00. I'll be back to find out more.

16/10/2025: Il Bocconcino has now become a true go-to for dinners... but especially for breakfast, always fabulous, both sweet and savory! The location is meticulously maintained, welcoming, and above all, spotlessly clean—a pleasure to walk in every time. A special thanks to Mr. Piero, always kind and helpful: he recommends excellent dishes and instantly understands his customers' tastes. What I appreciated most was his willingness to customize dishes without any fuss, a rare thing that really makes a difference. A place that combines quality, customer service, and a pleasant atmosphere... highly recommended!

12/09/2025: As a plumber I'm always on the go and bringing food from home often becomes a problem. It's our first time here (lunch break) and we passed by chance and found the right place: artisanal products made with passion, the owner gives us a general overview of the dishes, in conclusion, excellent in everything. I WORK WITH AND FOR PASSION.

As a solo female traveler, it’s always really appreciated when the service is as warm and welcoming as it was here. Especially the young waiter with perfect English and his charming service made me feel very welcome – a thank you to him!
