Friendly professionals always satisfy you and are also not very expensive compared to places of similar quality. Trattoria with an ancient Roman flavour😁.
Bright environment. I can only speak for the vast choice of salami for starters and second courses which were tasty and cooked very well (the suckling pig was butter!!). Good choice of desserts made by them. Good and friendly service. I must say the price was a little (but not much) high considering that there was only one glass of wine.

Un ottimo ristorante attento alla tradizione romana sia negli arredi che nei prodotti gastronomici.
Assolutamente uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti che ad ogni viaggio a Roma, visito con piacere.

It was a surprise to find this restaurant hiding on a road I drive on since 2002...🥴 🤔 Nice atmosphere, 2 separate dining rooms that allows you some privacy if you ha a working dinner, a family reunion. Other big point it has a nice parking in a city, Rome, we're parking spots are a luxury. Nice people, a young waiter by the name Francesco who study chemical engineering and work, which is very good. Top course was a roasted little pig "maialino" very delicate and te artistic double fried "carciofo alla giudica" . Classic roman pasta "gricia and cacio e pepe", very good selection of wines.

Un primo a scelta e il dolce.
La gricia è stato il mio piatto preferito. Vino discreto.
Gira tutto come un orologgio (direbbe qualcuno).

Location gradevole e informale, ideale per cene in famiglia o amici, nella bella stagione è possibile pranzare o cenare nella veranda.
Situata in via Flaminia vecchia tra Corso Francia e Saxa Rubra, ha comodo parcheggio privato interno.
Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima qualità dei prodotti, piatti ben realizzati.
Ottimo l'antipasto di funghi porcini al forno, sapientemente cotti.
Ottime le fettuccine al tartufo bianco di Alba, profumate. Buonissimo lo stinco con senape cotto al forno, appena sfornato, si scioglie in bocca.
Ottima la tartare di vitello, ottimamente condita.
Buonissima la creme brulle
